Great customer service! I went to Starbucks at about 10 am, and the line was really short. I was welcomed in a timely manner and advised to take my time as I looked around to see what I wanted to order. I placed my order and paid through my Starbucks app. The cashier thanked me by my name. My order was done quickly.

I would like to start off by saying, that I go to Starbucks all the time. I think that this Starbucks is okay, but can be improved. They are running out of things super quickly, and sometimes they can be rude to customers. There is some staff that is very nice. So, I would like to review each category provided /100 Food 75/100- I am not huge on the food at Starbucks, I go there for the lattes, but they run out of it sometimes, so I think that they need to make sure they have sufficient stuff. They make coffee most of the time. One time they messed up my drink, but they rectified it. Service- 55/100- The service is decent, for instance sometimes when requested to mix the sugar in the coffee, they do not do that, so it is almost like it does not do what other Starbucks do. Also, I have asked them for certain things, and then they bring out something different. I would say half the workers are nice, and half of them are not. Atmosphere 77/100- The atmosphere is nice, I would say maybe adding more seating indoors, as sometimes there is no spots for someone to sit and study. I would add more charging stations as well, so people can charge and work on their laptop.

Drink was fine but the cashier who’s name on my receipt says “Kaya” was so unpleasant and had an attitude. This is the first person you interact with when you go to this cafe, and it made me just want to leave. She should be making the drinks and not interacting with customers.

I asked to check in on my drink because it had been 15 mins since ordering. Angela nodded dismissively and said "Yup it's coming just give me a second." Maam it's literally already been 15 mins. The app said it would be ready over 10 minutes ago. Mobile order is supposed to be a convenience. With 2-3 people behind the bar, it should not be taking 15 minutes to complete one beverage outside of a big rush. Everyone here can afford to move a little faster, respectfully. And this is coming from a former partner. Came here two days later and it's the same issue. Espresso shots left sitting on the bar for well over five minutes after being pulled. How is that ok?

Barista was extremely rude. I’m not a frequent customer so I wasn’t sure exactly what to order or how to customize it and when I requested a change AND offered to pay or it, barista snapped as if the second person, presumably the manager, didn’t tell me that I wouldn’t need to pay. I get it’s 8AM but there is no need for negative attitudes and slick remarks. Clearly she needs to review Starbucks customer service policy. Will not return.

I don’t usually write reviews but I think this Starbucks follows rules and regulations they made on their own compared to the Starbucks at MMC. The MMC starbucks is usually nice and friendly. Today, I went to to the BBC starbucks to get a blended refresher. I was told that, “it’s not a frappe, it does not come blended.” I know that, because I have worked at two Starbucks locations before. Every other Starbucks will blend the drink for you. Instead of telling me she cannot blend the refresher due to any regulations they might have, she said she will not, in a rude manner. I’ve worked at many service locations and the way you talk people is a big part of your job. I won’t name any names because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, I just want to address this issue. The cashier was really sweet though, I just like to assume that the manager was having a bad day and does not talk to all her customers like that.

Not very helpful. The lead person in charge seemed to be bothered by my questions. I went in to order items in advance and was told to place the order online, which was unsuccessful. I tried calling to the store for assistance and no one answered. I hope that this is an isolated incident, I will patron there again because it's convenient but the customer service from the "manager" needs improvement. The staff workers are the opposite, they are great!

There is a pretty unpleasant cashier at this Starbucks. She consistently refuses to assist us when we ask about drinks. She shouted today, "We're not giving water and ice," in my friend's face. She has been acting in this manner toward us twice.

So I got kicked out of this place after I tried to sit on one of their (completely empty) chairs to wait for my class to start. They told me they were closed rudely, but I wasn’t aware students couldn’t get near it minutes before it opened.

The person who took my order at around 11am was super rude and could not be bothered to take my order. I ordered two drinks but she ended up ringing it up as one drink, which by the way, isn't the issue. The issue was that when I told her that it was supposed to be two separate drinks she was even more rude and then proceeded to tell me that I only ordered one drink. She then proceeded to tell the manager a drink that I didn't ordered. My second drink was an iced triple shot espresso over ice with a few pumps of white mocha but the starbucks partner insisted that I ordered a White mocha, which btw is a completely different drink with MILK. It was a bit of a miscommunication which is completely understandable and I have patience for, but I don't have patience for people who are super rude when I kindly tell them that there was a mistake. I've worked for starbucks for years and let me tell you that the attitude I received today would never slide at other locations. The way you speak to people is a big part of service jobs and I definitely felt like this person did not want to be there. I hate to come on here and write a bad review cause obviously I go to this starbucks a lot but man... this interaction took me back and put a whole downer to my day.

I come here on a daily basis and I am so tired of asking for light ice and getting only half of the cup filled. I pay FULL price for a FULL filled CUP. When I told the employee why the cup could not be filled all the way up, she ignored me and was very rude. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I’m simply writing this review so that the store gets the feedback that it deserves. When I go, I am always polite and ask how their day is going and I don’t even receive a response.

They are one of the locations that charges extra for everything. Really mean considering they are on a college campus. Location is nice but not worth going to. Would recommend other stores.

I came in and ordered a caramel macchiato with soy and after a few minor inconveniences I got my drink. I was in a hurry so I didn’t get the chance to taste it befor leaving. After I left I realized they gave it to me with regular milk. I am lactose intolerant and I had already drank some since I was very thirsty. I ended up throwing it away more than half full because it tasted bad. I ended up throwing up when I got to my house. Mistakes happen but employees need to be careful when non dairy specifications are made. Totally unacceptable and I will not be returning to this Starbucks even if it’s conveniently on my campus.
