The Patio Restaurant Newburgh Reviews
Low key place, family friendly. Loving their food. I don’t often eat out but this place tastes homemade so I make the trip 2-4 times a month! Orchata, baleadas, carne asada, sopas, I recommend it all!
Wow, the food is amazing and the portions are huge! We'll definitely be going back!
Excellent choice next to the motorcycle museum, the soup was great but the chicken and pork chops was not really to our taste. Don't get me wrong looks delicious but we ask for the Honduran way and didn't really satisfied out taste . The orange juice was amazing made hand squeeze Orange. The passion umm was ok too sweet for our taste as well, the environment was super good, staff excellent service, the place is clean Bathroom is not top of the line but is functionable. Parking is ok they have parking lot. Truly recommend
Delicious food! I had baleadas and tortilla con quesillo and it was simply good! I was greeted at the entrance by the owners, they made me feel right at home. Great customer service! recommended 100%
Food was awesome ! Place was clean ! Very hospitable service ! Has a wonderful time ! Yes I will certainly be returning here in the very neer future !!!
Food was good hostes was real nice made you feel welcome
Very authentic Honduran restaurant. Modest in price. Great service. I usually have the Honduran style tacos. Baleadas is a must in here. If you order baleadas order traditional do not do the ones with everything. Of all the Honduran restaurants that I have visited in the northeast this is my favorite.
Food is good. I come to this place from far to eat.. but the waitresses.. need to be trained. We went when it was not too busy. Girl came to take order 4 baliadas, 1 coffee, 1 tamarindo. NEVER came back to bring the tamarindo. Another girl Brough the 4 baliadas. I never had a drink deliver we wanted to order more she never came. So my husband went to pay. She charge him $67 . My husband told her to do her #’s again charged him $23 then my husband said. We only had 1 coffee 4 baliadas. She said and the agua fresca. My husband look at her and told her you never brought it . She said you want it now?🤨my husband said no. She said we are very busy.. the other girl was on the phone and she was all over the place. Train the Waitresses PLEASE.
Something about this place doesn't work for me ... I think it's the smell inside (and outside) that makes me lose my appetite and my 1 hour wait to get my breakfast. Seemed like they were more worried about their deliveries than the customer's waiting inside ... But in a pinch, the Honduran breakfast will do 👍👍
Lane l ed as "Latin" Food. It must be the peon food, as use I if the had souo, yes a fish soup, what I was served was a bowl of some fatty stuff on what looked like came from a pig with a vehmggies and while it was a large portion. It cost $20, I think ill pass this bye. Not even close to having good food the server was pleasant and nice, but the soup was horrible
As a Honduran my self this is not up to par with our food! I was hoping for good food but it was just regular latino food. I was in a trip around here so most of the times when i eat out i look for Honduran food. This place probably falls towards the end of the list of places I’ve went to eat. I was disappointed with the food. The waitress was nice and the actually place is not too bad. My companions were also very disappointed, both Honduran themselves.
My husband had placed an order for 2 bacon, eggs and cheese with everything. So that includes the avocado, fried beans and jalapeños. I was extremely disappointed when I saw that we got 2 plain sandwiches and my husband had to pay 15$ for just 2 sandwiches no juices or anything else 😒 . So overall a bad experience.
I came in today and Order a baleada con todo in the menu it said beef or sausage the server did not ask me what I wanted, so when I get my food I see that there is beef in the baleada so I went up and ask her and she said thats how they server it, there was also no avocado in it. So I told her I didnt want it because i do not eat beef then a man (owner) came talking so rude asking me what was the problem and that If I know that the server has to pay for the baleada because I did not want it, and then he proceeded to ask me where was I from! Thats discrimination! They lost a customer over 6$ there is no customer service! Take your business somewhere else. The owner has was rude! Telling me that now the server has to pay for that its dumb.
Services was great and speedy, but I found a long black hair in the beans, couldnt eat the rest of the food. Appetizer were comp. Gross
We were overcharged for every item on the menu. When we asked for a revised check, they insisted that they'd increased all their prices but not made any updates to the menu "yet." Don't go here unless you are prepared to be cheated.
Just went for lunch and when I was eating my 2nd taco there was a toothpick inside of it the lady at the counter saw me spit it all out and rushed to me and said in spansh ohh it's not dirty they use it to hold the taco she just forgot to take it out like that was ok and then charges me for it and did not care as if it was ok that I bit into the toothpic. I was rushing being that it was my lunch break so I paid and told her I will never eat there again it's not ok I do want to call them and demand a refund I am so upset that just messed up my whole day smh.
