Culver’s Newburgh Reviews
My family and my friends have all loved this restaurant for a very long time. It’s always a pleasure to eat here… everything came with hearty portions and was very flavourful.
I confess - we buy kid's meals. The burger appears to be the same size as the regular burger, it's a nice serving of fries, a small drink, AND a single scoop of that fantastic frozen dessert! Perfect for seniors! Our order was ready in just a few minutes, and delivered to our table by the very kind and friendly staff. We love Culver's!
We eat here at least once a month. The food is always delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We've had a few issues with our orders before but the staff does a great job at making it right!
I absolutely love Culver’s burgers! They’re a good size and taste like real quality, especially for fast food. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The cheese curds are also a must-try—crispy on the outside and perfectly gooey on the inside. It’s one of my favorite spots when I want something fast but still satisfying and delicious. Highly recommend!
This restaurant has it all. Hot fresh food, friendly staff, and clean. Also Tyler the manager walks around and checks with the customers to see if their orders are correct and if the needed anything else. I forgot to request a knive and he promptly went and got me one. Also the pork tenderloin is out of this world. Provided picture below, and look at that tomato. No roma or small tomatoes here. Will definitely be back.
I ordered the Culvers deluxe value basket, double burger. This was the worse hamburger I have ever received. The burger was fried to a crisp and the additions were pitiful. The slice of tomato was the size of a silver dollar and so thin you could see through it. The picture on the menu shows the tomato as thick as the burger, so that is false advertising.
Went there for my lunch and bad service. The girl that took our order obviously doesn't know how to listen. I told her 3 times that I wanted the butter burger basket and when we got our order there was no fries on my order. Some of Culver's employees need to listen to the customers.
I ordered online. when I get to the store, I told them my name and had to wait a bit. That's not an issue. The issue is I continued waiting and made eye contact with employees. It wasn't until I asked someone what was going on with my order l, and he informed me that it's been ready. Awesome. Paid for cold food. It would be more understandable if they were busy, but it was the exact opposite. Which ended up making me more annnoyed at the situation. The workers lack awareness to their surroundings.
Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order, only to receive food with missing items. What was included was cold and poorly assembled. This was, without question, the worst Culver’s experience I’ve ever had. The only item done correctly was my small Coke. Management clearly does not value accuracy, food quality, or customer time. Based on this visit, ownership either lacks basic operational control or simply doesn’t care. Social media reviews appear to be treated as irrelevant, which is unfortunate—because this experience deserves attention. I genuinely hope to receive a survey so corporate is made aware of how this location is being run. Save your money and your time. Avoid this location and drive to the Burkhardt location instead. Sadly, this place now belongs on the list of Newburgh establishments that are no longer worth visiting.
After placing a 60 dollar order driving home to find a plain cod sandwich loaded with tarter and lettuce then going back to get the right food, only to get the drive order for someone else. So 2 unhappy customers and an hour more after my 12 hr shift
Worst Culver’s in town! We live very close to this one and would rather drive further to go to another branch. Food is always cold, if you order no pickle and now hot lettuce they ignore you and always put it on your sandwich. We have vowed to each other not to waste our money at this location. It’s too bad, we really like Culver’s!
Went to Culver's after a Christmas concert 12/11/25. The young woman at the window wouldn't listen to what we wanted. We finally got across to her I didn't want ketchup on my hamburger. After checking the screen before we pull up to pay, she finally got it right. Pull to the window, pay and drive around front to wait. It was snowing so I told my husband give them a good tip, it's cold outside and they have to come out in the snow. $5 tip for 2 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, and cheese curds. Get our order head home to eat because it's late and we are both hungry! Get home open the bag and we have a double cheeseburger dressed, fries and cheese curds. Needless to say I didn't have my cheeseburger. Glad I am married to a good husband, he cut his into and we both had 1/2 of a cheeseburger. Which was fine, until you think but they charged us for that single cheeseburger as well. I will now drive all the way to the one by Lowe's if I want a Culver's cheeseburger or anything else Culver's makes. Bad thing is I didn't get a receipt at the window so really don't know how much they owe us. But I do have a receipt that was taped to the bag. With a Survey number. Believe me I am going to fill that out as well. Culver's in Newburgh, Indiana needs to have a Manager watching these younger adults working the window, line and cooking. They are too busy on their phones and socializing with each other. Last time! It's really not the first time they couldn't get an order right!!! But when it's new you give it a few chances. IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR YOUR FOOD AND JUST HOPE THEY GOT IT RIGHT! THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS GOOD. Order ID is AAA9VNC2ALCB (144 BUDDY)
I am never coming to Culver's Newburgh ever again. I came through the drive-thru on 11/9 at 10pm and I was the only car there. I didn't get my order until 10:28 pm and it was cold. This has happened to me on two other occasions and both times it was a long wait for cold food. They won't get me a 4th time. I am done with this place.
We went there twice this evening. Once for food then after an event for ice cream. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food and then we waited at least 20 on ice cream. Then the ice cream order wasn’t even correct. We’ve always had excellent service in Evansville but definitely won’t be back to this location.
This is the 2nd time I've been here. 1st time they got my order wrong so I had it sent back after already waiting in the drive thru for shy of 10 minutes. Brought my order out again about 7 minutes later and my order was right this time. I pulled over to the opposite side of the restaurant and parked in the parking lot to eat. My food was cold and there is no reason for this to happen! Plain laziness explains it! I went inside to let the manager know and I was told by 2 different obviously inexperienced employees that the manager wasn't available and that I'd have to come back the next day!!! That's complete nonsense! I've been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years! I've held the General Manager/Managing Partner title, FOH Bar Manager, Sious Chef/Kitchen Manager title and this is not how you run a restaurant!!! I'd have to say this is the worst service I've ever had in all my years of experience in this industry!! Flat out 0/10 for this establishment!!
We went through the drive through and we waited over 15 minutes for 5 single scoops of ice cream. I could see if we ordered half the menu, but seriously. 5 single scoops of ice cream.
After sitting in the drive-thru forever, when I got my bag it had my ticket on it, but not my order. Imagine my frustration when I got home and realized that. I believe I got a kids meal in my bag. Small fry and a burger with only ketchup. Very disappointed. Whoever got my burger was probably disappointed because it was loaded with goodness.
Worst service @ any Culver’s EVER!!! Went through the drive thru with my furbabies & got pup cups (or so they say that’s what they was) just a Dalit of whip cream!!! Took 20 minutes for them to start making my grilled chicken breast (for furbabies) & a 4 piece chicken tenders!!! Didn’t get my concrete mixer @ the window!!! Had to turn off my car bc it took so long to even start making the order!!! One furbaby was getting anxious waiting for her treat!!! Still waiting on food as I type this review!!! This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant @ not take our time & forget about the food restaurant!!! I Finally got my order about 1300… the runner apologized for the delay, & gave me coupons… I told him it was t his fault as he wasn’t the one making the food… fries were cold, & half cooked!!!!
We decided give the Newburgh location a second chance and we're still very dissatisfied. Pictured is the sourdough melt. The bread said toasted but it was not. There were no onions. It was cold enough to need to be reheated. I guess from now on, we will go back to the Evansville location. I was so excited for a Newburgh location, but it has proven time and time over again to be inadequate.
You guys need to just take curbside off your app. It's always a half hour wait, and more then likely you'll be going inside to find your food placed in the store pick up section ..and had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. It's like nobody is watching the notifications about people arriving to pick up their orders. The food is good, the frozen custard is good. The employees are nice, but something in the system is broken.
I usually have great experiences with Culver’s and love the food and service. That being said, I don’t usually leave reviews good or bad, but tonight was a doozy. I ordered curbside pick up. When we got there I pressed the “I’m here” button on the app and the email AND texted them here. After 20+ minutes we got in line in the drive through and got our order. After peeking in the bag and seeing what looked like what we ordered, we left. Once we got home my kids order and the drinks were the only things right. I turned around with wrong food and receipt in hand. Drove back, and pointed out what they missed on the receipt and they started the order. The lady at the window asked to confirm what they missed and I then had to re read the receipt to her so they didn’t make the wrong food. After getting only the sandwiches and no fries or sauces that were on the order I decided to pick my battles. I peeked in the bag and they seemed like what I got (without dissecting the burger in the drive thru) I went back home and to eat only to find the wrong order again.. I get it, mistakes happen. But at the very the least the manager could’ve apologized and made sure the same mistake wouldn’t happen again to the same person.. in the same night.. on the same order. I honestly felt the whole meal should’ve been comped from the jump since I had to drive all the way back after a 20 minute wait basically being ignored. As we all know, customer service isn’t what it used to be. But this is a new level disservice at twice the price. Culver’s is still my favorite fast food joint, but I might be driving to the east side Evansville location for my next visit. Pull it together Newburgh
Went through at 9:30 tonight, I was the only car from the moment I got my order taken to getting my food, and I had to wait over 10 minutes. I had 2 issues with my order being taken wrong. And when I did get my food, one of my patties was raw, and my fries had obviously been sitting for a while. I went back and they were very apologetic and gave me a full refund. They are very nice, but clearly they don’t have it together at this location yet.
