I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Totally Tea & Coffee shop for a coffee, and it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my visit was the excellent customer service. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their coffee and tea offerings, making recommendations and answering any questions with a smile. The shop's minimalist ambience added a touch of elegance to the whole experience. The interior design was tastefully done, with a clean and modern aesthetic that created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee. They also have a seats outside for some cool breeze. Totally Tea & Coffee is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for great coffee and a tranquil, minimalist setting, this is the place to be.

The Raspberry matcha and Thai tea with boba are both super good! The manager is friendly and the shop has a cozy & welcoming atmosphere.

Service was spectacular. The person working was very nice and friendly with assisting us with what choices we should make. They recommended the shaken espresso and Nutella latte. They were superb! Coffee was rich and strong. Highly recommend! :)

Highly recommend it!! Got my favorite drink thai milk tea! And also taro milk tea, signature milk tea and the mango milk tea and OMG. So delicious. Family friendly. Played jenga as we waited for our order.

Not really a coffee drinker, I decided to go for tea instead. I ordered the strawberry mango tea with mango boba—so yummy, especially since I like my tea a bit on the sweeter side. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful since it was my first time here. I’ll definitely be back soon!

So clean! So fresh and open. I’m visiting Dallas from Colorado, and this place is the best coffee place I’ve been to so far, out here. Very modern and pretty aesthetic too!

Everyone inside this newly opened boba shop has a great energy and looked very happy. It’s right next to an awesome pizza place so I will definitely go back and get more. This trip I got a strawberry and tarp milk tea with black boba. I think the Rea could be stronger, but the boba was cooked perfectly. Will be returning a lot. Their menu offers coffee and other teas as well.

The Good Fix

I came in with my son for some boba. Relaxing atmosphere. Sulamita was very friendly and recommended some great tasting boba for my son. Definitely recommend Totally Tea and Coffee for your favorite drinks and relaxing time with great conversation with the baristas!

Today was the first time I tried this cute boba and coffee place in my neighborhood and I was greeted with a friendly employee who told me horchata latte was the store favorite right now, and so I ordered one. Delicious! Way better than the Starbucks take on Horchata. :)

I didn't see a comfortable seat for my senior body (couch and 2 chairs low to floor or high stools with no back). By the way, this area of town has more seniors and canes, walkers, scooters than handicapped people than I've ever seen anywhere I've lived. Dont miss out on this population! We're always appreciative! One 6 seated table outside, and I didn't want to take that up. I was hoping for a tiny table outside. Seeing people outside a business relaxing seems inviting to me. So, I walked down to Sylvan and sat on their shaded bench. It's probably a favorable spot for young people. Pastries with coffee or tea would get us seniors more interested and small tables outside if allowable. Thx

The girls were so sweet. The drinks are great. I live nearby and this place always seems empty. It’s a cute place but a bit generic. Seems like they are redecorating with tables pushed aside. I’d definitely come and hang out more just to see what it turns into, tho!

Definitely not the tapioca pearls I was looking forward to. I got an almond croissant because it looked good in the case and that was good. I would give this place another try later but if you have other options maybe try them first. And the straws are too short for the large drinks.

Is this place ever open? I’ve tried going but it was about 30 minutes before they close at 7 and the door was locked and the cashier shook his head at me…. and every other time I’ve come by it’s closed, even when it should be open. Very odd. Have yet to try anything

Very odd place. Not open when the sign says it should be. The customer service is pretty bad. The person didn’t help us for a number of minutes and then said they only had large size drinks. I asked if they could just put a medium size in a large cup and they said they could not.

I ordered an online order at 4pm and by the time I went to pick it up at 4:20, they closed the shop and left. I was charged for my order and have still yet to receive a refund.

Yesterday, I took my mom here for the very first time because I really wanted her to try it. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by one of the coldest, most unwelcoming employees I’ve encountered—her name was Candice T. I smiled and said hello, but she didn’t smile back; she gave a flat “hi” and walked off behind the counter, clearly looking like she didn’t want to be there. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt—maybe she was just having a rough day. No big deal. But my mom, who’s naturally friendly and loves talking to people, started asking her questions since it was her first time trying boba and she wanted a recommendation. Candace’s responses were so dry and disinterested that it started coming off as straight-up rude. It was honestly frustrating and borderline disrespectful. After we got our drinks, I grabbed two straws—but apparently, I had picked the wrong size because the boba couldn’t even fit through them. By the time we figured it out, we were already in the car. So I went back inside to ask Candice, “Are these the biggest straw sizes you have?” She literally looked up at me, didn’t say a word, and just looked back down at the screen—completely ignoring me. That’s when I noticed there were larger straws right next to the smaller ones; they just looked very similar. I don’t know who hired Candice T, but if the goal is to drive customers away, she’s doing a phenomenal job. Her attitude alone is enough to make sure I never want to return. You made what should have been a fun, first-time experience into something awkward and unpleasant.
