The young woman working today was so pleasant. Think her name is Teresa. She was patient with the man trying to enter my order and was smiling the whole time. Better change the the other girl who normally there who looks like she is in pain all the time.

Same good food as many years ago! The service was great, very friendly! As far as atmosphere, this one is by a busy street, bot the restaurant's fault. I still love the catching A-Frame building that immediately let's you know it's DerWienerschnitzel. I love their chile fries, and Chicago hotdogs, and, of course, the chile dogs!

This place is a classic. The chili cheese dog is the go-to but them chili fries with cheese. Those are delightful. The service was great and the food came out quick and hot. I couldn't be happier

Really disappointed in this place, went to order some chili cheese fries and got half of an order. Almost 7$ for this ! It's been going less and less every time we go in. Too bad there's no other one nearby otherwise I would not go here.

This is a nice, convenient Wienerschnitzel location. The only problem, and the reason for the 4 stars is that there is no drive-thru. The staff work hard, and service is prompt and efficient. The prep is as good as any store, and the order accuracy is good. Never had a problem after many visits. Accessible parking nearby, though it's not well marked.

They gave me the order no one claimed. I didn't realize this until my wife told me what she got. Chilli dog with mustard and onions... Do better guys! Not even close and I was the last customer instead of taking a loss they forced it on me.

Ordered a chili cheese burger. Got a cheeseburger. I said the order twice because he actually said chili dog... So disappointed. Kid had his headphones on. I'm going back. Went back, they wanted the burger I took a bite of. The kid said he confirmed my order. No, I confirmed it twice. Get that headphone out of your ear. Such disrespect when talking to a customer. I guess this location thinks people just throw cash at them for whatever service. They wouldn't make me the correct order, or refund, and the lady in charge said: sorry about your luck. It is order 629. About 5pm November 21, 2025. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again. I will be reaching to corporate. Sorry about your luck! Update: I did reach out to corporate after this confrontation. The lady at this location basically accused me of conning this location out of a burger instead of rightfully compensating their mistake. I asked corporate for my money back and a few more things. i would tell you all: check your order before you leave to avoid this nonsense but just don't come here and save the time and calories. Oh, and the cheeseburger they gave me was absolutely awful. Oh and miss who discharged me and try to accuse me of ripping of this store. I attched the lousy cheese burger you gave me from your emplloyee who was listening to music. Theres my proof. Tried to stomach your lousy food, but couldn't. You are the worst manager, employee ever to exist. I will never come back to this location without a formal apology, refund, and more. Have a great holiday. Hope this was worth it.
