We went for Santa Brunch and had red velvet pancakes and mimosas! We really enjoyed everything. The service was amazing and the restaurant is beautiful. I can’t wait to come back.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Norman. The food was delicious, we had great service, recommended dishes, and the cocktails are really good

Chelsea and Sophia were awesome

I stopped in to have a few drinks at Rally bar yesterday and had EXCELLENT service from Chelsea and Sofia!! 10/10 would recommend going there if you just want a drink or even if you want some food. They take extreme care of their guests and everything was out quick and speedy like. Def going back soon.

Came here for breakfast for the first time, and wow it definitely won't be our last time coming in! Came for the food but will be coming back for the incredible service! Our waitress Sofia was not only incredibly kind but very knowledgeable in helping us with our first visit, 10/10 service!

The food here is great, but the service was even better. Our waitress Chelsea was incredible! Funny, kind, professional. All of the above! We will absolutely be visiting again.

Had our first dining experience here and were very pleased. Food and decor were excellent. The meal was delicious and properly prepared, served appetizingly. We’re adding this to our fine dining rotation. Looking forward to returning with friends!

Only had a short time to eat because of my schedule and they were able to quickly get my food out to me while still making it fresh and to my order. The food was very good (I ordered the cheeseburger and fries)

Exceptional customer service! This restaurant/bar has perfected the art of making you feel like a friend or family member. Ate the chicken fried chicken and enjoyed a couple of margs. Shoutout to Bret, the bartender! I highly recommend dining here and the ambiance is absolutely gorgeous!!

We just had a lovely meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was the best we have had in Norman. Also, if you are looking for a nice vegan entrée straight off the menu without modifying or going up to OKC, this is the place to go.

Rally Kitchen + Bar never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing, and they do such a great job hosting events that range from casual hangouts to more formal nights out. The drinks are not only delicious but generously poured — you definitely get your money’s worth here. What I really appreciate is that the prices are comparable to spots like The Winston or Neighborhood Jam, but the overall experience at Rally feels a step above. The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the food is always on point. It’s easily one of my go-to places for a great night out.

Gillian is very Knowledgable regarding the different things they have to offer. I know she is a host but sometimes she was taking my orders or at least letting someone know what I wanted, very personable and sweet! I have eaten here for breakfast lunch and dinner. My favorite is a signature espresso martini and the dip. The sweet potato fries are also delicious as a side! You can’t really miss here with food

We had breakfast on 1/18/26, and for the first time in 2 years, I had GREAT service! Chelsea was amazing!!!!

Food and atmosphere were very good, but service came up short. Apps of cheese dip and brussel sprouts both great! NY strip was well seasoned and juicy. Stars of show was the desserts. Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée and the glazed donut bread pudding fantastic. But service was slow and non-existent. Sat 5 people at a 7 top and never took away additional place settings. Gave the pinot and cab to wrong people at table. Explained some of the items incorrectly. If there was just a bit more attention to details they could have something special.

I eat at restaurants daily. We decided to try this restaurant because it’s nearby, the food was near inedible. The worst food I’ve ever had in Norman. I went to Midway Deli afterwards. It’s such a shame. It is pretty and chill.

Server didn’t fill up drinks and they would not make eye contact so I could let them know to do so, (a personal pet peeve of mine) I had the steak and eggs and it was overpriced for what you got. Walmart has better steaks. Which is saying something. Atmosphere is nice, food is eh and service unfortunately is based on the individual and not the establishment as a whole.

Service was terrible, even though we were the only guests for most of our meal. I ordered the avocado toast. The “poached eggs” came out hard boiled, and I’m pretty sure the “avocado” was premade guacamole spread. I would expect real avocado for a $16 breakfast dish. I’m not sure what part of the meal gave me food poisoning, but almost 12 hours later and I’m still not well. So disappointing when I had such high hopes for this place. Will definitely never go back!

I called ahead to make sure there would room for 2, since the other brunch restaurants were on an hour wait. We were seated, the restaurant wasn’t busy & looked fully staffed. We waited to be greeted for awhile and no one came, had several servers make eye contact and pass by to go take care of their own tables without a word. We ended up leaving. I understand sometimes things happen like this, but it was our first experience here and not a good one.

I had such high expectations for this restaurant and I am sad to say our entire party of 7 was greatly disappointed. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous, and although the restaurant was very attractive there isn’t anything else positive I can say about it. Let’s start with being seated at what they said was the best table in the restaurant, the Chefs Table. This table is the closest to the kitchen and the constant server traffic was very unpleasant. There were plenty of other open tables we could’ve been seated at which would’ve been so much better. Next up is the service. It was horrible! The restaurant was severely understaffed and it wasn’t like it was busy. We had a 7pm reservation and I would say only about 60% occupied and this was on a Saturday night after graduation. Drinks took forever and so did the food, which couldn’t even come out together. Finally, the food quality. It was the biggest disappointment! The dip tasted like hamburger helper, I would rate the fish and chips at Long John Silvers of higher quality, my salad had 5 small chunks of chicken that tasted as if it came from a can, and we swear the steak was microwaved. On top of that they ran out of mashed potatoes and there was no trace of truffle on the truffle parmesan fries. We truly feel we could have experienced a truly superior experience if we went to Chilis and spent 50% less. It feels to me like management needs to wipe the slate and start over. Unfortunately we won’t know if they do because we do not plan on returning.

Went for breakfast at 8:30 with 4 girlfriends. We were the only people there, and it took a good while to get 2 drip coffees. Our server barely checked on us. Our food took awhile to come out and when it did, it was cold, and NOT good. A beautiful hotel, with less than appetizing food. 2 of us felt ill after. Not sure if it was the fake eggs or the guacamole spread, just awful. Service and food was the worst! Will never go back!
