Had a concert to go to tonight and didn’t have a lot of time to eat! But I was definitely surprised on how tasty the food was and how fast it came out to accommodate us! Our server he was awesome, super friendly and nailed his role tonight. The brisket tacos are a must try if you’re in the area!!!

A quick lunch stop, we were seated relatively quickly and our server got to our table in good time as well. We were so impressed with the Wonton Tacos, we ordered a second round of them with another order of wings. All from the apps part of the menu ... the Quesadilla burger looked interesting, but we were just being light with our order. Great location all around!!

Good spot to relax and enjoy a meal after shopping at the outlet. The atmosphere is relax, and the food quality is good. Like the wings and boneless chicke both delicious.

It was my first time at Applebee's grill bar the atmosphere was great the service wasn't the quickest but there servers were lovley and kind tho waiting for half an hour appetizers wasnt the greatest i felt like the mozzarella sticks could be more melted instead of it being hard the burger was really good flavor big I really I liked it over all I enjoyed it

Gianna was new but she is enthusiastic and polite. Often coming around if we wanted refills, if everything is okay. She needs to know what is a good food choice to order but that will come in time from feed back from customers. Like the hot honey chicken, bacon, mushroom onion meal. It could be the cook, or the ingredients are not available because there wasn't a strip of bacon or more than 1 mushroom chopped up in the meal. Stick with the signature meals. Such as fiesta chicken.

It’s an Applebee’s. Food is average, but Happy Hour prices make it taste better. Service at this location was excellent due to my server.

First off, the service was great, our server was fantastic and super nice. So thank you to her! The mozzasticks (appetizer) were actually very good. I had the chicken breast and it was ok! The broccoli was cooked funny and kind of limp, still enjoyed it. Mashed potatoes were ok. My partner had a burger with bacon, it was absolutely dripping with grease, it was off-putting - However, the burger itself was good and he liked it. The onion rings were pretty good! The restaurant itself was kind of rough looking, could use a little updating, but it was charming. Restrooms were clean (big plus!!). Prices were fair. Overall I'd give it another try and try different meals. Definitely worth a try!! Thanks for the great service.

Ordered food to go for pick up and when I got there the host told me where to go to get my order and it took 10 minutes while 5 different workers passed by me seeing I was waiting for assistance. Finally a manager came out and assisted me. It took a extra 10 minutes after I should've received my order because "everything wasn't ready yet".....finally, I took my food and left and when I went to eat my chicken, it was chewy as if they did not cook it all the way through. I was not able to eat my dinner. My kids had mozzarella sticks and they were cold. None of this should've happened. I was 3 minutes from the store, my food should've been sizzling hot and fresh.

People and service was great, however the food brought the place down. The spinach dip was watered down and tasted like bad hospital food and the grilled cheese burger had me needing a bathroom shortly after leaving and I only ate half of it.

First tim there in a long time. Our waitress was nice & friendly but took almost a half hour for our lunch. It was on the 2 for 25. The chicken with fettuccine. The chicken was too crispy. Took so long we didn't want to send it back. We won't be back anytime soon. Sorry but you lost us as customers.

I’d love to say good service for the services are quite nice but It was SO slow, you’ll need more hands or you’ll keep getting one stars, everything was slow, the meal was 90 minutes and 70 minutes were the wait, even when I wanted to pay, I waited. The table next to us was experiencing the same and I could tell their frustration. And the service couldn’t recognize my free appetizer request from the new sign up promotion. The food was just so ordinary, chicken were hard to chew and mac and cheese hardly got any cheese in it, they were also way too different from whats shown on the menu. After all I should’ve gone to five guys across the street, id save 60 minutes. Also just out of curiosity there’s no pricing for drinks on the menu, web shows 1.9 and I paid 3.5.

This is the most terribly managed applebees I have ever been to. Your numbers on the wall have to be made up cause I regret it everytime now after I order from here. Inside service sucks, Customer service is at its lowest here, I'm done with Applebee's you screwed up for the third time with me 3 strikes your OUT! EVERYONE DONT GO HERE, find another applebees maybe there better. I'm reaching out to corporate cause they dont give a shit at this location. On a date order some French onion soup get about two bites into it. It’s a big piece of paper in there then I ordered the raspberry lemonade. I wanna say it tasted like dish water, my first wrong move was coming here around 9:30 never go to a restaurant right before it is about to close. I just left this place and I was thoroughly disgusted with the way we were treated. We walked in and there was a sign saying please wait to be seated. We stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to seat us or even acknowledged our presence. The kicker came when a server walked right in front of us without offering any assistance. We stood there in shock! Is this the way you treat customers? The restaurant wasn't even busy, there was plenty of seating, so the absolute lack of customer service was unacceptable. Wound up going to olive Garden down the street. We were seated straight away and the service was impeccable, even though they had more customers than Applebee's. This was my first time going to Applebee's and it certainly will be my last!

The food was ok but the service was so bad, we decided to not even finish our meal. We got a table in about 10min so that wasn't bad. The issues started because it took our waitress nearly 30min to come to our table just to get our drink order. Then everything after that was one excuse after another. Had the waitress just took any kind of ownership and accountability, I would have been fine with the situation. I don't see myself ever going back to that location. Despite the horrible experience, the food was pretty good.

As soon as we entered there was no proper greeting one of my worst experience no the worst experience not only this applebees would never go to any applebees. We were 8 and we asked for a table but they made us sit in a table which was very congested service was -99 food was 40. I fell that the employees do not care about their customers. Sarah thank you for serving us the single star is for you and 0 stars for the waitress who welcomed us in and was working to her own interests and not in the customers interest. I hope this reaches the manager and hopefully u all change. Thank you hope to not set foot in Applebees again.

it wasn’t very busy at all. maybe 4 tables in our section. they seemed very understaffed. we sit down and order our drinks, and order an appetizer and our food right away. 20 minutes goes by.. no appetizer. starting to question what’s going on.. our waitress comes by who also seems to be bartending and said our food will be out shortly. and then another 20 minutes. she says that it’s “her fault” and the food will be out shortly. another 20 minutes we FINALLY get the appetizer. again, she comes over to us and says the main course will be out shortly. At this point my family and i were waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. absolutely ridiculous. we told them at this point we don’t want our food and we walk out. terrible and unbelievably slow business.

Horrible experience. Long wait to make an order, salad was brown and burger was burnt along with the bun. The ketchup bottle at the table was empty also. The manager came over and addressed the issues. We received a discount and another burger to go which when we got home to eat it was burnt too. Unbelievable. Hopefully you don’t not have the same experience and we will not be returning!

The most miserable and pathetic Applebees location I’ve ever visited. They are heavily understaffed; the tables were empty and not clean at all. We had to wait to be seated around 20 min and when we got a table it was all sticky and gross. When we asked to clean it again, the waitress told us some story that the table is how it is, all of them are like that on the floor and she can’t do anything about it. Impressive. Okay, we order pretzels which by themselves are good, but the plate was dirty and sauce spilled. The chicken was over grilled- good thing they made another dish so it was ok. Broccoli was moist not crispy and didn’t taste fresh. Steak was awful quality, over grilled as well. However, when asked to be redone to medium rare (what was asked originally) they simply brought undercooked meat. Decided not to ask again for a change, as it was already clear that this place is not up to sanitizing and food quality standards, so we already wanted to leave asap. Also, the staff smokes and when they come close to you to take order or serve it, you can smell strong cigarettes odor which doesn’t add great impression. This is just disgusting when they serve the food overcooked, to unclean table, with unclean hands and cigarettes odor. Also, most probably someone’s kid from the staff was sleeping in the dining area. Awful experience.
