Ordered a McChicken no lettuce add cheese they charged for the cheese it was on the grill slip and still somehow forgot to put the cheese I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 3 minutes I appreciate the steady pace of the staff but maybe slowing down just a bit to ensure quality would be beneficial in the future

A typical McDonald's. However, their handling of ordering and paying was worth a mention. Quick and painless and efficient. If one must do fast food, this is certainly the way to do it. Honestly, I went for the wifi, but was captivated by the handling of order and payment.

They're very busy but wait not to long. Friendly efficient employees. Food is hit or miss as far as freshness. App Ordered mcdouble no onions, add mayo. The burger was a mess and cold and fries weren't anywhere near fresh and hot . I'd rather have waited a few minutes.

This is the second incident where I had came through to order and didn’t receive monopoly pieces on my food. First time I was eating and they just gave me a stick on a piece of paper. Today I went and ordered on my app due to bogo for Big Macs. Neither sandwich and two drinks did not have sticker on them. Went it to ask about it and they stated that McDonald’s is no longer doing the monopoly but yet is being advertised everywhere still. Didn’t get any names because no one was wearing name tags.

I arrived to eat in this restaurant during business hours and stood at the counter waiting for about 10 minutes. I had to call out to just get help and order. Finally an employee responded, wearing an angry look. I then struggled to order as no menu was posted. After placing my order I asked if my number would be called when it was ready. To this question I received a loud "YES!!!" Whiched sounded angry. I felt unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. Greeting your customer in a timely way upon arrival is the first key to customer service. Ignoring customers and then acting angry has no place in this business.

There are constant 15 to 25 minute waits for your lunch order you can walk up to the counter and have the person taking orders walk away without saying a word and not return for 10 minutes or more this place is in dire need of new management or ownership The employees there seem unable to handle the time rush even though do this everyday I have been going to this McDonald's for over 2 years now only because of the convenience my job for lunch other than that I would not recommend anyone going to this McDonald's until the issues addressed

The store was still locked and not taking customers in the lobby at 5:45 am (LOBBY HOIRS START AT 5am) A worker was also trying to get into the store at this time as well,im assuming to begin work. I tapped on the window numerous times as well as the worker doing the same and met with NO RESPONSE by ANYONE I called the location and was greeted with "is this the person tapping on the window? What do you want?" - LAZY I told them yes and that there also a worker trying to get in. They told me the worker had gotten in "What do you want?" After a few choice words and told "you can call me all the names in the world JASON", the phone line was disconnected and Im assuming no one was able to reach the store (I know I was not) Horrible Experience, DON'T EVER COME HERE IN THE MORNING The lobby hours are a complete lie apparently, even to workers

I ordered 2 plain chickens and a large coke... I used a drive through code for large fry..... I recieved 2 normal chickens The wrong soda Medium fry. At this point I got % of what i even ordered. I hate this planet. You cant even get a mcdonalds order right. Just shut tbis location down

I go here occasionally for lunch when i'm desperate and my wife forgets to pack a lunch. I went there loaded up my ap, No more Large Fry for free when you purchase other things, I loaded the code, gave it to the window gal, my code disappeared, off my screen. Then the drive through lady asked for it again...Of course i cant use it because its gone. So my bill was an extra 4-5 bucks, I received my meal, my mcchicken buns are stale, and my coke is flat. The price of everything is going through the roof, and the quality of service and products is going through the floor. I hate this planet.

Not loving this! I don't come to McDonald's often at all, and I definitely won't be back. Ordering on the kiosk won't work for me. First, it's as if they don't want customers inside the restaurant. There's no salt, pepper, napkins or straws available to you in the dining area. It's very cold, unwelcoming place.

The employees here was very rude and aggressive. They didn't want to make my big Mac right and then lied to me about the monopoly stickers saying they have no more as she is giving them to other customers. I recorded the whole interaction. I have it all on video. They didn't make my mean right. I only have 30 minutes for a lunch break before I have to go back to work. They made my bic Mac wrong twice. I got tired of the attitude and aggression so I gave up and left with very poor customer service and nasty behavior.

They let me sit in their curbside pickup for 20 minutes before I finally pulled around to the drive thru to ask for my food. Instead of admitting they were wrong and apologizing for the mistake, some lady with a terrible attitude told me they don't have a #4 pick up spot. Photo proof that they do indeed have a #4 pick up spot. They even have #3 pick up spot. I wonder if she knows about that one.
