We were in town for a game all the way from Albany. So I brought my girls team to Popeyes for lunch and I ordered the $10 box. They were behind on cooking chicken tenders. They said 5 minute wait. It turned out to be closer to 10. But the server was so on the ball with pushing the staff to catch up. While I was waiting he gave me a free drink. Instead of 6 tenders he gave me 10. Plus a full box of fries and apple pie. And was nice the whole time. He didn't have to do the extras but he did. As a customer I appreciate that service. You don't always get that at other places. So Big S/O to him and the staff for making their Popeyes the right choice for my team. The only problem was when the team found out I got extras, they guilted me into sharing. Gotta luv them. We'll be back.
Great location. Food was hot and fresh and there was no line. Quick service and the staff were very friendly! They were out of a few sides but everything they did have was great! Will definitely go again.
They only had 1 screen working. Didn't know they made anything else besides chicken tenders and fries. Their soda machine wasn't working but man the food was so worth it. The chicken tenders original were absolutely delicious and the fries were the best I have ever had and I make my own.
The employees here are the best employees. All employees are so nice and friendly. This location is the best Popeyes in United States. Please keep serving fresh food and please keep doing a amazing job.
Such an awesome spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent crew working there. They should have TOLD me to get a drink because I would have bought it and I felt dumb for not getting one. Floor was slippery/greasy
These are great employees. The newer guy in the drive thru has such a great and friendly attitude. I waited awhile last night in a long line and it was ok because the food was fresh, good and the service was friendly.
This place serves Halal food. Combined with Popeyes chicken sandwiches and Tenders, it becomes a magical experience for our family. We just have to stop by this place every time we pass through. It’s that big a must. Thanks guys
I ordered three classic chicken sandwiches. They were good but one was a little hard. I took it back to the window and they made me a fresh one. They apologize for the inconvenience. It was wonderful customer service. They made sure I as the customer was satisfied. I would definitely go again just for the customer service.
I always have great service at this place. Placed mobile order got there early manager made sure I doesn’t have to wait, Quick delivery. food were awesome, hot and good taste.
I have never had such friendly service as I did here. the entire staff is amazing. it was so sweet as my little grandson was smiling and trying to play peekaboo a very nice young man who works there took time out to play peekaboo with the little guy. awesome service. thank you for making a hectic day better .
The chicken was moist and flavorful. The crispy coating was light not a heavy breaded coating.A light seasoning.The Cole slaw was a refreshing light seasoned flavor.As was the mashed potatoes with gravy.The gravy was different from any I've ever had.I could not put my finger on the seasoning used but it was very good.We will be going back to try another .

It serves your normal chicken and sides. The chicken was some of the freshest I’ve had at a Popeyes. Cole slaw was not old very fresh taste. Staff were busy but still very considerate and nice. Overall great experience for a Popeyes!
We tried the chicken wings in 3 different sauces and they were excellent. My favourite was the garlic parmesan. The wings were huge and they were a great deal. If you order online there are better specials. I'll definitely get them again.
We had the 6.00 special, it was delicious. The gravy has a kick to it but is perfect with the coleslaw. The chicken was amazing. The service was great.

Best Fred Flintstone costume I ever saw when we were eating there on Halloween night. The Chicken sandwich was really good. It looked like the picture on the menu too. I have never been to popeyes before today and I was surprised in a good way. The store was very clean for a fast food location in this city. There was a young lady diligently cleaning and the service from Shaheda was friendly and engaging .. she even smiled and appeared happy to be there (shocking!!) The manager (Nuna or Luna) was professional and running a good shift! The whole crew was working hard. My compliments to this location
Food was fresh and the counter person was great! I felt bad for the girls as I don't think the AC was working and hot in the store. Even though it was hot those girls were very nice and very helpful
Not a fan of the fries, I think they’re over cooked but that’s just my opinion. The chicken and potatoes were great, as was the service. I love the BBQ sauce. Just a bit pricey for me. Otherwise, great!

I ordered the spicy chicken which I was told was not available at the time so the manager was kind enough to offer me a meal of my choice. So, I went with the spicy chicken tenders which could have used a little more kick to their batter and the chicken could have been a little moisture but could have been sitting under the warming lights too long. Other than that I had a good experience and would return.
The Chicken was really good, I gave a score of 4 because the staff was pretty slow in serving it's customers. The cashier didn't bother to ask if I wanted anything else from the menu with my meal.
It's your standard chain Popeyes, taste good sometimes takes awhile to get tour food. The chicken seems to always be fresh
Had the infamous Popeye's Chicken Sandwich. Very good sandwich for the price. A lot of crunch in this Sandwich and it tasted great. This was the first time I had ever tried Popeye's and I will be going back to have another even though it's a bit of a trek. Only reason I deducted a star was I purchased the meal and there isn't a lot of fries. I got the regular not spicy sandwich
This was my first time at a popeyes, I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo and I have to say I was surprised. We drive past this place on our way to Sam's club and I have wanted to try it for a while but I have always hesitated because of bad experiences at other fried chicken institution's run by supposed colonels. This chicken looked like the chicken on the sign, it was crispy as I expect fried chicken to be, biting into it I could tell it was comprised of actual chicken and not bits of chicken. The Cajun fries were okay, but the biscuit was also very good. I will certainly go back and try other things. Some of the staff is extremely rude, and the last time I went they ran out of chicken. I mean it was good chicken but how can you be a fried chicken joint and run out of chicken.
The spicy chicken sandwich tasted a bit different from other places ! Maybe the bun was different! But it was different from other places I have tried ! Service was quick-ish and order was delivered correctly!
There was no menu on the screens, menu posted on a wall that you had lean over the counter to look at. Been there twice and the same problems. Also the soda machine was out of order both times. Don't know who owns this franchise but they need to get there act together.

Been there a few times. Nothing special. Went to try their Ghost pepper wings. They were OK but tiny. The smallest wings I've ever seen. 12 pieces in a small box that was half full. I won't get fooled again...
The food is great. I can't say if their biscuits.are good or not as I have never gotten one (even though the menu says they are included in meals). Also several times not I get told there is a wait for something AFTER I have paid and asked if that's alright. No, but you already charged me so I guess I do have to wait. So, my suggestions are: remove including biscuits in meals as they don't and it's kinda false advertising, and if you know there is a wait for something that was ordered mention it during the ordering process and not after the costumer has paid
Went thru the drive thru and ordered the blackened chicken tenders. Drove away and notice they gave me the wrong stuff. Had to go back and complain. 10 minutes later got what I ordered but asked for ketchup and utensils but didn't get them. Chicken was good. Not sure if I want to go back with such bad service.
I hear the commercials all the time for Popeyes and decided that it was time for me to try it. I know that it is a fast food restaurant so my expectations are not that of fine dining when I am eating here, but I anticipated it to be better than Kentucky Fried Chicken. I would say that the food is on par with Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken and biscuits were average/good. Honestly there's so many other options that I'm not sure this is one that I will return to for the value. I wasn't disappointed but I wasn't impressed either. Unless you are craving fried chicken and you don't have a place in mind to go to, I would suggest seeking someplace else. The one good thing about a chain restaurant is that there is consistency.
No diet Coke or butter. On line menu completely different than drive thru. We didn't get utensils or napkins. The mac and cheese was cold and rubbery. The chicken was great. Biscuits okay. I've never seen a Popeyes managed so poorly. Will never visit this location again.
Service was slow and bad...not busy either. The cashier didn't give us receipt. Took a long time for the food. I have to ask where was my food. She ultimately HIGH on DRUGS. Food was good but the chicken was super small. Fried fish was skimpy as well. Love love the coke drink machine...so much selection.
The past 2 take out orders via drive through i ordered #7. 5 strip spicy from the Niagara Falls Blvd location. Both time i got home to find 3 strips and what i can only say looked like throw away pieces. Although chicken and sides were delicious i felt cheated
Literally the only fast food restaurant that I have to check my order EVERYTIME I go there because it's almost always wrong. Also the only restaurant that still has the dine in closed from covid. Everyone else has been open to the public for quite some time now. If these problems were solved I'd definitely give them 5 start. Their food is amazing their biscuits are amazing. But the headache isn't worth it.
It appears the owners, managers and employees care less about whether or not the inside looks like crap, every table and chair is never wiped down. It's so bad. Food is good, but skip coming inside this place, you've been warned. A dirty business is a bad sign of whether or not they care about the customer!!?
The chicken sandwich was great, but we upgraded to a large size with the combo and got a small mashed potato rather than a large, and the coke was almost all soda water since their syrup must have needed changed. So basically we paid for a combo and only got a sandwich and small mashed potato. Annoying since I share with my kid.
I ordered on the app so my food would be ready when I needed it to be and they didn't even start making it until I got there to pick it up. I feel like they could pay more attention to their customers more and their orders because there is no reason I should have to wait extra because they don't want to get off their phones and do their jobs.
Ordered a 20 piece tenders. Asked for ample honey mustard. Was told that I could get 5. A 20 piece should get at least 8-10… offered to pay for the extra amount. Was told, “no”. The chicken is great. The service in this location is acting like they are doing you a favor, and aren’t happy about it… Not a problem. Won’t be back.
Chicken was good. Help appeared to work in slow motion. Cashier was not friendly at all. She gave us and charged us for large drinks when we ordered small. No butter available for biscuits. We don't plan to return.
My order was taken wrong. Then forgotten about until I stepped up and told someone. The drive through seemed to have no issue getting their food but those inside suffered. I ordered 2 sandwiches. Nothing else. Yet I saw countless sandwiches go to those who showed up before and after me. Same with drive through. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes at a fast food establishment to get my simple order. There were no napkins in the restaurant either. All the dispensers were empty.
They had some kind of technical difficulty where half of my order didn't show up or something. This was after a 25 minute wait in the drive through.. Still didn't get any plastic ware, or sauces. And parts of my order was still missing, but I didn't have time to stick around for them to fix it. Muzghan in the window was very helpful and apologetic though. She brought up the star rating.
The drive thru and regular kitchen staff seemed very overwhelmed. Had to repeat our order several times to realize as we were already down the road that they had gotten it wrong anyway. Food quality was not what everyone hyped it up to be. We tried the "famous" crispy chicken sandwich that all the hype has been about. Shoukd be renamed soggy breaded chicken sandwich on stale bread. Definitely did NOT live up ti the hype. Not sure if this is how all the sandwiches are or just the way this establishment prepared it. I do not blame the employees, I blame the management staff and owners. As an owner your job is to find managers that are engaged with your company and want to represent it like it was their own. These managers will in turn hire, train, and get the other employees to care about the place as well. Hopefully the owners learn from this and begin making corrective actions or I do not see this place lasting long.
This is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had and the worst everything else!! Today the chicken and the chicken sandwich was burnt and I ordered extra pickles on the sandwich and whoever makes the sandwiches does not pay attention very well to the orders on the screen. I took the sandwich back in and the gentleman said he would remake it. He remade it with more burnt chicken!! That's going to make me not come back and possibly give them a chance until 2025!!!

Got an 8 piece meal. Most of the chicken didn't have meat on them. Potatoes didn't have gravy on them. And Mac and cheese was rock solid like it sat for a while. And well the biscuits were hard as a rock. I been to other Popeyes but this location isn't worth it

Advertised sign for meal to be 10.99 it rings up to 16.99 to start... no more to say. Not worth it.. False advertising, more expensive then a restaurant and they dint even want to give u ketchup.
Staff stopped taking our order mid way, so we went up to window. One staff member started taking our order, then stopped mid way and another staff came over, the redundancy left a meal off and messed up another meal. When I brought the wings back in to say we ordered boneless they took the wings I had touched and used tongues to put them back in a basket/bin for someone else's future order.
OK so after our KFC order was so bad we order from here OMG bo better Biscuits hard as a rock, the shrimp was so nasty it want into the trash to 2 tenders I got out of the 4 that should have been in the bag where good. Look honestly stY away from the fast food places in this area your not going to get what you pay for and your better off going to a local mom and pop food place, at least they seem to have good food and better service.
First time I got my food it was greasy. I'm not picky and thought hey maybe it was a bad day. Yesterday i got the game meal again and the only thing warm was my biscuits, they sandwich and fries were COLD. Never again at this location, go to any other one in buffalo.
This was not a good experience, there was no organization and too much confusion behind the counter. 1 screen worked and they didn't have the full menu up. The pop machine didn't work and didn't look like it has for a while. We got the wrong order and had to pay extra for a drink that was supposed to be included.
Spent $97.00 today and the order for the 16pc family had 8 wings, 1 breast, 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs! We specifically asked for no wings! This is the last time I order at this location. This is the 3rd time they've treated us like peasants, acting like they are doing us a favor taking our money! Thus is the worst Popeyes ever! They should be closed down. The sides of macaroni and cheese we ordered in addition were disgusting! The cheese was old and hard, should not have been set Ed to the public! I fully intend to contact corporate headquarters tomorrow morning. Popeye's will never see another penny of my money if they allowing franchised to run like this!
I had shrimp popcorn, fish sandwiches, and fries, today. It feels like was prepared several days ago, awful taste and with lots of salt. I will absolutely can not recommend anyone this site. Never had such an awful food in my life.
Awful! Just awful! I went here for shrimp. I ordered through the app, but asked for the shrimp to be made fresh. It was popcorn shrimp, keep that in mind! She was very polite and said it would be 3 mins. Okay, I'll wait. Well, it actually took 20 mins, and when she gave it to me (that was after I pulled back around into the line, because you can't even do takeout), there was 8 popcorn shrimp in the box! I have been to many other Popeyes and ordered the same thing. I have always gotten 1/2 of what a normal order would be, and still get a biscuit! I was so angry, I told her they can have this back and keep the $3.34! I made a complaint through the app and hopefully someone will get back to me. The most disrespectful staff I've ever experienced. Ordered online ...drove from Lockport to pick up my paid for order ..waited in the drive thru for 22 min,while I listened to the female on the mic being rude to every person ordering this is 930-954pm. I was told "there is a Popeyes in Lockport,why order here,anyways we're out of chicken." I told the lady that I have order #92 and it was confirmed...she told me "go get your money back from the app and get out my drive thru!" Disrespectful children wanting $20+per hour and act like this here ...I will def let all my friends and followers know not to come here and spend their hard earned money! Staff is disrespectful...manners are none and service sucks!! 0 stars!!!
Your District Manager is GREAT the employees are TERRIBLE. ON THE PHONE THEY HAGE UP ON YOU IF YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT THEY HANG UP ON YOU CALL BUFFALO AND SPEAK TO DISTRACT MANAGER AND IS KIND. NIAGARA FALLS DOES NOT TURN THEIR PHONE ON NOW FOR 14 HOURS.
Don’t listen for crap we were the only ones around the whole store we went through the drive through and said a chicken sandwich what do they give me wings who the hell heard wings from a damn sandwich your workers need to listen with their ears a lot better

WORSE OPERATION EVER!! Made an online order for Drive-Thru pick up. I arrived 15 minutes after I placed a $30 order & there were 10+ cars in the Drive-Thru. I waited in line 35 minutes just to be told that they didn’t receive my order & to pull up to the window. I got to the window & showed them my receipt for family tenders meal and a nuggets meal w/ an extra side of red beans & rice. They said they had to make my order. 😡 I get my order almost 10 minutes later just to realize they left out my red beans. I called to ask them to bring it out to me, since the dining room is closed, just to be connected with a FAX machine. Getting back in line was a no go since they had 10+ cars in the drive thru still. The management (or corporate) needs to get it together & make sure the restaurant can be reached or shut it down since their customer service & operating methods are HORRIBLE!!!
Messed up our order. Food was blah like it had been sitting around a while. Forgot both dipping sauces I asked for and provided NO utensils. Customer service lacked (pretty miserable and almost cashed me out for the wrong order). Other locations (like in Kenmore) have been much better.
We were there Saturday night out of Drum sticks out of French fries out of chicken sandwiches out of coke and out of ice! The pop was warm and they couldn’t go down the street and get ice to serve there customers. The help was as rude as could get. However the chicken we did get was actually very good. The store manager when I called the next morning could care less when I complained to him. I think it’s Niagara Falls in general. No one cares if they treat people rite or not.
I've had bad food at that location for a while now. each time I go there the communication is not clear when ordering and I get the wrong food. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because it's near by. well no more. thanks to their poor service. it seems like lately it's been really happening everywhere .
The food is good if they ever have what you ordered. Out of 2 to 3 items every single time I come here. Never been to a restaurant that was consistently out of everything.
I'm not normally one to complain seeing as I bite my tongue most of the time, but this is one experience I find truly frustrating. My first time at Popeyes was horrible because they had little to no staffing, the food was undercooked, and they didn't have their TV menu turned on so I had no idea what to even order. This was pre-COVID keep in mind. Fast forward to today, my friends were trying to convince me that Popeyes had gotten better with new management, and so I wanted to give them a second chance, as I do with almost every place I've had a bad experience with. Tell me how they've had 4 years to fix those TV menus for customers to know what they can order, and yet they still aren't fixed? I mean, a simple work order can be put in for these sort of things. Not to mention, now they're fully staffed (a couple of employees just standing around talking), and all I ordered were 5 chicken tenders and a drink (because I had no idea if they had a combo or anything because there was no menu displayed). I paid $20 for such a miniscule meal, and they couldn't even get the order right, they forgot the drink. If I had ordered a large order and they forgot a thing or two, I wouldn't have cared, but I ordered such a small meal... how do you forget 1 out of 2 items... Now I know some people are going to read this and call me Karen, so be it, but if any of you could walk in my shoes for just a minute, you'd agree what a bad experience this was. I do not intend to do business with Popeyes anymore.
On 12/01/23 I went to this location at 09:05 pm. Opted to go in vs using the drive in. I walked up to the counter and the manager was standing their facing the kitchen. I got her attention and she immediately started yelling at an employee that was whipping table about her not locking the door. She then addressed me and said drive through only. My response to her was o checked the location webpage and it said this location was opened u til 10 pm and me going to my car to use the drive thru was silly as you are standing in front of the cash register. Her response was takeout only. My response was okay. I ordered and paid for my food and proceeded to go out the door I came in and she yelled towards me to say other door. My response was "so I have to walk around the building because I parked near the door I entered. She said yes. My response was great customer service. Unacceptable manager to customer experience. I won't be back. Sad actually that an employee holding a managerial position doesn't see or care the negative experience she created.
Thr chicken sandwich was very thin compared to the one I had previously. The spicy chicken legs and thigh were 1/2 the size as in the past. Won't be going back. For $30 i could have gone to a reataurant and got a full meal.Here we come Kentucky Fried.
They got our order wrong today. Not normally worth reviewing for but this is a consistent problem for them. Today they swapped mild tenders for the spicy ones I ordered. (Especially annoying because we had to wait a while for them to make it.) That is annoying, but that is on top of the missed mashed potatoes on our last order, the same on the time before, the missed dipping sauces the time before that, and there was the one time they gave us someone else's food altogether. Honestly if they were not the only nearby Popeyes we would have stopped going long before this point.
The second time without fail my husband and I come with our kids, order on the app go through the drive thru and we are always told to pull forward and then we are forgotten about for 30/45 mins WHY?!
This is by far the WORST Popeyes experience I've ever had. On Dec 30th, I was in the drive thru around noon. I gave the cashier $32 for a $22 meal bill and asked for my $10 back. Well they needed a management meeting to figure it out. Got my order and everything was wrong. Had to go inside on 2 occasions for them to correct it and they behaved like they was doing me a favor for having to correct it. The three African American women on duty at the time were snobs,, just pure uncouth snobs. No decorum, no behavior, no class . They will never ever see my money again.
Had ordered apple Cinnamon pies. The cashier or manager did not tell us was going to be a wait. We pull off after getting order realized no pies. Went back to drive thru told them that when it was mention there waiting on them.. Pull to the side still forgot about us. Communication is needed or related to customer
I come to get a three piece combo. How hard is it? To get my order right? My last $20, my meal costs $14.90 with tax. You forgot my French fries. I live all the way downtown and I'm not coming back. Just for some French fries, I'll spend more money on gas. Then the fries are worth, thanks. A lot popeye's chicken
I recently purchased four large combo meals from this location, and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was terrible – it tasted old, looked partially fried, and had dark bones, indicating it wasn't fresh. The chicken wasn't cooked properly, which is unacceptable. We ended up throwing half of the meals away. When I complained to the manager, they simply said it was a busy day, which is no excuse for serving undercooked food. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
The popcorn shrimp is a joke..12 bucks for crumbs and didn't get fries i got as a side got a little thing of mashed potatoes..should of went to McDonald's and got a happy meal for 4 bucks and would have more food...2nd time I've been there..never again..the first time sucked too..

My neighbor bought me some macaroni and cheese from this location. I was surprised it wasn't bad for a fast-food "chicken shack." To my surprise, what I thought was stringy cheese was about a 4" strand of hair. It was clearly baked in the cheese. I told my neighbor, unfortunately he's still eating there. But, he knows better not to EVER offer me anything from Popeyes. If you want REAL macaroni and cheese go to MOONEY'S SPORT'S BAR AND GRILL 1531 MILITARY ROAD, KENMORE, NY!!! The lobster mac is FIRE!!!! They offer a BIG variety!!! You won't be disappointed and it comes WITHOUT foreign ingredients!!!!

A simply request for no mayo on a sandwhich turned into a entire probelm i ordered a chicken sandwhich with no mayo When i got homwnthere was xtra mayo oozing from sides when i returned the original person who said ok we can remake that very nice the cook in the back started yelling very rude
This particular location is always behind and has long wait times. Staff is rude and cannot be bothered. Recently got food and it tasted like old chicken and my family and I ended up with food poisong. Will not be returning purchased a family pack and it was completely overpriced and did not taste fresh.
I ordered a 2 piece meal. Chicken was raw and showed blood. Man wearing black outfit was unapologetic and very rude. Terrible service.
This location is experiencing problems. Why 1 biscuit with a 4pc ? I ordered a 4 pc last night with rice and beans side. I only received 3 pcs and soggy fries. It’s the same all over America. Locally owned restaurant. Oooh. I forgot it’s called independent restaurant owners. Corporate doesn’t care about customer conscernes. Again I experienced problems. I was securing my purchases in my personal shopping bag. I was told to move on. Because the employees have to meet a quota???? I decided to purchase Popeyes because BURGER KING WAS BACKED UP TO THE ROADSIDE. Popeyes your employees are paranoid about losing their jobs. Because your counter says a customer didn’t exit????
Let me start with her bad attitude when I wanted what I paid for. 16 piece comes with 3 sides and 8 biscuits. She gave me 7 and with an attitude said I put 7 give her an extra. I said it's not an extra I paid for 8 you gave me 7. She said 4 times with an attitude give her an extra I gave her 7. Just because you don't know your menu that's above your head and you don't know how to count doesn't make it an extra. Also they are cheap with the gravy it's mostly dry potatoes. $64 is too much for poor quality food and bad service with an attitude just to get what I paid for. I won't be back
This is by far the worst Popeyes that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The general manager is very rude and arrogant to people who have disabilities, especially those of us that have hearing disabilities. He’s very nasty in his demeanor and does not know the meaning of customer service While I frequent the store because I like the food I cringe every time I see him when I walk into the store because I know that the service I’m about to receive is horrible. It’s a shame because there’s another manager there who is very nice and very accommodating and the staff there is also very nice. I can’t believe they have this man running the store. You tried to respond to my review, saying you apologize however, you left me a bogus website. So as the owner responding to this, I feel like you are also in on this behavior.
I won't be returning. Definitely NOT worth the money paid. The Seasoning on my chicken was heavily poured on just one side, they forgot an item in my order. When I came back to the window to get it, I sat there for what seemed like 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and ask SOMETHING, Received said item, with no dialog, then just closing the window. The biscuits were hard, I didn't eat but 1 of 12 of the wings, just a bite of biscuit; the red beans n rice could have been better without it being so salty. But majority of the times I've had beans n rice at Popeyes, it's salty. Could have had a WAY better experience. I get it, it's fast food. Not 5 star dining. Not worth the money spent. Won't be going back.
Went to Popeyes today and ordered special that was advertised. 2 wraps and flavored lemonade for $9.99. Placed my order and the lady says I don’t think we have that special anymore. I said you have a sign up that says you do. Again she says I don’t think we have that. I said never mind and pulled away. Take your damn signs down if you claim you don’t have product. Everyone that works there also have very poor English where you can barely understand what they are saying. Needless to say I will not be going back.
Tables were messy. The cashier spoke so quietly you couldn't hear her, when I asked her if the menu was incorrect because I was charged double the price of what I asked for she stated well that's what you said and it clearly was not. Her customer service skills were terrible and there was another gentleman here waiting 20+ minutes for one sandwich.
I have been to this Popeyes Chicken on numerous occasions because I live in this area. The chicken is always ALWAYS HIT OR MISS!! When they decide to fry the chicken in clean grease, the chicken is delicious, but they hardly EVER change the grease, so 90 percent of the time the chicken is dark and greasy! I just bought a 6 piece ghost pepper wing meal, and the chicken was dark and greasy, which caused me to have an upset stomach for most of the night! THEY HARDLY EVER CHANGE THE GREASE TO FRESH GREASE!
