Ruth has excellent customer service, it is so rare now a days to have such treatment in a restaurant. Manager should be proud to have her in their team. Keep it up Ruth you are the best!

We’re so glad Fazoli’s is back in SoCal! The Corona restaurant is the total package. Clean dining area and restrooms. Amazingly attentive staff, who is pleasant to interact with. The food, as always was fresh, tasty, and well cooked. The lunch specials are affordable and filling plus easy on the wallet. If you’re in the area, stop by and enjoy! Our family had a blast eating here!

I liked the lunch special but the worker was rude and kept cutting me off as I was asking questions. It was my first time there so she didnt leave a good impression for me

Last time I had Fazoli’s was back in Wisconsin! Long over due!! The mozzarella balls are FIRE? The breadsticks are FIRE, spaghetti was very good and the baked spaghetti with the meatballs was delicious but the meatballs had a flavor I didn’t like (won’t get again)

Good Food! Knocks that nasty Olive Garden out the park! Affordable! Love the unlimited breadsticks! I love it when my food tastes good and does not try to "manipulate" or "trick" me that it is. 😂

First time trying fazoli’s and it was pretty good got a few different things The smashed meatball slider was really good I believe the meatballs are made in house definitely didn’t taste like a frozen one the 2 slices of pepperoni pizza 🍕 were okay And the spaghetti with meat sauce was a little plan good but needs more flavor I would come back for the meatball sandwich don’t think I would get the pizza 🍕 or the spaghetti 🍝 again just not for me The drive thru was super quick and the lady at the window was very nice. Oh yeah the breadsticks came out hot and And tasty and the large soda is huge ( BIG GULP )

Pretty good food especially for the price. They have a ton of $7 lunch specials that come with 2 entrees and a soda. You also get a plate of breadsticks which were soft and delicious.

We found this restaurant while looking for a quick pasta meal. It was quiet, clean, and had plenty of space. I ordered the two-for-one combo for $10, which included a chicken Alfredo and a lasagna with meat sauce. My boyfriend got the larger portion of chicken Alfredo and loved their breadsticks. The Alfredo and lasagna were okay, but they were a great deal for the price. We also ordered some mozzarella bites which sadly aren’t sphere shaped which I was hoping for. Those were okay as well. Staff were somewhat pleasant! Not overly nice, but not off the bat rude either. Overall we gave this place a 3.5 out of five! You should try it!

I ordered lasagna with marinara sauce, and ravioli with marinara sauce. My order came with 2 very salty bread sticks, I'm sure after this meal, I now have high cholesterol. Lol The resteraunt was actually clean compared 2 other locations that I've visited. RETURNED 3 years later! Food was amazing and so was customer service!

Normally, this is one of my favorite places, but I'm not sure if this manager is new or just has poor customer service. The breadsticks they gave me were hard like bricks. I called back to ask when they closed and told them about my breadsticks, to which the manager coldly said if I had been there over an hour ago (it had not been an hour), they could not replace them! Then, she told me to make sure I bring the old ones back or else she could not swap them out. As if I wanted these bricks! Worst customer service ever from this place but worth my time to go all the way back up there from Eastvale!

I placed a DoorDash order and after waiting for close to an hour I called the store to ask about the order and they claimed it was ready just for my second dasher to cancel because they lied and it was in fact not ready. And the ranch they charge 1.25 are a joke 😭 it’s a small little bag that’s only filled 1/4 of the way. I will say the chicken Alfredo is good but some honesty and better customer service would have been appreciated

Honestly, food looked good on reviews, therefore, we went. Restrooms were closed, no one apologized nor suggestedwhere to go. Everyone looked like they were there for a paycheck. No smiles. There was sticky ice tea on the counter of soda machine. Like if it was there for a looooong time. Food taste was ok. When we were leaving a nice older lady by drive thru did say goodbye, she was the only one that gave any attention. Will not be going back.

Wow $71 dollars for burnt sandwich cold pizza watery pasta NO THANK YOU first time eating here nope never again it was more expensive than eating at Olive garden the food was not even tasty come on Fozolis do better! God how I wanted my money back my sandwich is still sitting here the next day! An to add we were almost done eating and I seen we should have gotten free bread sticks I had to ask them they brought us some keep your day old pizza watered down pasta shame on you
