I had a great experience here tonight with my boyfriend. Excellent service, fresh beef, crispy fries. Yum!

Can’t get better than a tasty burger that makes you feel like Dad made it—assuming yours knows how to grill well.

Great burgers and fries thats for sure super small though no inside dining room so be ready to sit outside.

Best old fashioned cheeseburger that I have had in a while, not to mention the price was perfect.

Best breakfast burritos and burgers if y7ou asked me and for a very descent price.

Cheeseburger/double cheeseburger is comparable to those from Tom's #1 or Jim's burgers in Ontario, Ca. The burgers are excellent. Not a huge fan of thin cut fries but whatever. Five stars for classic style and savory taste :)

Great Burgers!! I've been going to Jack's Classic Hamburgers for years. Whenever I'm in the the North Hollywood area I like to stop there for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend it. I calk my orders in and it's usually ready when I get there.

FANTASTIC! such a throw back Hamburger stand with only parking on The some of the street and in the 7-11 parking lot....food is to order and SOOOO BOMB! 😋 If your bigger guy like me..try the double bacon burger..you will not go hungry and the fries are seasoned! Perfect meal!

Ignore these snobs!! It's a little shack in the corner so don't expect to be treated like royalty there is a new guy but he's NEW so beware other than that the food is amazing!! And really good with prices they're friendly and it has a nice feel to it. If you don't live with your nose in the air then you'll highly enjoy it!!

This is one of my regular joints. Quick service bomb burgers and solid menu from burgers chicken sandwiches even monster sized burritos. Make sure to double bag as one wont survive the trip home.

Love Jack's! My husband and I come here fairly often... Whenever we need (yup need) burgers. They're always good. The fries are great (and one order is more than we can eat between the 2 of us). Husband always gets a double cheeseburger with pastrami. I always get a cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap (gives me room for some fries). So good! And Jack is nice, friendly and super fast.

The best cheeseburger in North Hollywood! The bread is crispy toasted around the edges and everything is always fresh. The fries are amazing with fresh seasoning salt on them straight out of the grease. Yes I said grease! This is a hole in the wall spot next to freeway in the middle of traffic. You guys... this is the place. This is THE place. This is that dive joint you’ve been looking for to get a classic American Hamburger and fries with no frills. Simple and elegant. Insanely delicious. Made fresh to order exactly the way you want it. Jack is a great dude, and wow can he cook. This place is that place that sitcoms make episodes about because it’s so good, but it’s such a dive in a random location that they spend the whole episode trying to find out how to get back to it. Jack easily puts out one of the best burgers in LA - and that’s saying a lot for the burger capitol of the world.

The burgers are always incredible, regardless of which one you get. The fries and onion rings are perfectly tasty by themselves, or as a side with your burger. Toss in some seasoning salt, amidst the outdoor seating, and it's the perfect lunch.

My breakfast burrito fix used to be provided by Crown Burger but alas, they are no more. When all hope was lost, Jack's Classic has come to the rescue. Known more for their solid burgers and awesome fries (that come in the white bag!), I've come to discover that their breakfast burrito gets the job done. Love that they use their crispy fries for the potato element as it helps to provide for that ideal egg-meat-potato ratio. Sausage is my meat of choice but bacon can also be had or better yet added to the sausage. Also like that they put the salsa in the burrito without having to ask.

Okay I've lived all over the valley throughout the years, and have been eating at Jack's on and off for at least ten years now. The guys who work there are all super friendly, down to earth people who can make you whatever quick easy meal you're looking for. Simple menu, cheaper than anywhere else around, and always on point. Sometimes I'll find myself here a couple times a week because it's just always satisfying. Massive plates of chili cheese fries with fresh onion, pastrami sandwiches that have no business using such good quality meat for so cheap. I'm not usually a review guy but this is a small business that has always been consistently good to me, and I hope more people stop by to support them.

Classic Los Angeles burger joint. Very satisfying. I heard they also have great breakfast burritos. Highly recommend to stop by at least once. Don't be fooled by the lack of long lines either.

No fuss, simple amazing burgers. I was craving a burger, and saw this place, and said what the heck. Well my gut was right! These are grilled to perfection. Great service and fast. Onion rings were some of the best I've had. Mainly because they were fried perfectly. It's in my return list!

Good burger. Crispy bacon and lettuce, fresh tomatoes and juicy charbroiled hamburger. The chili fries were very tasty as well with well balanced chili and crispy white onions on fries that retain crisp even with the toppings. My friends fries came out piping hot and crisp as well. Walk up window and outdoor seating only. Has Mexican options and breakfast as well. There are combos not listed that will save a little off the menu price. Drinks seem off a size, with the medium being a small anywhere else. All our food was made fresh, so it took about 10 minutes to get everything altogether. Price is a little more then In n Out, but the extra menu selection means you can get something to your taste.

It's small, no dine in spot, so expect to be outside, maybe bring a hat. I had a chicken sandwich and some chili cheese fries. The staff was friendly and they have yellow chilis if you ask for something spicy.

Excellent burgers and fries. Best chili in the Valley. Have loved this place for 30 years. Also they have Orange Bang. Which is the nectar of the gods. And also a quick road to blasting your blood sugar off the scale. It taste like if you tried to describe orange Julius to someone who has never had a an orange. It is magically delicious and can cause instant self-loathing. But I still always order a large.

I eat here all the time! If you want a real cheeseburger made fresh without waiting in a crazy long line, this is a great place to start. The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh! Pro Tip: call and order ahead of time so when you get there you can just pay for your food and leave 😎

Only 2 or 3 tables are available on the sidewalk just feet from traffic, so I definitely suggest your order to go. Both the burgers and prices here are excellent.

Jack's classic is a big juicy, tasty beef patty on a slightly oversized bun. I like mine with the works including grilled onion. It gets a bit messy, but it's oh so good nestled in a basket with crisp french fries and a cold beverage on the side, all for just $9 and they take credit cards. You can make yours a cheese burger or add bacon. There are a few other options that I just haven't tried yet. It's very casual and has only outdoor seating.

Limited outside seating where you can watch in amazement how bad LA drivers are at three road intersection and wonder how are any of still alive while enjoying one of Jack's made to order burger. I'm a big fan of their turkey burger. They also offer seasoning salt for their fries which are delicious.

I was hungry w/$10.00 in my pocket. Google'd 'burger' and came across Jack's Classic Hamburgers. 'The Habit' was close by as were the usual suspects. I got the $7.95(total!) special, Bacon-cheese burger, fries and a drink, and asked for It medium well. The burger came as ordered, not too greasy and very tasty (like a burger I'd make at home). Fries were tasty with seasoning salt and a "large" sprite not those small drinks you get elsewhere. I'll definitely be back and ill keep it on my map.

$14.26 for a double cheese burger with fries and a drink. It was cheaper to get the combo instead of just fries and burger. It was an ok burger. Made me realize I should make burgers at home.

The food was pretty good. The burger was large, but thin so it was easy to eat the whole thing even with the piles of toppings on it (I would recommend not getting everything on it). The place itself was a bit more divey than I prefer, especially because I'm 90% sure I saw a drug deal in the parking lot as I was leaving. And, like other reviewers, I was pretty grossed out by the sanitary conditions here. Cash handling and then putting lettuce on my burger: gross.

This place was the Go-To BEFORE the bullsh-t of C0vid destroyed everything. The food WAS delicious. Now (December 2022), we went back and was disappointed. 1 - they're still wearing masks , WHY?!!? 2 - the burgers were NOT as tasty like they used to be pre-c0vid, but they are cooked properly. 3 - the chili is NOT the same, it's runny and not as flavorful. This is unfortunate, and we do believe the stupidity of c0vid has adversely affected the quality. Hopefully, this will fix itself.

Let's not make it out to be something it's not...I had a hamburger w/o onions combo fries and a coke, I had never been there neither had my friend who had the same but onions included. Fries were good they offer season salt or regular salt on the spot . I noticed they dumped the fries directly into the paper bag which I thought ? Did they run out of the lil fry bags or is this the norm. I read a few other reviews,where I hear the words" Perfection mentioned . Uh no this wasn't perfection . The Burgers were ok. The fries were really good. Would I go there again ? Sure,it served its purpose.Good service by a couple friendyguys

It was a lot better in the old days at the old location my burger patty was so thin I couldn't distinguish it from the lettuce oh well another one bites the dust

Went to this place a couple times I phone ordered because I only have 30 mins for lunch and they take 25 mins for a order when I got there the guy said they threw away my order and starts yelling and getting an attitude with me I replied I know it takes u a while for a order so I took my time he was very rude good food but rude people. I tried to redeem the yelp offer and the guy doesn't honor it. I don't mind if they aren't going to honor the offer but the way he acted towards me was very disappointing. He could have told me that he was going to look into it or figure out why that's even on Yelp but instead he was just RUDE. So I don't recommend going to a place

Ate hear today and the burger patty was the thinnest I've ever had! If they would use a decent size burger patty I'd love it. Shoestring fries which I like. But almost $14 for the single cheeseburger combo not worth it when burger thar small. Ashame.

It's dirty. Counter was dirty, ketchup bottle had dirt on it. If it was clean, I'd give it 4 stars. It was inexpensive and tasted good.

Ordered a burger with specific condiments, they put on whatever they wanted. Wasted half my lunch and then when I went back for the replacement everything was soaked in oil. So although they used to be good I’m never going back after this experience. Now I’m out $13, a meal and my 30 minute lunch. My time is way more valuable than to be treated like this.

I had to leave work early because it was coming out of both ends nonstop, my stomach felt like someone grabbing my insides twisting them. Any liquids I drank just came right back out. I would just be cautious.
