The footlong sandwiches aren't filled up all the way across. The ends of the sub are empty. Skimping out on the amount of meat. But it tastes good, and the bathrooms were semi clean. I ordered on the app and went in person, and both times they were short of toppings.
Mid experience… the workers weren’t very interactive and were pretty rude. I get I came in 30 minutes before close but I got one simple half sub. The food also wasn’t the best. I’ve worked at subway before and I would have gotten fired if I gave someone that experience.
Avoid if possible. Grilled chicken was over microwaved or something, so it was weirdly dry and felt like a piece of shipping foam. Lettuce seemed to be frozen and thawing because it's mushy and translucent, but very cold. Just not good.
We usually go in person twice a week for lunch and spend around $45 to $50 plus a $5 tip. Cancelled my online pick up order for 2 subs and hour before closing time. 3rd time they've done that and decided to close early AFTER I placed and paid for my order. Will not give them a fourth chance. Lost my business permanently.
Very disappointed. They barely put any toppings in the sub and clearly tried to save on ingredients. Not worth the price at all.
Go somewhere else to get a sub for the price that you pay there!! $14 for a footlong and they cant even cover the bread with lettuce. Had the tell the girl working like 4 times i wanted more lettuce because I could still see the bread. And asked for black olives and got like 6 on my whole sub. They are a joke! Ill stick with jersey Mike's.
Website wasn’t working to order online. The screen cleared and it charged my card. Went to pickup and the guy working did not seem to care or pretend to care. We’ll see if the charge clears… Online chat for customer service doesn’t even think the store exists and just closes the chat and restarts. Never trying online ordering or going back to that place.
Very scimpy on the toppings and I didn’t even know the chicken was on there I had to really look for it.
Not CLOSE to Subway standards. Flies swarming the veggies, very dirty inside. I come in at 8:55pm and 1 person on the phone. I had to ask after a few minutes if they were open. Sign says 10pm on door. DO NOT Recommend.
This place is dirty , sticky floors , they served me a meatball sandwich , with partially frozen meatballs , then blamed me for not getting it toasted.
These sellers do not listen to the client. They make it convenient for them. For all my remark, they just smiled. And also check your checks, they count you. I will not return to this Subway, not when.
Absolutely horrible. Says they’re open until 10 PM ONLINE and IN STORE, ON THEIR DOOR. But when I pull up at 9:05 for an order submitted beforehand, they’re closed? Stating they close at 8? So why is it different online and literally the sign ON. YOUR. DOOR.
If you need Subway, make the drive to another location. It was a hassle to order as the amount of each topping put on was so little, I had to ask for extra of almost everything. In the end it was still one of the saddest subs I’ve had. For a $14 footlong, to have them skimp on the lettuce just feels ridiculous. To be fair it is “Jalapeño Cheddar Bread”, not “Jalapeños”… as in you get one Jalapeño on the load.
It isn't coincidence that every review is basically terrible. The employees are pushy, the quality is low even for a subway. The food is not properly stored. This location should be shut down. On top of that, they refuse any type of coupon or deal on the app. Worst of the worst.
Asked for extra napkins and the manager said no and that there are some in the bag. There was literally one tiny napkin in the bag… This is one of those failing shops that cheaps out on everything. If they can’t even afford to keep napkins out on the counter, they probably don’t throw out expired food, beware.
Absolutely horrendous. Ordered online for pick up. Upon getting back to work I opened my sub and it was the most pathetic excuse for a sub I have ever seen. I ordered the Ultimate BMT....there is nothing ultimate about this sub. Hardly any meat and next to nothing on the veggies I requested. Asked for extra olives and pickles....I counted 6 olives on one half of the sub and no pickles to be found. This was my first and I can certainly assure you this will be my last visit to this location.
Ordered online at 8pm, drove 20 mins bc we heard good things about the location. We get there at 8:30 with an 835 eta pickup time. Google and door says it closes at 10. Store was dark but there was a car that just pulled in. A couple got out, turned on lights and started making our order it took over 15 mins for our 2 subs to be made. Highly recommend going to one of the other locations in the area and not this one!!!
I went to this restaurant location with my boyfriend, because we both wanted subway. We went and ordered and the worker didn’t change her gloves right away, touched her clothes, handled computer and cash during process. Very disgusting to see and this is unlike me to write a bad review because I don’t want to humiliate anyone or business. I suggest subway at Walmart out of all honesty.
