Honestly, the chicken is really good, but my guilty pleasure is those delicious ROLLS!! I don't know what they do to them to make them this freaking delicious. But I will and have eaten just half a dozen in my car so I didn't have to share with the family.. (I bought them chicken so they can't complain!)

Had unexpected company. Luckily, it was a young lady. She and my daughter liked the tenders the last time we stopped in, so I went with all tenders. I just wish they had some kind of sauce to accompany them. But the one item that keeps bringing me back are the rolls. They are simply fantastic. Unfortunately, they were out of my drink, but they had the rolls.

Haven't been to a Golden Chick in about 5 years and man have I missed out. I love roasted chicken and they definitely delivered. The roasted chicken and rolls were great and the staff was super friendly. Won't wait 5 years before visiting again.

I used the drive thru yesterday to get a chicken tender combo. When I got home I noticed that my side of fried okra was not in my order. I called the restaurant to let them know. Jory (not sure if I spelled that right) told me he would drive to my house to drop it off. I have never seen such level of customer service. Great food. Even better service!

Brandon has really turned this Golden Chick around for the better! We had so some not so good experiences in the past and read a good review about a new manager so decided to try again! Glad we did we will be back!

Great chicken but really this review is for debra. She was so kind and cheerful despite her dealing with the system being down. she was able to get everything handled quickly despite the storm knocking out the system. Very sweet & professional, i left with a smile on my face.

Today I came in the Golden Chick , got great service from the cook and the lady here I think she was a manager for your company. What stood out the most was I order and paid for my food then went outside to finish doing my gas at pumps in my orange dodge charger to look 👀 up and see the Melissa walking my food out to my car. This is by far the best golden chick in the nearest three cities. The way they do gravy in a tray instead of a cup is reminiscent of school lunches but its so good. the chickens always perfect, and the staff is always down to earth nice.

We went into the store Saturday evening the 16th of November, and Brandon was operating the store with one other employee. Both were extremely friendly, and Brandon after having a short conversation with my father and myself while deciding what to order was extremely helpful. He ensured that everything we ordered was made fresh, and that we felt taken care of as customers. I would without a doubt come back to this location because the customer service provided was exemplary. He handled a call in order while we were waiting for our food to be prepared and he was extremely helpful to that customer as well. I’ve been coming to this Golden chick for a long time and honestly at all the golden chicks. This one’s by far the best with great customer service and great fresh food. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant sometimes restaurants run out of things, but you can’t get mad if I could rate the place a 10 out of the 10. I would For an understaffed crew dealing with Karens and Kevin’s all day with no ac , I applaud you keep on making that chicken.

I’ve been to this location a couple times before and everything was OK. Nothing special. On my visit yesterday I met Brandon and he was Wonderful. He was very patient while I Ask a couple questions and decided on my order. His customer service was excellent. Very friendly and personable. He was working very hard to make sure I had a great experience. You don’t see that much anymore. When I got the food home, everything was still hot. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The Dirty Rice is my favorite side. It is a must try. This will now be in my dinner rotation for my family.

Gas station golden chick, never thought I would eat here but my buddy really wanted some golden chick and this place exceeded my expectations. Fresh food, nice staff, and decently clean place to eat some fried chicken. Quality was solid.

I usually stop at this location. People always respectful. Food is always hot and fresh. I cannot remember every getting old grease tasting chicken or fish. Not huge fan of the baked because of the spices but I have it occasionally. Salads are usually fresh as well. Love the corn nuggets.

First visit. Fries were undercooked hunks of raw potatoes. Chicken breast on sandwich was soggy. 2 drinks were wrong and sandwiches had sauce even though we requested none. Corn dog was good but overpriced. Chicken was good.

Service is and from my last visit is starting to emphasise on the finer details of it's overall standards (this particular franchise). Kudo's, nonetheless, do drive through or takeout. You won't be dissatisfied

Three stars because the chicken was good, fries were good roll was good. Minus two stars because it tasted like someone sprinkled a teaspoon a freshly tilled soil into my drink. They need to filter their water if they're going to also sell drinks here. Something wrong with the pipes. Literally tasted like dirt.

Its attached to a gas station. My wife's chicken tenders were dry. If you have to use the restrooom you have to use it in the gas station. Unfortunately the cleanliness of bathroom is enough to make you loose your appetite. I gave it 3 starts because the people were nice.

I love me some Golden Chick! I'm not saying this location is bad, but it was a bad day on this visit. We were in the drive thru and only one person was working. She had a very large order and of course we didn't know. The clerk would only say give me one moment which took a very long time and there was no way out. She had as very sweet at the end telling us why she needed patiences. The food was good chicken tenders, fries and the best rolls.

Brandon provided great service. Unfortunately the chicken tenders were cold and some batter was still very light ( uncrispy) as if they were stuck together while cooking. Hopefully next time the chicken will be better.

I gave it a 2 because the food was good. Sadly I waited in the drive through for over an hour. Im serious. Not exaggerating one bit. The little lady that sings did give me a corn dog while I waited but an hour is unacceptable.

I got delivery and was surprised to find FIVE pieces of okra in my “side of okra”. I understand inflation is a thing but the lack of food for the amount I paid is OUTRAGEOUS

My family loves golden chick, but this was our first visit to this location. I would suggest you drive to a stand alone store. The food was not so great and it took us an hour at the window waiting on tenders and roasted chicken.

I waited over 20 minutes, the service was very slow and the lady taking was always apologizing. I ordered corn dog's, which tasted like they were cooked in old oil and they were out of funnel cakes. I have tried this store once before and it was bad then, so I will not go back. It is located on Midcities Blvd.

Our orders have NEVER been correct. We love Golden Chick but this location never gives the sauce you pay extra for and it’s 50/50 if they make your order spicy when you ask for it that way. Will be looking for another location to go to from here on out.

After going to the wrong chicken place for a Cholula chicken sandwich, we figured out Golden Chick has it. It took about six to seven minutes to get our order: a sandwich, fries, and a sweet tea. The sandwich was okay, but very messy. In fact, Cholula sauce was leaking from the box. So, when I pulled the box out of the bag, it leaked all over my lap. The fries were just barely warm. And I've had better sweet tea. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

It's really sad I love golden chick every time I eat their the chicken is usually Brown and crispy and fresh and the service is great. But this time I drove 13 minutes to get there because I am staying in a hotel far from there right now since my house flooded and I was craving it and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The chicken was white and barely cooked and saugy. They also forgot to give me a fork for my mac and cheese and the mac was like 2 days old it seemed. I understand its tough time right now for any business, but whoever is working the drive-thru there right now and their partner were joking and laughing not even payin attention to their job and the service they were being paid to provide. That is all. Decided I wont go back there.

I went this past Sunday to pick up dinner, the gravy was not even gravy it was watery and so were the mashed potatoes! Also some rolls were mashed cause they are put in the box with the tenders. I guess other than that it was good. First time I had that happen.

The WORST Golden Chick I've ever been to! The worst food quality and very slow service. I could get over the slow service if the food was actually fresh. The rolls (my favorite place to get yeast rolls) look like hockey pucks that had spent 5 minutes in the microwave, the gravy was basically flavored water, the tenders were very small (not normal size), and the food was not hot at all (after having to wait almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru). Extremely disappointed.I will never go back to this location! Other locations are far superior! Now I wish I had taken pictures.

Food was good but was not happy our order was wrong. Our sides were missing for the meal and the "family size" corn nuggets wasnt even a full regular size order. Guess its our fault for not double checking behind the workers. Just mad we spent 40$ and didnt get what was paid for. Wicked wings were good so were the rolls.

I'm only giving this restaurant 2 stars because the sides and the fish was decent, otherwise it would definitely be a 1, the chicken was way over cooked, most of it I threw away because the crust was so hard and the breast was chewy, the sides at least was seasoned good and 1 thumb up to the coleslaw its better than what I've been tasting recently, I won't be back to this location but may try another location to see if they know how to fry chicken properly

Please don't go here if you want good customer service and your entire order. First they forgot part of our order and then when we returned they laughed about it. Next we were not given any forks for our sides of cole slaw and macaroni &cheese. Next the cole slaw was a fourth of the container while the macaroni &cheese was the full container. Then when I called the manager she said that was the way it was supposed to be as they ran out of small containers and I actually got too much of the macaroni &cheese. The cole slaw was the side that I was actually missing. Worst experiences ever.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. Just a chicken sandwich. The same one on the big sign in the front window they are advertising. 20 minute wait. Lady behind counter on phone for 12 min before even taking order. Shame on me for waiting and not just leaving Took order to go, opening it up less than 3 min after leaving. Maybe 2 pickles, not the big pile of pickles advertised in product description or in the photos. Chicken was rubbery, lukewarm, and just a bad piece of chicken overall. Literally spit out first bite. To be sure, took bite from other end. Same thing. Lame service. Lame food.

My Mom went this evening and ordered a family order of chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy (family size), macaroni (family size), coleslaw (family size), and 2 roasted pieces of chicken. Once she got to the window they let her know they didn't have any macaroni and weren't making more mind you it was about 7pm nowhere near close but fine whatever just leave it off. Upon getting home (within 5 mins of the G.C.) she had chicken tenders that were not only cold but so salty, dried out, and over cooked they were ineatible, mashed potatoes that were chalky, watery "gravy" like no consistency at all, a single side of coleslaw, 2 fried pieces of chicken which she can't eat she needed the roasted for a specific reason, and no macaroni. She called to speak with a manager and ended up speaking to a woman who insisted that isn't what she ordered...everyone in the car can confirm that is exactly what she ordered. They went round and round and the woman refused to do anything to fix the order and was hung up on the fact tbey only charged her for a single serving on coleslaw which ny mom was happy to pay the difference but the woman just kept yelling on the phone about coleslaw when clearly that was not the only issue. Same evening my husband unknowingly goes by the say G.C. to get one 4 piece tenders with mashed potatoes and one 6 piece spicy tenders with mashed potatoes both with a sweet tea. He got the same cold, over cooked, over salted chicken he had to throw out and no surprise they didn't make any chicken spicy which just takes someone shaking a little seasoning on the top then again the mashed potatoes were chalky and a super weird consistency, water like "gravy", and he was told they were out of tea and not making more...its tea it takes a few mins to make and again nowhere near close. You don't expect much from fast food but come on at least make it something you can choke down and give people what they order and if a mistake is made make it right. I had to tell them multiple times what I wanted then the guy at the window acted like he was on drugs - didn't know anything! It took three people to finally get a cup of tea! He tells me it's $2 but I checked my charged later - $5 in the end! I will never go here again. Every visit is a dissapointment. I will not return.

Ordered strips .. to get home and open box to COLD, OLD strips. So not cool. I don't know if it was that I went through drive thru at 730pm.. but still not right. Top it off the guy told me we're making you some fresh strips lol Total waste of $28!

2nd time for us to order from golden chick. Prices to high and both times order incomplete. Go back to Lisa's Chicken. At least order is correct chicken taste good and a 3 piece mix with coleslaw and 4 pieces tender with mashed potatoes doesnt cost $23.00. Horrible service at drive thru menu board. I pulled up and waited about a minute before a man said im really busy give me a couple of minutes. This place is awful, I've visited a few times and the just can't get it together. The food is not good. The service is terrible. The emoyees have an angry and confrontational attitude. They are in dire need of training and leadership. Save yourself and eat somewhere else. To bad I can't give 0 starts because 1 star is too high of a rating.

Found mold on my brown salad and the salad smelled horrible. When I took my food back to get a refund they didn’t even look at the salad or make eye contact with me. The lady working as the manager seemed like she hated life and was yelling at the other employee from the back when the lobby was full of customers. They place is disgusting inside and I honestly can’t believe they are still in business. HORRIBLE customer service she pretty much threw the refund at me and said “ sorry about that” and walked away. Whoever owns this location needs to seriously work with the employees about customer service and how to keep a clean place. I seriously can’t believe I almost ate a salad with mold growing in it because it was that old!

Place needs a visit from the health inspector. Customer service would be ok, if you could understand what the lady was saying. Speaks english, but broken with a heavy accent. Doesn't make sense to have someone like that working the cash register. I went in the morning, just after breakfast. N the place looked like they had gotten a huge lunch rush. So, I wanted to know just how busy they had been, come to find out that they had a "purity slow" morning. Really??? So is it always filthy in this place??? DISGUSTING!!

I tried this location after attempting to get fish at the one on hightower where they told me there would be an 8 min wait and I agreed to wait. After I said that was fine they told me there was a problem with their friers. But they could still fry chicken????? Anyways they gave me fish at the mid cities location and I ate it and it was great. I went back tonight to the mid cities location and I was told they didn't have 5 pieces of fish but could do a two peice. I asked if they could replace the 3 missing pieces with chicken and he said we might have enough and could check. I said I'll just go somewhere else. I decided to go to the one on hightower to see if they would cook the fish this time but I was told they were having technical difficulties. I assume that the difficulty was it was 20 minutes before closing and the worker was lazy. Your company either needs to get it together if it really isn't the workers faults or get new employees. If you pay them next to nothing I guess I can't blame them for not trying though. I might give it one more try in a month or so and see if it's worth going back to.

My experience happen 4/20. My first time there. The worst experience i ever had. Warning stay away. The guys did not use gloves or safety wear. I went drive thru is only option. I order my 3 meals. Paid 30 bucks got my drinks and was asked to pull up they would bring my food. After 30 mins no food. I got off and asked the guy forgot about my oder. Took him another 10 mins to redo. He stated sorry and offered a small free to make it up. I wrote corporate took 3 times for my complaint to go thru. When i got home food was cold and dry. Mind you i live 5 mins away.

Ordered through the drive through and was also asked to repeat order again before proceeding to the window. Once there I asked them to repeat my order prior to paying. Several items were missed and I was even told that I was wrong twice on items I ordered. At one point after clarifying that I had asked for 6 pieces of cat fish, the guy in the window got visibly upset and said (loudly) “You never ordered catfish”, at this point a guy in the kitchen called out to “just tell her we don’t have any catfish”. After receiving my order I had to pay again for an item that was once again missed. While I was waiting, another guy came out and shoved a drink in my face that I didn’t order and I stated so, to which I was again told I was wrong. Every time I have been to this location it has been a headache. Forgivable in the past but this time was just flat out rude.

Ordered through delivery service 06/24/2021. I ordered the tender combo. Went to take the first tender out…and the WHOLE meal was ruined. Why you ask? A loooong black hair. I was SO disgusted and sick to my stomach. The only reason I ordered from that location is that the one in Hurst always cancels the order. NEVER AGAIN!

Was served old cold chicken, cold fries, and flat soda today. Took the 2 meals back immediately and was told with attitude that they don't do refunds. DO NOT EAT HERE. Came at lunch time on a Sunday..... Not a dead time.

30 minute wait and counting. Saw a woman go in to order and a after a few minutes of no one greeting her, she just turned around and left. I see the sign saying they’re hiring management and employees, but it’s not an excuse to tell people “5 more minutes” and it take nearly 20 more minutes.

This is my second time coming to Golden Chick... the last time was during lent last year and they didn't have enough fish to complete my order. It's lent again and we decided to try the new cod that was being offered. I ordered 2 combos (1 PC of cod each combo) and requested to purchase 2 additional filets. When I get to the window they tell me they don't have enough cod to complete my additional request. Mind you this is a Friday at 5:30 pm during the lenten season.... I will not be coming back!

If I were capable of giving no stars I would this is the absolute worst store I have ever been to the staff there who are all in their late teens early twenties feel like it's not their job to do their job. If you only knew how many times I showed up at that store at 9:15 9:30 9:45 and every single time they're closed cleaning out the bins are fending off the counters and they won't let you in when I've asked the manager why do you close 30 to 45 minutes before 10 o'clock when you're supposed to stay open she's told me there's nobody here well I'm here.

I stopped by to place an order through drive-thru, I waited for a good 10-12min, that was strike one. I ordered the 20 tender family meal and a 2 pc catfish combo, I waited another 5-6 min which I’m fine with. They came my food but tell me, “ we’re out of rolls, I gave you extra tenders.” How do I know you gave me extra tenders and you could mentioned that when I was ordering my food, that’s strike 2. But once I got home the quality of the food was horrible. There were a few tenders that weren’t cooked all the way, the gravy tasted like watered down cafeteria gravy. The worst gravy I’ve ever had!!!! The catfish was even worst, it tasted like catfish cooked from frozen foods, the fish at long John silvers is better than Golden Chicks and I don’t like Long John Silvers. That’s strike 3!!!!!! I called to ask for a manager and they told me to stop by tomorrow to receive a full refund, I will stop by to get my refund, I hope I don’t get food poison the chicken.

This is just a bad location. Golden chick is great! But this location is just overall lower than standard. The wait just to order (in the drive thru) is ridiculous. You'll wait at least 15 minutes just to order the food. After you order, you wait another 10 or so minutes. Idk if they're clean on the inside, but I know that they don't seem sanitary at all. I used my card here a few times and then it was charged randomly weeks later when I was at work. I called the bank and they had to stop the transaction. Also the lady came to the window one day and gave me a clipboard to fill out her tip. Which is weird. It's not a sit down restaurant that I went to, and I don't have to fill out a tip for the McDonald's workers, why do I have to do that here? Also their rolls aren't even soft and buttery like the other locations. The food is usually more breading than meat... Ugh.

I show up at 8pm and the door is already locked and the worker inside saying they’re done for the day! What kind of business is this?

This location messed up on my online order and I called and the lady said the cook was gone and she would leave a note and to come back tomorrow. Well I went and showed the manager, Rosalind, my order was messed up. I showed her the receipt and I brought the wicked wings back because they didn't add any seasoning. She got an attitude and said she didn't see a note from another manager to remake the food. I told her I can't help it because neither the manager or the cook did their job but she could clearly see the wings didn't have the season therefore they weren't the wicked wings on my receipt. She remade the order and I told her instead of getting an attitude she should be apologizing because my order was wrong. She said she normally apologizes but there wasn't a note about me getting the wrong order. Huh, that doesn't make sense. I told her that she forgot my rolls and she got mad and said she wasn't giving them to me because I told her she should've apologized for my order being wrong. I asked for my money back and told her she could just have to food. She refused to give it to me. I called corporate and they said since it was a franchise the owner would call me. Well needless to say he has yet to call. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE ONE ON RUFE SNOW. THEY ARE MUCH NICER AND HE MANAGER THERE ACTUALLY HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Cook made “spicy” tenders but I ordered org. Get home and the tenders are burnt and I can taste the spice. All they did was re-fry the chicken. I knew it was a bad call when no one pulled up to order in 10 min. DO NOT EAT THERE!!

Always out of menu items and understaffed. Went in the other day and the cook was “off for the next hour”, and I guess the cashier can’t cook so they only had what was already made available. Several times the food missing from drive-thru order. Half the tables inside are inaccessible and the other half are dirty.

I will starve before I go back to this Golden Chick. I came here on Monday, June 5th around 9:45 pm. The person who took my order was beyond rude. I just said maybe she’s young and that the way she talks. When I got to the window to pay she didn’t say anything. Nothing! Didn’t repeat the total or the order just held her hand out for me to pay her. I did. I waited in the car for about 5-6 mins and she said they didn’t have any food. She seemed somewhat sincere about it. But I couldn’t do nothing but wonder if she was lying. I didn’t get any food which now I’m grateful. She gave me a refund in cash back and I left. These kinds of folks will cause you to lose business, well at least my business. I went to your website first with no response so now I’m posting it here.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I've never been so disrespected at a restaurant by actual employees before, until I came here. The kid at the cashier was extremely rude to my mother and I the entire time and even made a rude comment. When I said something he went off and yelled "Do you even know who my mother is?" Of course I had no clue who his mother was. Although the rest of the staff seemed to understand the situation it was a terrible experience. The food was overcooked, and the order was wrong after we explained our order multiple times, they over charged us, and didn't give is a receipt. Who treats they're customers like this?

I've ordered delivery from here a few times, most of the time the order is either wrong or there are items missing. I've also been here in person a few times, folks I've interacted with are just lazy. I'd steer clear of this Golden chick and the one off of 740 airport freeway. At least only go there in person so you can get what you pay for.

This place is literally awful. 6pm not chicken ready. “Oh we ran out of roasted we only have what’s on display”. Oh really? So why don’t you close your door. This is my second bad experience at this place. Never will bother again. I hope the close this place soon.

Simply put i got extremely sick from eating the most greasy chicken i have ever had in my life. The one male employee on staff was out back smoking and quickly ducked in the door to take my order. The chicken was much darker than it should have been which leads me to believe that it has been quite some time since the cooking oil has even been changed. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤒😵😵😵😵 in the area. 1st/last time to stop here. They are not busy for a reason. Don't stop here for this neighborhood restaurant. Go out of your way and go somewhere else.

So sad that it's so close to me and I love their food, but the service in this golden chick sucks. Every single time I come here they forget something either they forget a side or the flavor you asked is wrong, they also don't really have anything in stock it's always " We're out of this and that" and at one point the outside speaker wasn't working and they did nothing to let people know that it wasn't working, the employees were just inside playing around. I will never come to this location and I also don't recommend people to come ,it will just ruin your day and dinner go else where please!

I oder my food when I came to get it was not ready. The cashier said that the cook was not there. I ask for a refund he was not sure how to do the refund. Need to train people better.

Waiting at drive through menu for 15 minutes before anyone takes the order. No one in front of behind us. They're making it very difficult to give them our business.

2 days ago co-workers and I tried the chicken tender combo and it was pretty good. We had ordered it online for pick up and it was all bagged and ready when we got there. Grabbed and left with no problems except they forgot some sauces and spice packs we asked for.. no big deal.. food was pretty good. Today we decided to order for pick up again and try the fish and shrimp we arrived early and sat in the dining room waiting while they prepared. Unfortunately, I wish I had not done that. All the staff I saw there had no gloves on. Masks hanging off their face or just not on at all. The manager was constantly adjusting his mask and touching his face then TOUCHING FOOD TO PLACE IT IN THE BOXES. I just feel very disappointed in the management and the handling of food. I hate to say it because I like to give people a chance to redeem but I highly doubt ill eat there again.

Go to grab dinner for the family around 6. Pull to the drive thru and start ordering tender family combo with mashed potatoes and Mac. She states they're out of mashed potatoes for the day- seems a little odd, but fine. Ask for okra instead, oh we're out of that too. I'm confused, how are you in business if you don't have any of the items on your menu. Ended up saying forget it and leaving.

Beware this location, unsanitary hygiene. When the employee there handed me my food and card, his hands were wet and caked in what I am guessing was flour/dough. The bag and my card were dirty and wet to the touch. I would hate to think he might have touched my food. I saw no gloves worn.

This location used to be good. It's been very disappointing the last few times we have gotten food from here. I keep thinking maybe it will be better next time, they're having hard time with staff, a bad night.. I don't know but I always want to give them another chance because it used to be so good. It doesn't matter if I'm drive through, pick up, or delivery... the tenders are not fresh and soggy. The fries are either soggy, undercooked or no salt. The gravy is ALWAYS watery and doesn't taste good.

This is the worst Golden Chick I have ever ate at.. they never have anything ready. I have given them multiple chances but I'm sick and tired of this location. Last time it was roasted chicken, then mashed potatoes and today they are out of gravy and it's 12:36pm. Lunch time and no gravy doesn't make any sense to me.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and got home to a sandwich with 4 mini buns two on top two on bottom called and manager said that’s how it comes I disputed claim and then told driver bought wrong buns but I was never told this while ordering. When I complained I was told what do you want me to do. I asked for owner info and told he didn’t know then proceeded to hang up on me. This location is closest to my house and I will NEVER go there again. And the chicken was no crispy and side dish not hot. Contacted corporate and was supposed to be contacted by owner, NEVER was. Chalking my visit to a loss since owner doesn’t care and I will NEVER go again

I have been up working since 3am this morning. I am extremely tired and hungry. I hadn't eaten all day and wanted Golden Chick. I usually go to the one on Beach St. but I thought I would try this one because it was on my way home at around 3:45pm. Bad decision. I pulled up to the drive-thru menu and was trying to see what my husband wanted (so, I was on my phone with my windows up). Once I found out, I rolled down my window and politely said hello and that I was ready to order. I did this a few times with zero response for about a minute or two. Then I pulled around to the drive-thru window, presuming that perhaps the location wasn't open, and I saw a few workers there. I sat there at the window waiting for someone to come to the window, but I was ignored for a good 5 minutes. By that time, I was on the phone again with my husband to see if he wanted something else. The lady inside, finally, came to see what I wanted at this time. Since I was starving, I went ahead and placed my order. Got home, sat down to eat with my husband, and the first thing I noticed was that the chicken wasn't as golden as I am used to. It was over fried. Then our green beans were old, dark green and shriveled. And there were a couple of plump good ones mixed in. I ate it anyway because, as I stated earlier, I was starving. Then I bit into something hard, spit it out, and found this thing. I have no clue what it is. Almost bone...almost a hard rubber, I don't know. But, I was extremely disgusted and disappointed. I was a GM in the food industry for years prior to my current job and I know the importance of making sure the customers are taken care of, the food is kept fresh and properly made to company standards, and that the atmosphere and vibe of the employees are inviting, welcoming and friendly. I will never come to this location again. P.S. When the woman came to the window, I mentioned that I had been calling out at the menu speaker, and she responded with a smug attitude and stated that she had asked if I was ready to order when I first pulled up. I let her know that I did not hear her. And the whole exchange left me assuming that she heard me calling out at the menu and purposely ignored me. I do not usually leave bad reviews, but I felt the need to say something. $30 of my hard earned money wasted... P.S.S. The woman who tended to me did end up being kind and professional towards the middle and end of it all.

I just ordered food at Golden Chick North Richland Hills Mid Cities Blvd! Ordered online. Ordered Roasted chicken. Requested leg and wing. Got wing and breast. Don't eat breast. Ordered tenders meal. Fries cold. Ordered Raspberry lemonade, store out. Ordered Sobe Yumberry drink. Location did not even know what it was. Ordered Dr. Pepper, they were out. Called location to air grievance regarding order. Was told they were out of legs. None of this info was not provided when order was picked up or prior. They did not offer substitutions, just threw in the breast as if it would not be noticed. Skip the location.
