The food was very good. A friend said it's like the fast food of Italian ... fair assessment, but after you've ordered at the counter, they cook your food and bring it to you. Their unlimited breadsticks are fluffy, warm, and full of buttery garlic goodness flavor. We had baked chicken alfredo, and baked chicken parm. We'll be back to try other dishes! The staff was friendly and helpful.

When I'm out that way, I always stop at Fazolis. The food is amazing and it's good portions for a great price. It's served fresh and fast! Also the staff is always helpful and wonderful. I wish they were closer to my house so I could go more often.

We didn't sit down, but we did grab take-out. The staff were courteous and personable, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal at home. The food was above par in quality and taste, with well-sized portions for adults to the point where our kids split the pasta and meat sauce and there was still some left over after they ate their fill. The garlic breadsticks are not traditional in the sense of when you think about garlic bread, but still taste great with their dishes. Overall I would recommend this as a quick but worthwhile alternative to something like an Olive Garden, especially if you don't feel the need to spend Olive Garden money. Enjoy!

My family and I haven't been to a Fazoli's in around 15+ years, since the one closed in Flagstaff. So we were excited to find one, only a little out of the way,😂 on our way to Disneyland! The staff was super nice and welcoming! We felt like long lost friends! The baked spaghetti and bread sticks were as delicious as I remember!!!

As far as food delivery goes, they almost always have the order ready on time. This helps me get my job done well, and makes customers happier for both of us! I've only had their baked ziti and meatball sandwich but both were pretty good

The baked Spaghetti is excellent! The spaghetti with meat sauce is very good. Salad with French dressing is awesome! The fettuccini is very good! Their Coke her tastes like McDonald's Coke, always a positive! They have mini-Italian and Pepperoni BLT sliders at this location. Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes were a bit too sweet for my liking. This location is my go to for quick Italian food.

I remember these restaurants being all over the place when I was a kid, it was a shame when they went out of business. My sister heard that this one was here, so she took me out for lunch after class. The food is great quality at their reasonable prices, the unlimited bread sticks are almost better than I remember, and the staff is so sweet and funny. I hope Fazoli's will make an eventual comeback in the IE, but I'm happy to have this bit of nostalgia here. I hope to bring my friends around soon.

I went yesterday It was quite busy, but customer service was great, the food was hot and delicious. First Saturday that I have ever seen one of the managers working everywhere she was taking orders checking tables and going back and forward to the kitchen, Ruth our server was awesome I totally would recommend this to my friends, for my whole meal was barely less than 50 bucks for 4 people. Totally coming back tumbs up!.

Used to go to Fazolis many years ago when they had multiple locations. Then they vanished. My daughter a few years back asked whatever happened to her favorite food place, and low and behold, she found this location. We love coming here, even if it is almost an hour drive for us. The service has always been great, and the bread sticks are fantastic. My daughters favorite is the Alfredo, I also love the pizza. The food is always hot and fresh tasting. Prices are fair, too. Highly recommend if you're ever in the area.

I came today, the manager who usually works Monday morning, I believe she said her name was Leanna, she is fantastic! Always friendly, always helping us pick out new things to try on the menu, a young man brought us our food he said his name jay, he was friendly and polite too. My boyfriend and I go here whenever we're craving pizza. It comes with free breadsticks. On Monday it's $8 cheaper. If this placed closed I'd be sad, the food is really good. The Italian Ice's aswell. I like the pizza here because it's not greasy, it's buttery. Also thanks for the meatball for my pup! Love the people here ☺️

I used to go to Fazoli's a lot as a kid, but they all shut down in my state. Finally got to have it here while on vacation in California. The bread sticks were just like I remembered, and the pizza was great too. It was some of the best service I've gotten at a fast food place, especially from Ruth, who was friendly and attentive.

The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was so good. Made it a combo with peperoni pizza which was buttery goodness. Sad there aren't more of Fazoli's restaurants.

Just had their promotional pepperoni pasta bowl with the kids and they were happy with the taste and quality of the food. Good way to do a quick carb load before an afternoon basketball practice for the kids. This particular restaurant chain used to be really really good. We had one in Arizona years ago and we used to eat there all the time. They had a signature Italian dressing that was just awesome and the food was very flavorful and super super yummy. We were passing through town and we got off the freeway to get gas, we saw the Fazoli sign and we were super excited. We went and we ordered what we used to order and unfortunately it was not very good. They don’t have the Signature dressing any longer they brought us out some kind of alternative dressing, maybe because of the supply chain or the demand but it wasn’t as good as the other stuff. My pizza was very plain, my wife’s pasta dish had very little flavor and my son even did not eat the two slices of pizza we got him and he’s an 18 year old growing boy. The staff was extremely polite and they were very nice, there was an employee and he was brand new, it might’ve been his first day or maybe his second day on the job and it was fun dealing with him. He was one of those guys that knew he did not know what he was doing yet but wasn’t afraid to tell you and I can respect that. I’m super disappointed that this place did not live up to our expectations. I’m not going to write them a bad review because maybe it was just us, maybe our expectations were really high because of our fond memories of the other location. Please visit this particular store and try it for yourself. In fact, let me know what you think.

Came Friday afternoon, it wasn't very busy, but the staff was very friendly, a young man. And a woman with black hair. There was only one other set of guests in the dining area, a younger woman, and a older woman. The food looked great! Tasted even better. I didn't get names of the staff that day, but I wanted to say I appreciate them, and the service they provide! I will be back again and again, especially if they are here!!

Sadly, this is the only Fazoli's within a 100 mile radius of living in Los Angeles. With that being said, I will gladly drive the 70+ miles to eat their delicious breadsticks. Their building is usually very empty of customers, which is sad because of how great their food is; but ultimately great if you want the entire dining hall practically to yourself.

Partner and I got the baked chicken pene with broccoli and the spicy baked pene. Broccoli was a 10/10 and the spicy pene was 10/10. The breadsticks were also amazing. The pizza was a tad lack luster. The lemon Italian ice was amazing but the blue raspberry was too sweet. Overall we agreed to visit again.

A drive-thru Italian restaurant???? That already made it 5/5 stars because there isn't any other one around my area. My girl & I were on our way to Anaheim from San Bernardino, so we were coming down the 15 fwy when we were going to stop at a Popeyes in Norco to grab a quick bite. Popeyes line was ridiculous & she noticed that there was a place called Fazoli's right behind us, and that they had a drive thru with no line, so we decided to switch & give it a try. Boy was that a great decision! We ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo & the baked Ziti pasta (which both come with 2 breadsticks each). We were kind of skeptical at first because how long is a drive thru for Italian food going to take? Well it wasn't drive thru for no reason, in & out of line in about 5 mins. The food was great (hot & fresh), breadsticks taste homemade, the clerk was patient & helpful, I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by if you haven't had this place before! 👌🏾

Great food, quick drive thru. My order came with 4 bread sticks, which were not in the bag with the food. Called, the person on the phone claimed they were in the bag, denied not putting them in. I was already home in South Corona when I discovered the omission and wasn't about to make the drive back. Otherwise, great place.

This is the only fast food Italian place I have ever tried and while it wasn't the best it wasn't bad either. We tried one of the samplers and a double stacked lasagna. The double stack was definitely the best the bread sticks are good but a bit salty. Their salad and piece slice was overall decent as well. If you enjoy Italian food and aren't to picky about it you'll probably enjoy here.

Very good. Italian drive-through!! When your hungry, you want it fast and you don't want regular fast food, come here!! Everything I've had is good. My favorite is the baked spaghetti, comes with meatballs, sausage & cheese & I add pepperoni. Bomb!! I do recommend

Loved Fazolis when I lived in the Midwest. I was really looking forward to savor the same. But a bit of a let down. Got the combo lasagna, fettuccine, and spaghetti. Some of the lasagna layers were a bit chewy....undercooked or been sitting touching a warmer pan for too long. Portions were good enough for two. Breads ticks were good. I'm hoping my next visit will be better.

First time trying fazoli’s and it was pretty good got a few different things The smashed meatball slider was really good I believe the meatballs are made in house definitely didn’t taste like a frozen one the 2 slices of pepperoni pizza 🍕 were okay And the spaghetti with meat sauce was a little plan good but needs more flavor I would come back for the meatball sandwich don’t think I would get the pizza 🍕 or the spaghetti 🍝 again just not for me The drive thru was super quick and the lady at the window was very nice. Oh yeah the breadsticks came out hot and And tasty and the large soda is huge ( BIG GULP )

Pretty good food especially for the price. They have a ton of $7 lunch specials that come with 2 entrees and a soda. You also get a plate of breadsticks which were soft and delicious.

The service is Great. The food is salty and the strawberry smoothie that I got was very sweet. I like the garlic bread with butter and the Salad was good just don't like the ranch. Not sure if will go there again.

We found this restaurant while looking for a quick pasta meal. It was quiet, clean, and had plenty of space. I ordered the two-for-one combo for $10, which included a chicken Alfredo and a lasagna with meat sauce. My boyfriend got the larger portion of chicken Alfredo and loved their breadsticks. The Alfredo and lasagna were okay, but they were a great deal for the price. We also ordered some mozzarella bites which sadly aren’t sphere shaped which I was hoping for. Those were okay as well. Staff were somewhat pleasant! Not overly nice, but not off the bat rude either. Overall we gave this place a 3.5 out of five! You should try it!

Went for lunch today... The fettuccine alfredo with chicken, sadly, was terrible. I received the dish and it was cold so I brought it back to the counter and had it heated back up but that couldn't help the flavorless, runny sauce. I was definitely disappointed with my meal however my lunch companion had a Smoky bacon pasta bake which was really quite tasty. I would be willing to try it again another time, however. The restaurant was clean and neatly decorated and the counter help was all good.

SUMMARY: VERY DISAPPOINTING! The Ultimate Fettuccini was a plate of Fettuccini with very little sauce, topped with pre-fried chicken nuggets, broccoli, bacon and canned sliced mushrooms. The whole plate was just lukewarm, quickly became cold half way thru. I had their Chicken Fettuccini bake before, it was much delicious, grilled chicken baked with saucy Fettuccini, the server warned me the plate was very hot. I was expecting something similar. Guess I was wrong.

Ordered the grand sampler for the first time and it was a disappointment. For one I had to wait an additional 30 minutes upon picking up my order. When I got my order, the pasta was dry with little sauce. Also, I didn’t like the way the Alfredo tasted. It tasted like the cheese was bad. I don’t ever review but I got to tell you, this was a big disappointment.

The little meatball slider is good and a good deal! UPDATE: I decided to try mobile ordering since I had my little one. They say quick online pickup but it’s anything but quick. I placed the order, and arrived 10 minutes later. The guy said they were still working on it. I waited for 45 minutes, dozens of cars in the drive thru and loads of walk-in customers were served. There was a lot of people who ordered, ate, and left as I waited with my daughter for our meals. What is the point of online ordering? I could have walked in, waited in line, waited for the food, ate, and left two times now, and we approach an hour waiting while my child sits hungry…

I came to this location on Monday, June 3. The manager on duty was an older lady,she appeared to be very angry or upset. She was slamming things down and very snippy with the employees. Cursing and just looked extremely unprofessional. This isn't the first time we have seen some not so professional behavior from her. Due to this we won't be coming back, not if she's working anyway! Food was okay, kind of bland, breadsticks were amazing!

Waited about 15mins before even got to order. Looked like only 3 employees. We dined in and our food was made for take out. Then only get half our order. Have to ask for the other half. Was not offered any bread. But the food was good.

AC was broken. Cashier brought out the wrong order. Staff was rude. We had alot of leftovers and asked for a bigger box and they told us to get the smaller ones. We did not want to waste several containers for one dish. Walking a way we hear the staff say " they just have so many leftovers". Does this come of your check. I think not. I showed up with my mom who is handicap in a walker I was pushing her on the seat of her walker she recently hurt her back it was obvious we were getting in it took a few min. I explained it's was too small that the dishes are big she told me no again. Said you forgot to order to go your not allowed to have the to go containers the tins, they had I seen the round tin. I didn't tell her I have pancreatitus. I dont eat much. It was mainly for my mom. I tried the tiny box . They didn't offer help. Was sliding everwhere on table I cleaned it up i dont have a kitchen at home it has to ve fixed.. Normally, this is one of my favorite places, but I'm not sure if this manager is new or just has poor customer service. The breadsticks they gave me were hard like bricks. I called back to ask when they closed and told them about my breadsticks, to which the manager coldly said if I had been there over an hour ago (it had not been an hour), they could not replace them! Then, she told me to make sure I bring the old ones back or else she could not swap them out. As if I wanted these bricks! Worst customer service ever from this place but worth my time to go all the way back up there from Eastvale!

I placed a DoorDash order and after waiting for close to an hour I called the store to ask about the order and they claimed it was ready just for my second dasher to cancel because they lied and it was in fact not ready. And the ranch they charge 1.25 are a joke 😭 it’s a small little bag that’s only filled 1/4 of the way. I will say the chicken Alfredo is good but some honesty and better customer service would have been appreciated

Honestly, food looked good on reviews, therefore, we went. Restrooms were closed, no one apologized nor suggestedwhere to go. Everyone looked like they were there for a paycheck. No smiles. There was sticky ice tea on the counter of soda machine. Like if it was there for a looooong time. Food taste was ok. When we were leaving a nice older lady by drive thru did say goodbye, she was the only one that gave any attention. Will not be going back.

Wow $71 dollars for burnt sandwich cold pizza watery pasta NO THANK YOU first time eating here nope never again it was more expensive than eating at Olive garden the food was not even tasty come on Fozolis do better! God how I wanted my money back my sandwich is still sitting here the next day!
