Personally the food was really good and fresh. While they were out of bacon they subed for steak for me. All the tables were recently cleaned, floor was clean and the bathrooms were near spotless which is rare for fast food joints. Overall great experience.

So, I remember posting a bad review about how I waited 40 minutes for food and it didn't even come out. I had to ask for a refund. I would now like to change my rating. I recently gave it another chance. It was quite busy, but despite that, the food was fresh and fast. I remember a manager telling everyone that it was because of her incredible staff and I agree. Great job of the recent manager and the staff!

Standard Taco Bell with great staff, and fun chalupas! We stopped here for a quick bite before meeting up with friends at the fashion outlets... in a taco lover- need I say more? Also- lobe their steak and detest the beef mince so I have to make sure I order right:)

Honestly, no complaints when I visited. All the orders came out correct, staff were super friendly, and the store was pretty well maintained. Wish they would put a little more protein in their items but that’s about the only nitpick I have about this place. Food came out quick and warm as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 I recently visited Taco Bell and had a really good experience overall. The place was clean, service was fairly quick, and the staff was friendly. I ordered a few items including the Crunchwrap Supreme, beef tacos, and the cheesy fries. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot, which I appreciated. The Crunchwrap had the right balance of crunch and flavor, and the portion size was generous for the price. One thing I really liked was the customization option — I was able to swap out ingredients and adjust the spice level, which made the meal more enjoyable. The fries were surprisingly crispy and cheesy, definitely worth adding on. Seating space was available and the place wasn’t too crowded, even during dinner time. The only downside was that a couple of menu items were out of stock and the drink station was a bit messy. But overall, this location maintained a good standard and felt welcoming. If you’re craving something quick, flavorful, and different from the usual burger spots, Taco Bell is a solid option. I’d definitely return again — just hoping for slightly faster service and better inventory management next time!

Food was a little long coming out they were busy as I seen … HOWEVER that being said the woman taking my order I believe her name was Jayda made my experience go by easier.. she was very friendly and made sure to apologize for the wait and asked if I needed anything else. I know fast food places can be hard to work at especially when it’s busy but she made it worth the wait! I always look forward to eating at Taco Bell in the US, mainly because they offer so many options that you just don't get in Canada. Especially for those who are vegetarian and vegan! This location in particular was super clean, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful when I asked the differences between some of the burritos. I ordered the 7 layer burrito and added shredded chicken, which hit the spot just right! I also shared the Vegetarian Cantina Bowl, which was delicious! - they have this amazing green cream-based sauce which just makes the dish. I also tried the Nacho Fries, and they were great, a perfect add-on to my meal.

I'm not gonna lie. I'm at Taco Bell at least once a week. If I go after a certain time once the inside closes, then drive through is a nightmare, the people that work there are the sweetest people you'll ever talk to you but are not being supported by their owner. Whoever handles ordering is a failure. Because they are constantly out of things that should have been ordered. Ultimately this is a top down issue. Considering all of the doordash and uber and late night food options, they need to have an adequate evening staff

The manager Robert at this location deserves a raise. Definitely the most respectful person I have came into contact with at this location. He made sure the order was remade correctly and it is SO much better than the first one that was received. Robert gets 5 stars!

The food was good but it was the wrong order, i just took it because i couldn't wait any longer, they seem to be short of staff. as far as the atmosphere i waited in my car but the line was starting to get long and unfortunately the only person that looked like the cashier had to ask me to pull up and wait on the side up front. the poor guy, if you're looking for work maybe try out that Taco Bell, take some of the pressure off that man. like i said the food was fine, i would go back you know, after a while hopefully when they're fully staffed. i could easily give them 5 Stars down the line.

workers were yelling about someone who was late so loud we could hear them feom across the restaurant and took our food 20 minutes to show up. I wouldn't care if this didn't happen every single time. If there not yelling then there messing it up which takes another 5 minutes to argue with the cashier and another 10 to get the correct food. fast food shouldn't be this expensive and take this long

I went there at 630 and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. No exaggeration. Couldn’t leave cause there were people in front and behind me. I get to the speaker and was told they were going to be at least another 15 minutes cause they’re busy with other orders. When I said “what?” They said “oh and shift change” I asked “that really takes 15 minutes?” And was told yes so I went to mighty instead.

I hate to leave a bad review but they need more workers or something . There was 4 people me included in the drive thru and the workers had all of us waiting in our cars for 20+ minutes then after they confusingly found my order they left out something aswell. Takes way too long for what 🥲

Terrible I spend it almost $40 and didn't get half of my order disgusting charging for jalapeno peppers which is understandable but why give me jalapeno peppers when you shorted me my chips my taco my hard shell taco in the bag and I live in Wilson so I didn't get home and eat it right then and when I ate it last night I was pissed off I would not recommend that one at all they're terrible service terrible employees back to you more people maybe they won't be so terrible for working did any more employees in the bathrooms are disgusting too

Do I need to say more? The meat (or whatever it really is) looks and tastes like sawdust. Avoid this place unless you're dying of starvation. Mighty Taco and Collosso Taco are WAYYYY better options. But at least they sell beer. That's a plus.

The food at this location was pretty good, but they don't have a lot of items that I've seen posted online that is supposed to be at every location, so that was a bit disappointing. The service was slow, however, the worker at the counter/drive thru was nice and she was trying her best to serve all customers. The atmosphere was poor, the place was messy, some of the packets of sauce that I got had dried sauce all over them. The washroom was disgusting.

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances because most of the time the food is pretty good for the price. Despite waiting and drive-through for over an hour, I decided to come in today to dine in. After waiting almost 30 minutes for four things. I got a side of rice and beans and when I went to go open, the lid wasn’t on all the way and spilt all over me. I was wearing shorts and I have a bunch of burns on my leg from burning hot food because they didn’t secure the lid. I went up to the counter and waited another half hour for one of the workers to actually come help me when I told her that they didn’t put the lid on and I had burn marks which I showed her all over my thighs. She said “I will get you another one.” It’s crazy to me that this place has been like this for so long and there is no changes so disappointing

I ordered a burrito supreme last time. I had one it tasted good. It had been a year or so now it's disgusting. At least at this location. The employees were very nice and very friendly. This is all about the food. Besides it tasting disgusting, it was like $6 for a $3 burrito. By size and portions, it should have been about 3 will never come to a Taco Bell ever again.Fast food is just a rip off now.

47 minutes in line for horrible customer service and someone else's cold, weird order. Thought about going in for them to fix it but if the 4-5 employees needed that long to make it the first time, I don't have time to wait for a remake. Lines of cars were literally backing out to let people out of drive through. People sitting at the speaker for 20-30 minutes. Insanity. Editing to add- guy at the window was literally vaping behind his register. Asked if we were doordash twice, handed us drinks and then 5 minutes later opened the window to ask if we were the large dr pepper. I feel like they were just chucking stuff in bags and hoping for the best. Every time I come here it's something new. About a month ago they were out of lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, beef, certain taco shells among other things and never said anything about it until after I got my order. Two days ago I ordered online for pickup at 12:15pm. I ended up waiting until 12:45 in the lobby. I was on my lunch break and I ended up taking 50 minutes on my 30 minute break. Nobody cared. Won't be coming back here and I'm sure that's what the employees want. They only cared about the Drive-Thru (which literally never happens otherwise I'd order through there) and the people who ordered in the lobby. To the employees: Good luck in life. Seriously. It's only going to get harder.

Placed a mobile order. Pulled into drive-thru with nobody in front of us. Was told that it would be at least 20 minutes due to being “ short staffed”. Was then told to pull around and park in the lot. As we waited , we saw at least 5 different workers in the building. One of the workers was touching the register screen while wearing gloves and then going back into the kitchen. At one point one worker came out with a large bag of food and on the phone asking “ mom where are you? Oh. Never mind I see you.” and handed off the large bag of food. After about 30+ minutes of waiting the final straw was when about 5 people ( including children) in plain clothes snuck through the propped open back door. We then saw then children with drinks and dancing about the lobby. Obviously not too short staffed if there’s time to let people in the building that shouldn’t be. We ended up leaving with out getting any food.

If I could of gave a BIG FAT 0 I WOULD HAVE! Taco Bell is over of my favorites but this location is absolutely the worst place to go to! I was on my lunch break waited 20 minutes in line just to get to the window to say just so you know we're out of lettuce sour cream dorito tacos. That being said Doritos tacos is why I go there I was so aggravated I just got the regular. This has the worst management I have ever seen in my life I am a store manager myself in retail and it would be a cold day in hell before I ever ran out of the main ingredients to make a taco I would go buy it from another store and hand cut if I had to to accommodate my customers... But then again that's just me... Please do not go to this Taco Bell. Go to mighty Taco 🌮

They take forever to serve you your food I went there on my 30 minutes lunch break and spent my entire lunch break in the drive tru and it was only 2 cars infront of me. The drive tru is set up that if u are in the line there is no way for u to come out so that made me late to get back to work I was 8 months pregnant and I couldn’t eat my lunch . I went there another time ordered sprite they were out ordered fries they were out. If you can’t have the food people need and serve them in a short time then please close and go out of business. It’s called fast food for a reason I shouldn’t have to wait in line 30 minutes

Today at 4:20pm. Date May/02/24. The 2 servers are very lazy and serving orders sleeping while serving , we ordered food twice once Supreme crunch wrapes 2 , both were burnt and fries were soggy and cold. I ordered only fries again they too 5 minutes to serve thought this times we will get hot and crispy but they were again same soggy and cold. There was only one more customer sulitting their even though they were too lazy.

We came here at 1am on a Saturday. I understand that they were short staffed, but holy cow! We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes when there were only 4 cars ahead of us! They were only doing one order at a time and wouldn't greet you at the drive thru mic until they finished the car in front. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or lack of resources, but all around it was a bad experience. They forgot my crunchwrap and sauces... our order was 4 items and they forgot 25% of it, when it wasn't even busy.

Just don’t go here. Pick any other Taco Bell in the area. The employees very obviously don’t care about their jobs. Last two times I’ve visited I’ve waited 20 minutes just to find out that they forgot about my order entirely. Then when I ask about the order the people at the counter are flat out rude and say stuff like “how was I supposed to know about your order”. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but this location is just a joke.

The most dirty and disgusting Taco Bell I have ever seen. The drive thru window was broken and the coffee machine was not working. I ordered 15 min ahead on the app and when I arrived, they told us our order couldn’t be completed because of the coffee machine. They refused to give us a refund and said we had to call corporate. They hadn’t even started making our food and after waiting another 10 minutes our food still hadn’t come out so we left. The app says our order is still being made 35 min later. Maybe it will be done sometime in the spring. 0/10

Probably one of the worst fast food places we’ve ever been. The service was horrible, the food did not sit well, the drive thru had us waiting with only 2 cars at 8:30pm ours and the one other and we waited 20 min to even be asked what we wanted at the speaker. Then when ordered finally and paid was told to pull up front to get food and the other guy was still parked there in front too waiting for his food. The employee had to ask me again after what I even ordered again. Will not be back to this location absolute waste of money.

Update: how on earth is this place still open after TONS BEYOND TONS of horrible reviews???? WHO is running this place???? I finally got ahold of them after 3 days of calling throughout the day and the manager took down my name and said they would replace my whole order when I came in next. If you look at corporates reviews, they're just as bad. I find it funny TB is adding new items and trying to change the face of the company, offer more exciting flavorful items etc BUT cannot hire decent employees. They really need to figure it out because 30+ min wait time, CLOSING drive-thru, rude employees, getting orders COMPLETELY wrong, cold food, horribly made food, etc AINT IT. GET IT TOGETHER. I really want to call the health inspector because if it's this bad on the outside, I don't even want to know what's happening on the inside........ If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order through doordash and they ROYALLY messed up my order. 1) The order was completely incorrect 2) missed quite a few items 3) food was made poorly 4) food was cold 5) THEY DONT answer the phone and the list goes on. Possibly the worst managed Taco Bell I've ever been to. If you want your food adequately prepared and roughly on time, this store is NOT for you. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. This was just a horrible experience I ordered the cantina chicken taco with two hard shell tacos and a chalupa it was all nasty and disgusting. Oh and there service was horrible, at 9:30 I was in the drive thru for 40 minutes and They said my food will be ready in 10 minutes then it was a whole hour, then I called the manager over and I said why is it taking this long to get my food and they said we forgot to make your food and I said why y’all forgot my order and they said because we were in a rush and I said in what rush. The floors were dirty tables were dirty and the food was just gross the hard shell tacos were burnt the cantina chicken taco had no seasoning and it was raw inside and the chalupa was burnt 0 stars, Dirty Atmosphere. Worst food, Worst atmosphere, worst service ever very rude for no reason and they’re so slow. They need to shut this location of Taco Bell down it’s not lasting any much longer.

Consistently disappointed. If it's cold food, the order is wrong or outright surly service (if you get it at all), why bother going here and keeping a bad location open? Sat in the drive through at 9:15, waited literally ten minutes before I went to the window, which was open. Nobody had a headset on, nobody was aware that they had several guests because they could not be bothered. Absolutely abysmal, and absolutely embarrassing. Don't go here. Don't trust this taco bell for ordering. Went here to pick up an order for a customer. About what seemed to be half the employees where going in and out of the back door talking to people in cars. One of the cars they where talking to was blocking the drive through for about 8 minutes. When I finally got to the drive-thru for the pick up. I was told to cancel the order because they won't make anything "fried". Of which, was just about everything on the order. Not sure if understaffed or wrong priorities but this was the slowest service I've ever had especially the fact that it's a fast food restaurant. They took 30 mins+ to get my order out, and saw that it took another gentlemen 40 mins + to get their order. Dine-in. There wasn't anybody else. But they will prioritize drive-thru. Takes them no longer than 5 minutes to get their food. No one manning the cash. There would be people coming in (delivery drivers, etc) calling for help but are ignored.

Worst ever. I wish could give zero. Placed order 9pm- 2min after my sister. She got her order started eating... and I'm waiting... almost 15 min I nicely ask if it's coming as I do feel bad they are swamped.. told it's the next order to be made... so I wait... and wait. And finally ask someone else almost another 15min... and they don't see my order...?!?! Like did the other guy lie to me! Then they finally find it and START it now! Would have just left but would have lost money. Finally got my food 30min later for one combo meal! $8 food!30min wasted.. Will never go back to this place again!

No matter what time of day you go through the drive thru, they ask you to pull in front of the building which then creates congestion of vehicles that ends up blocking the drive thru. We were the first ones in line, in the middle of the afternoon, no one else in line, still had to pull ahead and wait about 20 mins for our food, for an order that wasn't big, just for the order to be messed up, no sauces ever in the bag and tasting like it was left out. This location is the worst and it doesn't matter if you go inside or the drive through.

The staff in general is so rude and arrogant. They always miss stuff in my orders and when I asked for the missing items they get angry and more rude. If they don’t want to work and serve public it’s better you can new caring staff. Your food is excellent but need to make a change in personal. I’m not the only one noticing this. And it’s been 3 times in a row I got my orders missing items

Can’t hit the drive thru OR even order on the app without somehow encountering a 40 min wait. I have gone here and been denied my order due to “fryers being down” late at night, and half the time they mess up my order. This is the WORST TACO BELL OUT THERE! From now on, i’ll travel the extra 20 mins to the North Tonawanda Taco Bell, which will result in more accurate, efficient, and friendly service. Avoid this place at all cost, the employees don’t care and neither do the managers. This is the worst service in Niagara Falls, if not a very close second.

Terrible service. Very long wait. Waited over 20 minutes for a DoorDash order that was sitting at the back of the kitchen. Asked multiple staff multiple times and all said it was being worked on, while no one was working on orders. All staff were wandering around looking busy. While waiting, other completed dine-in orders were not completed properly and customers needed to ask for meals to be fixed or were missing items.

Honestly nothing was wrong with the food except for how long it took to get. We ate inside and watched as a manager sat on her tablet while yelling at employees to do orders she fully could be doing instead of standing there doing nothing. I know how a fast food kitchen works and I know there was no purpose to her just standing there. Although we met a fantastic trainee who actually treated me and my friend like humans. This place is in desperate need of new management if this place is actually gonna change. Maybe they'd have food, good service and better reviews from the replacement of management.

Worst Taco Bell location. They never have enough staff or always out of menu items. Did a mobile order and the lobby doors were locked at 11:33am. Had to go through drive thru and waited 30plus minutes Got home with the order and it was wrong order that my kids didn’t even eat any of it. This place should shut down. This is the most disgusting experience ever

The worst service and staff ever. We waited for almost an hour in the drive-thru only to get to know that they are accepting orders just by doordash which is neither mentioned on the website nor the store. How can someone know that they are not expecting the order? The staff was really rude. It was a long and tiring day because we had come from New Jersey to visit Niagara. And at the end of the day, this was the place we were dependent on for the food but couldn’t get anything. Disappointing. Need to do something with staff and service.

I thought the 45+ wait time for a single burrito bowl was crazy and then I stepped inside and received the worst attitude and disrespect ever. At first they put the burrito bowl ingredients in a nacho chip size small container. I let them know this isn't the right size and they told me to calm down. They said the machines aren't working right and they called a manager out. Even she was confused about the size and said the order didn't show right on the screen, but then they read my order to me. They remade the bowl and this time they left my potatoes out and filled it less than half full. At that point i left and deciced to contact support for a monetary resolution. Very confusing and rude beyond belief. I would never step foot into this location again unless the majority of the staff is fired and they employ helpful and kind people instead.

They are always out of food. Today They were apparently out of soft soft tacos...and no fryer or fried food...like why but you are pumping car after car out of the Drive-Thru..., I don't know if they're just busy and they don't want to serve walk-in customers, but this is a weekly occurrence... Getting tired of driving out here to do tacos for my kids. Only to find out we can't get nothing that we want or 75% of the menu is unavailable... We'll go down the street and start using mighty Taco for now on

I ordered through the mobile app for delivery and when my order arrived it was missing a whole meal and a burrito which was probably almost $30 together and every time it happens they thing a $10 of your next order makes up for it

Ordered 26$ worth of food on the app and arrived at the store when the app said food was done. When we got there we saw a sign saying lobby was closed due to short staff.. Okay, fine, no biggie, I work retail I get it. Pull through drive through and see a sign on the speaker that says “soft shell and hard shell tacos only”. We were then met with rudeness when we tried to speak with the women on the speaker. She said something to the effect of “can you read the sign on the screen!?” A younger gentlemen came over the speaker and had us pull up to the window to try to at least see if there was something that could be done. He told us unfortunately nothing on the order could be made and that we would have to contact support to try to get our money back because it was already cleared through the store’s system. (I would like to recognize this employee for being as helpful as he could be! Didn’t catch a name) I later heard from a friend that they had a sign up yesterday saying only soft shell and hard shell tacos as well. If that’s true, I find it extremely worrisome that they have had next to no product for two days and are still accepting online orders. I can only imagine how much money has been accepted by this location the past maybe 2 days in exchange for probably 0 product received. You would think a manager would be able to contact SOMEONE to turn off online orders or just even close the restaurant if they really have no employees AND no product. EDIT: So I went back today and thought I’d give another chance. Can’t say I was surprised when my whole order was wrong. It’s partially on me for not opening up my bag and laying it out in the restaurant but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and took that chance. Ordered 11 items plus 2 drinks (most of which was “boxes”) which I thought was a relatively simple order but when we got home there were 2 missing items and the chips were literal crumbs and the few that we ate tasted like pure chemicals. The biggest issue I had today which is what brings me back here was that this restaurant is substituting meats without telling you as wel. HUGE no-no in my opinion and could really hurt someone if they’re not careful. I ordered chipotle chicken burritos and got home only to find out there is beef inside? Now we not only have to check to see if the packages look right but we actually have to open every single item to confirm it’s what we ordered? Very sad to see Taco Bell continue to allow this poor service so consistently.

I enjoy eating at Taco Bell. I am visiting this area enjoying the Falls. This Taco Bell location provided poor service and quality of food. The cashier at the drive thru window was short tempered. It didn't bother me because I understand that anyone can be experiencing a bad day. He was on his phone more interested in that conversation than taking my order. Once I arrived at my hotel which was less than five minutes away I opened my order which was sloppily put together. My Mexican Pizza was luke warm and broken up. My hard tacos were wet and soggy. I am never the person who would leave a negative review but this franchise needs better customer service and quality control. Again Taco Bell is a place that I enjoy patronizing. Thank you

WOW TACO BELL WOW.... We made an order thru doordash and they send it to taco bell thru either a POS system (point of sale) or a tablet. The order is detailed fine on the app. Its detailed right on the receipt as well. Out of the 15 items ordered 3 cinnamon twists 2 crunchy tacos and only 2 of the 3 Chicken Chipotle Melts were present. 2 spicy potato tacos never made it in their place were two bowls of potatoes cheese and sour cream. Didn't even order sour cream. The other 3 burritos we got were weird Bean and sour cream double tortilla and red sauce oddities I believe in place of either some of the bean or beefy 5 layer burritos.. Can't Even figure that one out. I have never had a problem with taco bell and this was SUPER DISAPPOINTING Taco Bell @ 7300 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304

The female told me to park out front nobody was in the drive thru,but someone was already parked out front ,so I parked a little in front of them on the right hand side next to curb,I was shortly greeted with the same lady that told me to park out front with food shoved into my hands aggressively,I then went into get her name and she ran to the back and was shortly greeted by another employee who knew exactly who I was talking about and kept saying who who who,can we say TRASH all at the same time, because that's what this place has come to

Waited in line for 35 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Cashier had no idea where my food was. After arguing with other staff for 10 minutes he gave me half the wrong order. 5 layer burrito no beans extra beef literally came out extra beans no beef. Gave me someone else's taco also.

The guy at the drive thru window tonight let us pay and had us pull up then again after he pulled every car in the drive thru up then he gave the car behind us our bag because when he had us move and he didn’t remember we were. He proceeded to our car with our order and had an attitude telling us he didn’t tell us to pull where we were but we had no choice with probably six other cars behind us. We were missing food I had to enter the place of business to get my missing items disappointed with the amount of money I spent vs wait I got….. the guy at the front counter also gave me an attitude when proceeding to get my missing items I had to wait an overall 30 to 40 mins both in the drive thru and going in for my missing items

This place is always a let down. They ALWAYS manage to mess up the orders, the staff is always rude and the place always STINKS of weed. The food is never made how it’s supposed to. No matter what time you go the staff is just disrespectful, and rude. Awful service, terrible food, terrible everything. I don’t even understand why this place is still open. It’s also always a long wait to even order and then to GET the food. Disgusting and disappointing. Do better.

I can’t say the people were not nice because they were. But the nachos and cheese had stale nachos. We didn’t get what we ordered after waiting about 20 minutes and I feel like we had a rather simple order. There was a half hour wait time if we wanted beef. The pop had a hint of offness. Having worked in customer service before I feel like regardless if you have people waiting in the front of someone, if you can make an order for the people in line behind them.. you go ahead and take that persons order. You just do what you can. I don’t feel like this place did that with four staff… they gave me two cinnamon delights.. I asked for twists. And to give me two and one looks like it had been eaten.. yeah I’m good.

Trust the reviews. Terrible service. Just outright ridiculous you almost need to have a level of acceptance and laugh it off. Absolutely DO NOT DOORDASH during dinner shift. It will be wrong. Every time. It's obvious that the later it gets in the day- the collective maturity level of the staff significantly decreases.

Went there at 11:50 PM and there was 1 car in front of me I. Drive thru. Ordered one taco, pulled up to window and was told to pull up after I paid for meal. Waited no lie 10 minutes near front door, and gentlemen walked out and told me to pull up to allow more cars to wait. He said there was only him and another guy there to make tacos. Watched him for another 6 minutes while he stood around and did nothing and left without getting my taco. Not sure how long it takes to make a taco but pretty sure I could make one in 20 minutes.

I typically enjoy taco bell after a few green ones because it's fast and not bad when hot. I placed a mobile order through the app to help expedite the process. The drive thru line was long and starting to mess up traffic so I went inside. Shouldn't be a problem. I didn't get greeted at all while I stood and stared at them work. I can accept a busy time but there is a clear lack of leadership at the management position. There were no apologies handed out to a single person inside so I can assume the same for drive through. 5 minutes went by When I was spoken to by the manager I was told the lady who ran food out would take my order. I informed her my order was already placed and she began to mumble and grumble before I can elaborate. There was no life and absolutely no sense of urgency in the slightest. I kept my mouth shut because I'm grown but I was big mad

This is the only restaurant I know that is consistently bad. I have tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt SO many time now, but this last visit was ridiculous. When putting our order in at the drive-through, the man on the speaker was interrupted by another employee with a headset, and this other employee yelled at us - like full blown shout. They also didn’t have the ability to fry anything? Don’t know what that was about, either the fryers were broken or the people working just didn’t want to deal with fried items (as someone who’s worked in food service before, it’s not uncommon for something to be “unavailable” just because we don’t want to do it). The last part which is honestly the most frustrating, is the sauce - they were out of EVERY sauce? This must be a common occurrence for them because all other times I have gotten Taco Bell from this location (DoorDash or drive-through), they have a habit of just not including the sauce packets. Moral of the story - Just avoid this location as a whole. The service is slow and not worth the minimum 10-15min you spend waiting to order your food.

I HIGHLY ADVISE people STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ..... I have never had problems with Taco Bell until I been to this location. It doesn't matter what time of day or if you're in a line, as a consumer; you're still waiting at least 25 mins or so for order that will end up still being wrong or messed up. For example, I order two cheesy Gordita crunch and when I got home to eat; I look at my meal it and saw they didn't even make it or prepare it correctly. The Fiesta potatoes taste like they haven't changed the batch in awhile. If the location didn't look busy why would anyone serve customers potatoes that been sitting out for at least 4 hours. Usually, I would give these places a few chances because I understand the nature of the business and i used to worked at a Taco Bell a few years ago. I understand there is score system the when it comes to competing with other TB locations but if people are worried about timing; then at least make the order correctly and fresh if customers are waiting. Also learn to direct traffic congestion better when telling customers to pull around to the door.

Out of all the taco bells this is the worst these hoodlums skimped on every taco I ordered..... to the point it was maybe 30% of filling what you normally get, if rip off the front take a bite of the middle and throw out the rest. The staff here seems like they are mentally handicapped. Waited over 40 minutes for 4 items because half of the food was incorrect or missing. When asking about our before it was handed, they could not even match to the order number. Guy just mumbled and gave up, putting the bag down on the table and walking away to do more pointless mundane tasks. Slowest, worst "fast" food restaurant ever. Never got our food. Only serves drive through. The sercive was terrible. Several people waiting in lobby and will refuse to take your order in person, they only accept orders through the kiosk. Mobile orders take 20 plus minutes ( coming from the gentlemanwho was waiting before we walked in). The restaurant was extremely dirty and unkempt. 0/10 would not recommend.

Everyday it is always something with this place. This location sucks. Service is terrible. Production is terrible. I order a Baja blast drink everytime they don’t have it or it’s broken or they give me a different drink. Every time I went through drive thru, always more than 30min wait because they help only one customer at a time. They literally take one persons order & then serve them before taking the next persons order and there’s a huge line waiting. This place is unprofessional and terribly inefficient.

This Taco Bell used to be so good. Unfortunately, the service staff is ruining it. We ordered on Friday night, and took it back to our hotel. Once we got in, we saw we weren't given any sauces (we asked for a few milds). The nachos had a mound of the meat/beans just dumped in the middle (it was cold), the Mexican pizza was mushy and the chicken wrap was over done. I returned today, and asked if the person at the counter was the manager - she said she was the shift manager, so I explained what happened on Friday - it was pretty clear she couldn't care less (mumbled 'that sometimes that happens'). It's too bad that the existing customer facing staff is going to lose them business.

We waited 40+ mins for our food, at least 20 people who came after us, ordered their food and finished their meals before we even got ours!!! We doubled checked with them 20 mins into it and they said they didn’t start making our order. The service is not quick and fair at all. Basically ruined our mood and they were not apologetic at all. Let me say I have given this location so many tries and it just never gets better. From waiting 45 minutes for food, lockong the doors at random times to being harassed by employees, I am done. I will be driving to GI or Tonawanda for Taco Bell. Belive me, it is well worth the gas.

They Literally Threaten people. On 16th of September We were there around 30 mins before closing time and they didn't accept our orders saying that you would have ordered through mobile app or through Doordash. We did the same and they not gonna take our order at all and started shouting at us. The Guy at the Drive Thru window asked me to wait outside to have a fight. Avoid Guys.

Edit: I'm N E V E R coming back here again; Not only was the food made wrong, but I was fetishized as well It's a hit or miss with this Taco Bell, compared to other locations I've visited in New York state and the ones from my home in Colorado. I usually come eat between the hours of 9 pm to 1 am, and always order through the mobile app for pickup since I'm a picky eater ( ^ . ^) To understand my experience, I must start with the bad. The Cons: - Sometimes the wait can be upwards of 30 minutes or more, depending on how busy they are - Tragically, every taco bell I've eaten at always messes up a part of my order (except recently; will elaborate) - Seem to never get sauce, and have to request it at the window - Recently, I continue to be heavily flirted with by employees.. and I haven't visited as often because of it The Pros: - Ordering through the app is a LIFESAVER, and a must recommend for all - When the food is made right and fresh, it's immaculate and lights up my night - When items aren't available as I've ordered, employees are always willing to work with me to find a substitute for it - When I receive the sauce ordered, I get lots of it ! And it makes me very happy I fear that my orders recently have only been of such quality due to employees flirting with me. It does make me uncomfortable, but I don't want to feel attractive just to get the right order. I would rate higher overall, but there needs to be more consistency with the food being correct and fresh before this.

August 2025. Ceiling was pouring in rain water. Manager refused to close the dining room. Older gentleman needed help with ordering and no one would come help him. Heater was broken. Dining room was filthy and smelled moldy. Ever wonder why the ceiling is painted black. It's to cover up the wet and moldy spots. This place should be closed down. Taco Bell shame on you. Never again.

This place does whatever they have to I. Order to BS their drive thru numbers . They will have you pull around and wait 15-30 mins often time not give a receipt and getting orders wrong . This has been several visits . Go else where the attitude of workers and quality are absolute trash

Had a mobile order and was told to go around the building. Waited twenty minutes and no order. They hadn't even started the order and then it was wrong, twice. Had to go back in both times to try again. Also overflowing garbage cans and the bathroom was just awful. Multiple workers outside smoking during the whole time. Never again. Why be in business at all???

AUGUST 5 2024 AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I ❤️ 🌮 🔔, just not this location. Arrived about 330pm tried to go through drive thru was told I had to come in to order. Ok, went inside that they said they had -NO CHICKEN, -NO CHEESE -NO SOFT TACO SHELLS -NO TORTILLA CHIPS and than was told I had to wait 20 minutes for food, ONLY AFTER I PAID. I would have left but he said I couldn't get my money back. I actually was there 45 minutes waiting for partial order, because just like a few weeks ago, they forgot items from my order that I paid for. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my fries. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS IN THE AREA. JULY 17 2024Systems were down forever, lines inside & out. They messed up my order and left things off that I paid for.
