I loveeee the NORTH MIAMI BEACH location. I’ve been to multiple locations such as the North Miami and Miami Gardens location and they do not compare. The employees are super nice, its ALWAYS clean, when I get home my acai bowl is never melted (I live 15 minutes away), and my shake is always thick yet drinkable. I don't care where I am in the city I’m always coming to this location.

I big part of a business thriving is making sure customers feel welcomed especially in the mornings when people are trying to get their day started. I walked into your location and for starters the lights were off when I got there (almost looks like the place is closed) I walk in and there’s only one employee and a customer walking out. The guy then proceeds to take my order and goes: alright bro, you know what you’re ordering? Like with an attitude. I don’t know if this is how he regularly engages with customers or perhaps maybe he’s just having a bad morning but all I’m saying is a simple “good morning, how can I help you?” Goes a long way. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again

When this location initially opened it was very nice , service was fast and efficient, well staffed & the smoothies were pretty consistent in quality. As of late things have changed drastically . There’s always just one team member available to handle a large volume of customers waiting during a rush hour . I tend to just walk out without making a purchase because of it . Smoothies are sometimes watery with chunks of ice still present. Mold is present under the smoothie making area ??? This location is fairly new hopefully things can improve.

Got a smoothie earlier in evening and the young lady made it perfectly, returned later and got another from a guy server but it tasted like it was made with toilet water smh

I usually don’t have a problem at this location and it’s clean for the area but once I saw a piece of plastic in my smoothie bowl, I had to write a review because this is unacceptable. I love Smoothie King and go every week. I ordered a Coco Colada Bowl and substituted strawberries for mangoes and blueberries for cacao nibs. The bowl already didn’t have granola, but I didn’t check as I left the store thinking my order was correct. I wouldn’t have written a review, but the plastic shards are not ok.

Yelling at customers ( very veryy loudly), rolling your eyes, and laughing/making fun of them with your co worker is not a way to act/treat anybody. It’s also not funny, don’t understand the laughing between each other and whispering about it, where’s your decorum? Clearly doesn’t have it if youre yelling at people. Just because they couldn’t hear you when you’re calling their order. That’s what she did to my mom. Very disgusting. Should be terminated. She was way too comfortable doing that. I’d give this a 0 if possible. Deserves no stars. And if I had her name i would have just put that.

Don’t go here if you want to wait forever for a smoothie or are in a rush! They take forever. I even placed an order on the app for pickup, I come 30 mins later and it wasn’t even made. It’s every time I come here- save yourself some time and don’t come here.

I called 6 times to try and get in contact after my smoothie king account was hacked it to stop an order from being made and get a refund. I waited 20 minutes and they never answered. Now instead I get to dispute transactions with my bank. Same thing happened with a second store nearby that these people also ordered at. Smoothie Kings website says to contact about refunding an order or making changes to call the store, though this system clearly needs some work.

I stopped by this location and the experience has been frustrating. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell and the store didn’t feel clean. That alone set a bad first impression. I placed my order and it’s now been over 30 minutes with no update. There are three employees behind the counter, but no one has acknowledged me or explained the delay. A clean store and basic communication shouldn’t be too much to expect. I really hope management addresses this, because right now, it’s not a place I’d recommend.

Today around 1130, was my first time at any smoothie king, I am on a diet and wanted something healthy. The drink I wanted had a few options some with yogurt and some just fruit and the calories listed said 190 to 500 plus. That is a huge difference so I ordered the small one with no yogurt and asked about the calories to the employee, all he did was just point to the sign. I feel like a "healthy food" franchise should be able to tell you exactly how many calories is in your beverage. That made me feel like I will not return. I was the only one in there but the guy made 2 smoothies before he made mine. Online orders I'm assuming, but since I was literally the only one there it didn't make sense to me that I had to be third "in line". Employee did not use gloves at all and he was touching his face and sniffling like he had a cold. Yuck. I will save my 8 dollars next time. This place sucks

Came in at around 8:50 am this morning to buy a smoothie and a bowl. When I walked in , two workers were there and they couldn’t even greet nor acknowledge my presence as a customer. The smoothies are great compared to other Smoothie King's, but good lord! The customer service is seriously lacking. I usually don't care for that when I'm just on the go, but it's really bad. I say hello and the cashier just gives me this blank stare as if I'm an alien or I'm not speaking english.They completely ignore you when you walk up to the register.
