I placed an online order for pickup and it was ready very quickly! The order tracker estimated 15 minutes but when I checked back around the 8 minute mark it said my order was ready! When I arrived, a woman greeted me and I gave her my name for the order. She added the final touches (looked like maybe she added some butter to the bacon cheesy bread or something. Whatever it was, I wasn't complaining 😂!) The food was SUPER hot as it had literally JUST come out of the oven and delicious, and the lady who helped me was really sweet! I wish I had gotten her name but she worked on Friday ( 9/20/24) and she needs recognition! It was the end of the night, maybe 9:30 pm or so, and I know she had to have been tired, but she was kind and patient with this tired & hungry old lady!🤣
Online ordering was fairly easy and hassle free. Was so happy from start to finish. Order was immediately started after all the preliminary questions were done. Tracking the order was easy to use. Delivery was fast and super friendly, with not one issue with anyone. Pizza was piping hot and overall an excellent experience. Will most definitely be ordering from them again....and again.
Tried the new cheese stuffed crust pizza, very good. Nice delivery driver& delivery was made in the time we were originally estimated.
The app is so user friendly and the choices of menu items is great! My pizza was made exactly as requested. I love the options for the drinks and delicious deserts. I also love the little shakers of grated cheese. My order was brought out on time by a very friendly employee -definitely service with a smile! Very refreshing and welcomed! I will definitely order here again and will recommend them every chance I get.

Went for the classic Neverending pasta bowl and soup, salad and breadsticks. Staff was pleasant, service was decent, wait time was within reason, food was served quickly and hot, refills were prompt. All in all it was exactly as I expect for olive garden. I will be back very soon.

I ordered fries and felt the portion given was extremely low for an almost 5 dollar price. Order the fries at your own risk.
The person on the phone was nice and the person who delivered it was nice. The pizza not so great. For the cost of the pizza,taxes and tip around $37 for a large pizza one topping and add another for almost 3 bucks and it to look the way it did I'll have to take them off the rotation

Ordered delivery pizza was cold, the pasta was hot and the cheesy breadsticks ci were barely warm. Called to tell them but there manager was too tally unhelpful. The pasta was the only thing edible. My son is diabetic so waiting for receiver was not an option. Too pricy for cold food and bad customer service. I would give zero stars on customer service.
I can’t believe the service I received from this place. I ordered two pastas and one had hair in it. Again, had hair in it so really I shouldn’t even be making this post because that should have been handled with no problem. But instead they insisted that I bring the pasta back up there in order to get a refund. I then told them I’m at work and that I work at a hospital so I can’t just leave to go back. She also said she can remake the food so I told her send a DoorDash to deliver and she said no they can’t do that and I said yeah because it cost money to travel back and forth so why should I be expected to do that when it was there mistake. Their mistake should not be my inconvenience, they could have an easily fixed this issue and instead chose to go back and forth with me about it. Worst Pizza Hut ever!
The photos speak for themselves. This is how it arrived. Who in their right mind flips a pizza box VERTICAL??? When I called to get a refund for this atrocious mess, they offered me to return the pizza (which was delivered because I can't leave my house for a reason) for a refund or get it remade and delivered again. What would they have even done with this pizza mass? There is no point of returning the pizza. The whole time I'm on hold there's this advertisement spouting "we care for our customers and our food. Pizza brings people together, and we are here for that--" SO hypocritical it makes me laugh.

The picture is self explanatory. It’s like a disgruntled pizza Pac-Man eating a small slice of pepperoni pizza 😅. Other than that, the pizza tasted good and temperature was good.

Poor customer service and had to ask for a request for the the female worker making all the pizzas to wear gloves, nd changing her gloves after touching the dirty garbage can. Because I was watching her make everyone's pizza order with her bare hands while touching everything else etc.
Two times in a row we got the wrong pizza. Last night we ordered a large pizza with sausage mushrooms olives garlic and cheese. It had very little sauce, very little of everything actually. And no sausage . Very small for a large pizza. They need to refund my 45.00 way too much for what we got.
Ordered a pizza and some beard Stix, bread never arrived with the pizza, called and waited on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me, called back , the girl was rude and short with me, never offered to help me feel like a valued customer. Just said " I'll send it out", and hung up on me. NEVER WILL I BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN .....
Three pizzas large $60 tasted like crap
Price is unbelievable! Ordered 18 pcs wings and 1 medium Hawaiian pizza thin crust. For total of $60.60??? !! $$$$$$ the pizza was not even hot. Our home is just 0.5miles from their shop and came home with cold pizza?? And very dry.
This place is SHADY. Ordered two personal pizzas and a whole one. Asked for peppers and the manager told me they charge for it. I said nevermind but still tipped them.. big mistake. Got home and they didn't put the pineapple on my personal pizza that I paid extra for. Went back, manager apologized and said did I want some pineapple in a cup or remade. He insisted they would remake it. So I sat in the lobby for amither 8 minutes. Got my pizza. Came home and realized they did not remake it( i live up the street). They pretended they did and it was cold and tough. You folks are SHADY and should get rid of the store Manager. Not going back.
