I just wanted to say that this BK is one of the better BK, just due to the fact of the management and staff that I have met. Terell, the manager, and the staff here are phenomenal to me and others. I come here every day to get my coffee And they treat me as though I were one of the family they don’t give me a hassle when I ask for ice or condiments for the food that I get. They’re happy to see me and they treat me to such. The place is always clean very nice, and they always keep on top of their dining area and bathroom. All I can say is I’m very happy and impressed to spend my little bit of money on having my coffee in the morning and my lunch in the afternoon here. Thank you so much for making it home. I will see you again tomorrow. Big L.A.
I totally recommend this Burger King at this location. I placed an online Burger King app order and it was ready in like two minutes. The place is fully renovated, super clean, nice music, it’s welcoming, the restrooms are super clean, and the staff are very professional, nice, and well dressed.
It took longer than expected in the drive thru but food was hot and fresh
This was the finest Burger King I’ve ever been too, Jason was an absolute sweetheart. He treated my little grand babies so perfectly, he was attentive, kind, and gentle. When he gave them crowns it made their day! Whoever hired this young man, you should feel honored. Never met such a kind soul before. We will definitely come back.
I came in and Jay made me feel very welcomed and we shared some laughs. My first time trying Burger King and was left satisfied. Very easy to talk to!

I usually go to BK twice a month, but after receiving the fast and welcoming service the staff of store 1910 especially from counter person Timmy , it is an absolute pleasure being attened to or being serverd by her I now find myself going more than usual

🥤🍔 🍟🍦🍍🧽 Got into this place while they were running the SpongeBob Movie Menu, and both the themed items and the atmosphere were genuinely fun and accommodating. Order turnaround was quick, and it worked just as easily for dine in as it did for a fast drive thru stop. A playful promotion done right and an experience that made the visit more enjoyable than expected.
They are friendly, but the lines can take a while in the evening sometimes. And the drive through seems to flood after the it rains. The water stagnates for days.

Coming from a business stand point… being polite and respectful, especially in a restaurant setting should be a given.. however might require some etiquette training. Stopped in for a bite to eat, we ordered from the kiosk since no one was present at the counter. We asked the young lady whom seemed to be a lead ( brown shirt) early 20’s maybe Latin for assistance with menu options. She came off very snobbish and sarcastic.. not to mention after explaining to her that the kiosk doesn’t allow you to ask for the burgers fresh and hot she walked off and proceeded to speak to others in the back ( sandwich makers) about our conversations because they all were looking through the fry station in laughter. After the food came out.. it was not hot nor was in on a dine in tray which was ordered. . I ask for Zesty sauce which was thrown in the bag on top of my fries, I then said that’s” unsanitary”. To whom she seemed very unbothered. We then asked for a manager on shift… he said his name was Jason, name tag said Jay, who appeared to have already been notified of the reason why his assistant was needed. His attitude and demeanor should not be what represents this company. He said some very harsh things which was not needed. Training is needed seriously. Just by the picture posted.. you can clearly see where Jason is speaking with his hands and being funny in a matter which clearly was not. My order number was 58. Please use this a a educational tool. To add, when we asked for the name of the manager, he said oh it’s a name I cannot pronounce. So distasteful
Went inside which was our 1st mistake. They push food out the drive thru window first and foremost. After no one offered to take our order, we reluctantly ordered using a kiosk. We were the only customers at the counter, expected our food in 5-10 minutes. About 25 minutes later, the cashier took our money. About 18 minutes later we were given our food. Plus the BK app wouldn't find this location, so no offers or rewards. And survey on back of receipt wouldn't go through. Food was good. Saving grace.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews and I hate it has come to this, but this location truly has horrible customer service. Today was the icing on the cake when one of the drive through workers (she has in braids and HORRIBLE edges/“baby hairs”) literally SLAMMED the window in my face while I was trying to say something to her. Disgusting attitude. Will not be returning to this location.
If I could give 0 I would pulled in the drive thru 20 mins later no one moved and nothing happening pulledxatound look like one person was there only
The driver thru cashier this morning was rude and disrespectful she told me to have my money ready when I pull up to the drive thru but the food wasn't ready it was around 7:50
Probably the worst fast food store I've been to. Manager complained the delivery truck comes too late, preventing her from leaving early. She refused to print receipt and assured me that i would receive it at next window. At the next window I was directed to park, still no receipt. After 15 minutes of idling my vehicle i went inside and received my order after navigating between doordashers, she asked if I received drink, I responded no and asked for receipt and she left. Once I made it back to my vehicle, drinkless and without receipt. I discovered the bun extremely soggy. Due to the management of this store I am without food, drink, and not able to expense meal. Thanks.
Very nasty and terrible window behavior from 2 heavy set individuals 1brown female and one tan male with brown hair please explain to me the purpose of placing a online order if someone else can just come in and place their order and it is made right away while MY PREPAID ORDER made 20 ~30 minutes ago was not even STARTED AS STATED BY THE GUY at the window and then I’m getting attitude for inquiring about my food. I love Burger King but do better
Visited today on 1/23/26 and was disgusted on the appearance of the drive thru and service. Bunch of animals serving you the way they talk to you. Food is horrible you’re better off at any other location besides this one
WHAT AN EXPERIENCE FROM HELL THIS WAS. Coming from the hospital after visiting some sick love ones, being told that time is running out, we went to the local Burger King down the street from the hospital. And was greeted by some of the worst service ever. I asked for a Coke, was given Diet Coke. When brought to the attention of the worker I was told “Oh we out”. But never once verbally said anything. The workers were very condescending and rude. Even the Manager (Jay, white guy with pony tail, heavy set) decided to be rude when as a professional I gave him words of advise to give to his staff, he decided to just as rude as they where. It saddens me because these are young individuals who represent a brand that has stood for decades. And to know that this is how it’s represented is HORRIBLE. I mean HORRIBLE and I hope they are reprimanded IMMEDIATELY. And please encourage them all to find other places of employment as customer service is not for them, this could have ended worst. Way worst, but because I have decorum I simply got the necessary information to file a direct complaint and walked out. I will never come to this establishment again.
Service was okay however I am 8 months pregnant, vegetarian, pulled up to the drive through at 9pm and found out they ran out of the impossible whopper!!! The lady said they run out every night. How is this even possible it wasn’t even that late. I am so disappointed and hungry. This place is so close to my house but they just lost a customer.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl but today I was completely disgusted... As soon as you walk in and dine you're hit with the strongest smell of urine 🤢 I got so nauseous and couldn't wait to go home and wash my clothes... I told the manager and all he told the employee was to get the air fresher... Smh
