I don't give fast food restaurants this high of a review. But, this McDonald's was a wonderful place! The staff was warm, responsive to my needs, professional while genuinely great service! I Will make sure to stop by again since this was part of my trip from San Diego to Riverside, that I do this several times a year.
Excellent service and a warm atmosphere
Like that, this location doesn't have their stupid dual order lines that merge into one lane. Was very happy that the fries were fresh and hot, unlike most other locations. Glad we stopped there.
I'm so stoked. This place got my order absolutely right and it was HOT! I take back everything I ever said and am once again a loyal Mickey D fan. The drive through was lightening fast and everyone very friendly/helpful....they've got the process down. Nice work.
Typical McDonald's in a positive way would not expect anything more from a visit. Quick good n got to use my app, so l got the meal for like half the actual price.
The drive thru m9ved quickly this time. We ordered our items which is a challenge at times but they got it correct. The food was prefect and the coffee was just right. They did a good job.
Last minute late run. Showed up about 15 till closing. There was no attitude or annoyance from the cashier. Food came out hot and fresh. On a side note... The ice cream machine was still working which is amazing and awesome! So many times you go to a McDonald's late and their machine is down "for cleaning"

There's was a car in front of me that was giving the employees an issue which caused me to wait in the drive through for 15min+. When I get to the cashier I'm not in the best mood. Before I can even said anything Rachel the manager was so quick to make things right without me even saying a word. Kudos to the excellent customer service. I will continue to come to this location. Food is always fresh and staff is always so welcoming.
I am extremely happy that I finally get to give this location 5 stars. I have been going to this mcdonalds for atleast 25 to 30 yrs and the service and food has always been subpar. I don't know what happened but the last 3 or 4 times I went to this location the food and service was excellent. Thank you to whomever is responsible for the positive changes. I will definitely visit this Mcdonald location more frequently.

I’ve been to nearly every McDonald’s in my area (thanks to my youngest believing it’s the only food group that exists), and while the food is pretty much the same everywhere, the service here stood out in the best way. Michael, who was working the drive-thru, absolutely restored my faith in humanity — something that’s been hard to come by lately. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly polite. These days, it often feels like customers have more courtesy than the staff, but Michael reminded me what great customer service looks like. Everything in our order was correct, including condiments and utensils, which is a rare win in fast food. Kudos to this location and especially to Michael — keep setting the bar high!
Foods usually good service usually good more times than not they forget something in my order or don't give me sauce I have asked for but not bad for a McDonald's
Long wait time! Food was good, customer service indifferent... what happened to the "thank you", "have a nice day".. trust me, my feelings don't get hurt easy at all, I call things the way i see them, but a nice word does everyone good! SMILE
I do not like to dine in here. The table were dirty I can’t find a clean one the time we are eating here. I don’t think is restaurant issues. I guess this is US standard. Pick up or drive through only from now on.
Pretty decent McDonald's from my one visit
Foods are getting more expensive now. Service is quick BUT during peak hour, it's very slow (more than 15 minutes waiting). I love the Coupon and Deal on the McDonald's App (Everyone should download and install it on your phone). It will save you $$$.
I go here for bacon egg cheese biscuit in morning there are always homeless people ...some really out there that give me pause about going there but I've never had trouble myself
It's McDonald's sometimes your order is right sometimes it's wrong. sometimes your french fries are perfect sometimes they're cold and gross either way they're always better with hot mustard. Their iced coffee is passable and even better when it's 99 cents in the app. It's McDonald's sometimes it's good sometimes it's just McDonald's.
Hit and miss here . Sometimes it's fine sometimes it's not busy and you arebtold to pull out front and you wait for half an hour . Or they mess up your order even after they have repeated it to you right and it says on the food it's done the right way. Not the best
I got the deluxe breakfast, with a biscuit instead of muffin. Everything on my plate was great. Perfect eggs, sausage and hotcakes, the only problem was that there was no soap in the restroom and no hand sanitizer anywhere in the place (I look everywhere). Luckily I had some in my car. What about the employees entering the restroom? Unsanitary
Service was super slow 🐌 took me more than 20 minutes to get thru. The fries 🍟 were old. The burger was good. But overall, not the best experience. I usually try t9 avoid this McDonald's.

Usually have a descent experience here at this location. I actually drive 2 exits down just to go here instead of the limonite location which is closer to me. But today the elderly lady at the pick up drive thru was rude for absolutely no reason. I asked if they charge extra for ketchup and she turned to her coworker and literally said “I hate when they ask that”. Excuse me ma’am, it was a question I needed to know the answer to because I didn’t have any more loose change. I don’t understand people working in customer service if you people annoy you so easily.
Ordered my food for dine in and I was packed in a bag to go. No big deal. However. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and when I opened the sandwich there was no egg and no cheese. So I brought it back to the counter and showed my receipt and my sandwich. The lady at the counter said give me the sandwich. I hesitated and she told me you don't need to give me attitude. Lady, I don't have attitude, I'm mad. You didn't apologize and insulted me with a condescending tone implying that it was somehow my fault that I didn't get what I ordered correctly. This was particularly disappointing as I liked the service at this location. They were so nice previous to this one visit. For some reason I don't think this one lady enjoys working here. Apparently customers who value the service are to be treated like crap if they complain about mistakes made with their order. Sorry to say, there's a few other McDonald's that can provide better service than this. Be better. I didn't do anything wrong.
usually mid level for a mcdonalds but tonight unfortunately was different. late night an hour before close i placed a mobile order to pick up and when i arrived the line (drive thru only at this time) was down the road and around the block but the app wont allow you to cancel the order. After being forced to wait 30 MINUTES i arrived at the window where the rude worker had lost my order in their system, took 10 minutes to find it (while making other orders) and then nearly threw it at me when i asked to see a supervisor. 30-40 mins for a mobile order is beyond stupid and curbside should be available later for mobile pickup
Just went through the drive through. I ordered the #7 combo, which is 2 cheeseburgers. Then I ordered the #5 combo, 10 piece chicken nuggets WITH a cheeseburger on the side. When i got home I should have had 3 cheeseburgers total, but they cheated one. Very disappointed.
Disappointed that I went here for lunch to have their annual mcrib sandwich only to find that it wasn't available at this location. Strike one. Order a Big Mac meal instead, they apparently ran out of serving trays, I saw a pile over by the trash bin, I guess they didn't have time to clean the trays. Got our order, grabbed some fries and was instantly greeted with a heavy dose of salt. If you looked salt on your fries this is the place to go. The overall renovated McDonald's just felt dirty, I wasn't expecting this. The only redeeming thing about my visit was the young lady taking the order, she was very pleasant and that was the highlight of the visit to the location.
The problem with this location isn’t the food but the slow service. I understand things happen so I’m writing this review after multiple times I’ve experienced this. I’ve been one of two vehicles in the drive thru around 9pm and it’s taken 15 minutes to get my order. In addition they never apologize for the delays, they just seem annoyed that you’re there. The food is fine but it’s anything but fast at this location. And honestly isn’t that the only reason we come here?
We stop here frequently when returning to orange co. They were very busy and not working as a team. Heavy set lady was more interested in filling the sauce bins than seeing to it customers were served, other employees were running circles around her. Another tall gentleman saw no urgency in helping. We waited over 10 min for 2 sundaes and 1 cone. The sundaes sat so long, they melted and we asked to get remade. The girl who took our order, stopped taking orders to remake our order.
For some reason this location is always short staffed and has been short staffed for a while. Delivery orders never come out on time. I'm always waiting long here. Even if its a few items. Don't order through Grubhub or any of the delivery apps at this location!
Went to the drive thru, ordered breakfast. Drove away and found out that two of our breakfast sandwiches were missing. Went to the drive thru again (lobby closed) and told them that we didn't get them, and they tried to charge us for them again. Took some convincing on my part before they gave me the sandwiches without charging me again, but I got them. Won't be going back again for a while, I suspect.
Standard McDonalds menu however the customer service level is totally dependent on who is working (some days is excellent but most days are horrible) management needs to change in order for workers to change. ALWAYS check your order and verify what you are paying. Most times you will find errors
I have been sitting in the drive through for 28 minutes. I mean I understand it being busy but that long is ridiculous. The staff were very friendly but the wait time needs to be dealt with. This manager needs to be retrained and the girl at the window was o her cell phone instead of helping. Not good Norco..
They are usally pretty good here, but this morning Monday 9-5-2022 after 8 AM… Later than the time I usually go there. I got two sausage McMuffin‘s when I got home and started eating one of them I was disgusted that I started chewing eggshells. There was huge chunks of egg shell in my McMuffin. (Pictures posted) Called multiple times finally someone answered the phone I asked for the manager to request that they show the individual cracking eggs how to properly crack an egg. Because I’m sure I’m not the only person who had eggshells in their food, Manager did not speak English. She had a very hard time understanding what I was saying. She said “you come it again?” So yeah…
1st order window never takes orders, pull up to 2nd one.Person at drive thru having attitude cause I asked for fountain drink to replace shake on mcdonaldland meal and she said they couldn't do that I told her they've done before,also asked for a orange hi c for happy meal and they gave me a ice tea had to get off to change it.
Took forever to get my food, my burger was overcooked and no refills on my drink, which was watered down to begin with and still cost $3. MC Donald's is not what it used to be. Next time I'm going to inand out or habit.
We visited this restaurant twice, once for dinner and then for breakfast, both orders through the drive-thru... Both times the service was extremely slow. It took the crew almost 19 minutes to deliver our food after ordering (dinner), and it took 15 minutes to receive our breakfast after we placed our order. Neither time was the restaurant particularly busy. I do have to say that when our food arrived, it was hot and fresh.
it was not a pleasant experience visiting this location in the drive thru in the late afternoon. i drove up and placed my to go order all while using a code from the app and the order taker took a long time to take my order with only 1 other car in front of me in the line. i finally made it to the front window and was given attitude by the guy handing out the food at the second window.
This is hands down the worst mcdonalds in the inland empire. The employees and managers don't care about the their work ethics or your orders. They will lie to you. Give you the wrong items and make you wait much longer than usual for just 1 cheeseburger and fries. Avoid this mcdonalds at all cost. You will be doing yourself a favor
I have a bad experience here it’s 7:09am and the guy working first window was super rude!!!! So aggressive I think he shouldn’t be working here how he treats his customers.. I will not be coming to this mc Donald’s at all !! I’m going to the hidden valley mc Donald’s instead.

Placed an online order only to find out that they could not take online orders. Excuse was the computer was down. Well it sure worked fine on the app. Of course they wouldn't honor the online prices at the drive thru.
They don't run their AC for customers in the summer. they shorted me an entire meal in drive thru and that stuff costs like $12 bucks now, so they essentially ripped me off $12
0 stars, I tried to order food and order a gift card apparently they only take cash to pay for gift cards,that is so ridiculous, I can use my atm to pay for food but not a gift card? What kind of scam are the employees doing over there?!?!? That store missed out on 40 bucks, it’s fine, I guess they didn’t need my money.
Horrible! Waited in a line of about 8 cars for 30 minutes. The girl that took my order couldn't get it right. Then no one was in the first window to take the money. The kid said my bill was $12.27 so I gave him $20.27 and he had no clue how to make change and neither did the girl he finally asked to help him. I was at that window at least 10 minutes. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
The credit card machines attached to the digital kiosks did not work. I tried to place an order on 2 different machines with zero success. I then went to the counter and stood in front of the cash register for 5 minutes, multiple employees could see me standing there however no one made eye contact or attempted to help me so I walked out and had lunch at Jimmy John's instead.
As I am ordering in drive thru their computer freezes. So i wait about 8 minutes before they ask me to order inside due to technical difficulties. Strike 1. I go inside, lines are long, low on staff. I wait another 5 minutes before I order, I FINALLY order and the receipt printer runs out of paper. The cashier has no idea how to fix it and makes me wait even longer while he tries to find someone to fix it. AND after its finally fixed he forgets to give me my drink! Strike 2. When my order is finally ready (2 happy meals and a cheeseburger combo), I grab my stuff and when I get to my car and sit down I realize that they forgot to give me the chocolate milks that come with the happy meals!! Strike 3. Worst experience I've had in a while!
Where to begin... it's been many years since I have had McDonald's, I am not even sure that I was eating real food... What is in a chicken nugget these days? Yuck! The other thing that really bothers me, is the receipt was blank. I told the girl at the register, she just giggled and said... Yes it's having problems. I was flabbergasted that: 1 fish sandwich 1 regular burger 10 chicken nuggets 2 small fries Total over $24.00. Let's check the receipt oh yeah there's nothing on it. I won't go back.
Live right down the street from this disaster. Never staffed with two or three people doing their best to serve both drive through and dine in customers. Once you order expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get your food which will most likely be old nasty versions of what you ordered. I cant believe that corporate would allow this place to put their name on this business.
Pretty much like all McDonald's nowadays. Have to order at a super slow kiosk (computer) and try to pay, get an error message & have to pay at the counter. Both stalls in women's restroom were out of toilet paper & when this was told to employee, their response was, "I'll check to see if we have some." Food was not fresh or hot despite a long wait. Disappointing to say the least.
The absolute hardest bisquit I have ever had. I could not even bite down on it. Anytime you try and call they will never answer. For how expensive fast food is at least they can make it edibile. They also cut off breakfast in the middle of waiting in the drive thru they have to give a little more time for customers who are waiting in the line to order and who get there before 10:30.
Kisoh only two of the four machine were on. The one I used would not allow me to pay on the keypad, the only option was to pay cashier. The cashier was new and took too long with one other customer. So, my order #760 was never prepared until I paid cashier. I choose to walk in because the line was long in the drive thru. There were only three customers inside including myself. When I left 10 minutes later, some of the drive thru customers before me were gone....Thanks for nothing.
McDonalds has this bad habit of having people move out of the drive-thru and make you wait in a spot. I sat there waiting for my food while several people received theirs. I had to go in to get my food because they gave it away to someone else. The entire lobby was then subjected to the employee being scolded publicly for giving away 50 nuggets to the wrong person. There's a time and a place to coach your team members.

Ordered on the mobile app and added extra sauces for my nuggets. I didn’t receive any sauce. The ticket clearly had my sauces listed. Addionally I had to park and wait for 15 minutes.
Went to this location at 5:15 this morning with 2 cars ahead of me. It took 15 minutes (exactly) to get two coffees and one breakfast sandwich. The guy working the window on 5/15/19 at 5:15 am is absolutely incompetent and a stain on this location's service ability. Get rid of him. A chimp could have performed better.
3 managers and cant get it right? Teach the workers how to do the job then ridicule her with them if they do it wrong. Sometime its the Supervisors, not always should the worker be blamed. Should not take 3 Chiefs to tun a restaurant. 3 Chiefs will bury you.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience this morning. On Wednesday, 9/18 at approximately 8:40am, I placed an order in the drive-thru. Not only was my order wrong, the cashier (blonde haired, older lady), argued with me about my order, told me what to order next time and was not supportive in correcting my order. She looked at me with a “screwed” up face and was not helpful. She also roughly handed me my drink, dropping my straw, did not offer another and did not apologize. I was extremely respectful in my communication and wish I wouldn’t have been looking back. I understand people have bad days, but do not take it out on others. This will be escalated. My food was standard aside from my order being wrong.
You guys need to stop receiving orders for Uber/door dash if your closed. Horrible for the driver and the customer. Wasting our time and gas. Please shut off your system when you're closed !!
This is the worst McDonald's. They park you and walk your food around so it's cold, just to pretend they served a customer fast. I stopped eating there for a year because of cold food and making people park. They pay the employees more and the service is worse. I blame management for wanting to pretend Service is faster than it is.

I've been going here as a stop before I head into Norco. Never again. I ordered a side of sausage and it was spoiled. I bit into and it tastes funny. I spat it out and smelled it. It was an unfamiliar smell from what I remembered. Never going back. Reported to the manager unknown what happened.
I seldom do negative reviews; however, we have been to this McDonalds at least a dozen times in recent years and have negative experiences each. Staff training is the issue. Three days ago we used drive through. I ordered a soda and cone in the app. The person taking the order said it was tricky, never used the app before. Finally said to pull up and one was at the first window but no problem as I paid in the app. Got to second window and was chastised by employee because ice cream is served at the first window, soda at the second. With cars behind me the employee finally walked back to grab my cone. This could have been a quick and good experience.
No refill on drinks, don't go to this one
Made an online order and when I arrive to pick up manager claimed the order never appeared. I showed the online order and receipt but still didn't receive the order. Bad customer service!
Ordered food to pick up, arrived there around 7:30pm, and the doors were locked. The manager stated that there were only two employees working and could not let anyone in. Waited over an hour outside for my order, just to make it home to find out my order was completed wrong. The apples in the kids' happy meals were all bad.
Complete insane prices and thieves. There is a $4.20 upcharge for a different drink then the one that comes with the meal. The drink that comes with the meal cost $3.80 the drink I choose was $4.99 so explain to me how there is a $4.20 up charge for the $1.20 difference in costs of the drinks. $35+ for 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, and 2 drinks is straight thievery. Even if it is claimed to be done through upcharges.
Went inside place in order for a smoothie and a blueberry muffin, Thought it would be faster than the drive-through because the drive-through was stretched all way out to the street. I used the keyosk inside and I guess my order was ignored after that cause I stood there for almost 20 minutes while I watched people that came in after me order their food eat and leave. I got my money back I will never be visiting this location again.
Waited for quite some time in the drive thru, which isn’t a big deal, but then they just had us park out front to wait for our food. Also not a big deal usually except that there was about 10 cars all parked waiting for food. Every single car that came out of the drive thru immediately parked. Not one left the drive thru lane with their food. Then they couldn’t keep track of who ordered what and had an unfortunate worker walking around the parking lot asking each car if the bag in his hand was there’s. May as well just close the drive thru if you’re going park each car. Usually this location isn’t bad, but whatever was going on on Friday 2/24 at 7pm was a disaster.

They parked 6 cars, then walk the food out. The wait was very long. Is it just to pretend they served a customer fast on the drive thru timer? I blame management for ignoring the truth! Service is so bad at this location! Unfortunately, there needs to either be additional staffing or better training!

Ordered on the app and was told they couldn’t release it because the app glitched and didn’t allow me to put my parking spot number in. Manager said I would have to reorder and that I wouldn’t be charged for the first order. When I reordered and drove thru, I was upset to have received the old order that I had waited 20 minutes for and it was all luke warm. Their only resolution was to make me wait in parking again to “remake” it after I had already sat for so long. I didn’t trust that they weren’t going to just reheat it again so I said no. Meanwhile I now have 2 $40 charges that I’m trying to get off my account and haven’t heard back from the store just a basic template apology from corporate McDonald’s. Customer service is SO lacking here as this hasn’t been the first issue here. Not sure why I even bother allowing my kids to eat food here when I won’t even eat there.
Extremely understaffed, and has been for a long time. I feel very bad for the workers, who despite poor conditions, are still really friendly and try their best to keep up with the orders. The wait in the drive-thru last time was over 40 minutes, and today the entire system went down and I've been waiting for over 30 minutes after placing my order. The workers deserve better.

We ordered a number one which is a egg muffin it's supposed to come with Canadian bacon was just egg and cheese when I called they said there was nothing they can do and that I'm lieing They're always unprofessional And really rude They never say thank you have a nice day They just throw the food out the window and slam it
I was given a moldy burger even after parking and waiting for my burger to be made lol. Went back after driving away and was not treated the way you think someone in my position should have been treated. Then, I was given another stale burger And a about to expire in an hour chocolate pie. Right on!! Now I haven't had lunch and won't eat this stale burger. Itching my face driving home pissed and hungry. This isn't the first excellent experience from this McDonald's
Ordered 2 mcdoubles and 6 piece chicken nuggets. Only got 5 nuggets and no napkins. Not much of a line but took forever. It looked like the people working there are more interested in their chit chat than working. If your a lazy person and want to get paid to not to do your job properly and care more about the chit chat then you should apply here. The time is 8:58pm on Friday Nov 19th. Get this shift.

I thought the one on Limonite was bad, this location is absolutely terrible. Slow drive through service to start, then they forgot my nugget sauce. The food was cold and stale, had to have them remake it. Then they gave me the wrong food back.
This place has really gone downhill, the REALLY old lady in the drive thru charged me for 2 different sauces I not only didnt get the amount paid for but she forgot what kind i asked for and walked away from the window with an attitude before I could say anything.
This by far has to be the worse establishment out of the whole chain. Bought a drink with a meal, that fell and got wasted,due to the employee not securing all the way. The employee refused to refill the spilled drink. Has the audacity to ask if I wanted another at full price or a water. SMH Already paid for the drink that we didn’t get to enjoy already.

The lady working the drive through window was extremely rude I told her my happy meal did not have apple slices and she said they were out and said she gave extra fries which she did not! Ordered a 6piece and a 4 piece and they gave me 2, 4 pieces and charged me for a 6 piece and 4 piece still. Only writing the bad review because they wont answer their phone and I cant pack my kids up right away to receive a refund. They also need to fill the larg3 french fries more than half way, because I paid for a large. Hopefully in the future they can answer the phone to fix other peoples problems. I will not be coming back to this one.
Drive-thru experience and review: Waited a while under the 1st “Order Here” as a line was forming behind us. I’m sure it was less than a 10 min wait, but we never waited so long to place a drive-thru order. You could hear the employee who takes order breathe on the mic, but she couldn’t hear us. We honked, still nothing.. finally the girl come on the mic and said, “oh! You’re supposed to order on the next window.” Ok, we pulled up to the next 2nd “Order Here” and placed an order. We moved up to the next window before the last to pay, as the last window said “Pick up”, well, that’s also where you pay. Long story short, pull up the windows closest to the exit. Employe 08/09/25 at 7pm and was raw and nothing warm or apologized for the misunderstand that happened twice over order windows. Maybe this location needs more signs? See pic to show another customer waiting on the 1st window to order too.
I don’t come to McDonald’s often but realized now why I don’t. No one to take an order. Expensive for cheap low quality food. They’ve now stopped offering free refills. Did I mention expensive? No soap in the dirty bathroom. Tables dirty. Not sure where they shined?
If you get your order screwed up, it's because they immediately mark it as completed on the screens as soon as it appears to make their times look better. It's against corporate policy, but nearly every McDonald's in the area does it, they just stop doing it when they expect a visit from the higher ups or a secret shopper. This practice significantly increases the odds that they will mess up an order.
Super slow service. They’re stingy with the fries as well. Quality of food doesn’t match the prices. I can go to another McDonald’s that will give me better service for a cheaper price. Owner definitely needs to make changes. The prices need to reflect the quality of service.
Just went through the drive-through here. I ordered a large iced coffee. Employee did not even fill to the top. When I question why the coffee wasn’t filled to the top. She insisted to me it was. Apparently they don’t teach the employees at this location how to treat customers. Or anything in regards to Customer Service. Every time I come to this location, I have a bad experience
The young lady in the drive thru around 10pm needs to just quit or be removed from drive thru and the gentleman as well . Acting like she can't hear you and the attitude... She was wearing those big hoop earings.... Soo I got my order and my Mc chicken did not have chicken lol just wow...
