I personally want to thank Apollo and Crystal, Crystal was our server and she was amazing! She made sure we were ok and taken care of, I had $34 but in coins 🥲So I had asked her if that was ok and she told me that it was ok but she wanted to ask her manager first just in case. Then boom! He appeared haha, but he was very nice and kind. Apollo said that they do accept that and that he would even count it for crystal which I thought was very nice of him. I honestly had an amazing time here, the food was top tier😍 I had the lobster tails, my fiancé had the king island pasta and our friend had the ribs. My lobsters were delicious, the mashed potatoes were on point and the broccoli and cheese was just so good 100/10🤤The pasta was amazing and our friend said the ribs were delicious and tender 🖤The gingerbread fizz was really good too! I got two of those 🥰 Would definitely come again and again

I’m not a big eater so I ended up getting just the potato soup a 6 ounce sirloin and the sweet potato. It was all I could do to eat all of it even though the photo makes it look small. Definitely glad I stopped in for dinner.

Diane was very helpful. I ordered a steak for my mom. Well done. It came back medium-rare, but she fixed it right away with no problem. Great customer service!

Just had an amazing meal at Outback! 🥩 Their mac n cheese is always a winner, so creamy and delicious. And you know I love a good medium sirloin steak, especially with those perfectly grilled onions. 🧅 The staff there is always so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. It's definitely one of my go-to spots for a satisfying dinner. I can't wait to go back and have it all again! Highly recommend if you're craving some comfort food.

First, let me say that our server Eli was absolutely wonderful. He was super friendly and very attentive. Our food, however, was a disappointment. From the tough steak to the flavor of the prime rib, it was a big letdown. The food is definitely not worth the prices, which are really high.

This location was pretty good. I enjoyed their food and service. Started off with the bread of course. I took a star off because of that. They tend to leave the bread sitting on a hot surface which keeps cooking the bottom off it and it becomes hard. They need to stop doing that. My family then ordered different dishes. I ordered the TOOWOOMBA SALMON with a house salad and the steakhouse mac n cheese. The salmon was cooked good but the shrimp was overcooked. It had his flavor tho and it was a filling meal. The SPICY JAMMIN' MEATLOAF was also ordered. The description listed it as chopped steak, but it tasted like it was just ground beef. That too had good flavor and I would order it for myself next time. We also ordered the KINGSLAND STEAK* & SHRIMP PASTA. I did not rate it but I was told it tasted good as well. To drink I ordered both the AUSSIE RUM PUNCH and the BLACK CHERRY MULE. I enjoyed the AUSSIE RUM PUNCH more than the other. I think the ginger beer in the BLACK CHERRY MULE took the environment of drinking it away.

We had been here before and the food is great. Service was strange. Although nobody was rude, they were NOT friendly, NOR welcoming. Service seemed rushed and inpatient. I don’t know what the brown dressing on the wedge salad was, but I liked the way it was served in the past better. There was no music in the dinning area that I could hear. It was rather quiet and we liked that.

Great atmosphere!! Our waiter Matthew was such a cool guy, very attentive. Food was delicious pretty much everything we had was good. I'm sure I'll be back. It was a first time here for me. Loved it!!

went over with friends to this Outback in Norwalk, one of my favs steakhouses, had the Bloomin’ Onion which is fried onion rings as shareable, we all ordered different dishes try the fried chicken with baked potato, or steak with a mac n cheese side, everything tastes good there even the bread and butter they serve, atmosphere is casual can get a bit noisy on busy hours, server was friendly, the dining room is spacious and clean, parking was easy and the location right off Norwalk Blvd makes it convenient to get to. Overall, a reliable choice for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

Had dinner here and didn't get a warm feeling from the server . Took forever to take out order when it was very slow. Had asknhostbto call her . Still took a long time because she was busy talking to her coworkers. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great . Crazy how a server can mess up our a dining experience with not being attentive or nice. But when I I asked a gentleman that we wanted our bill because we were waiting was to long on a slow not busy night. He made our experience better by just being nice and attentive. He ended up being the manager and his name is Apollo. He talked to us and made us feel better and I promised him we would come back to try it again. Little things like that are huge. I wasn't asking for a discount or refund. I just wanted to leave before but Apollo definitely knows how to take care of his clients and I look forward to visiting next time and I know the experience will be better . It started bad and it ended being good thanks to great manager. Thank you Apollo for making our experience better and look forward to see you for our next dinner.

Went to have dinner here yesterday. I ordered the "Victoria" Filet 6oz medium rare. Got the "filet" and had a tough time cutting it. There was barely any pink and the "filet" tasted like unseasoned stew meat. After that one bite I complained and asked the server to please bring me the same cut only this time rare. I finished the salad and microwaved " baked" potato when the server brings another slab of meat and "baked" potato. I proceeded to cut into the meat expecting it to be almost raw (yes, that's how I like filet). Again the piece of meat was tough, bland, lacked tenderness although it was a bit pinker than the first. It tasted like unseasoned stew meat. All I had was one bite and asked for the check. In total I had one bite of each "steak". The meat was NOT filet mignon nor tenderloin of any sort. This is unfortunate as that is the cut I have every time I go to an Outback Steakhouse. Granted I usually go to an Outback in a different location. Who buys the cuts at this location? Do you think we cannot tell the difference between filet and something else? Even when overcooking filet, the taste is distinguishably tenderloin. Ever hear of meat thermometers? If you can't provide the cuts you claim to have, remove them from the menu. Better yet close down this location because clearly the clientele in this area have been fooled. ***** EDIT: I'm updating my review for Outback Steakhouse, Norwalk due to the excellent & timely follow-up I received from the General Manager. (5 stars for addressing the issue) After my initial negative review & the generic response from the "Outback Steakhouse (Owner)", I was contacted by the General Manager. The GM asked me to describe my experience & asked if I spoke to the manager on-site during my dining experience to which my answer was, "No". The GM suggested I should have spoken to a manager on-site in order to troubleshoot my issue more directly. The GM apologized & made things right imo. BOTTOM LINE: When in a city of unfamiliar dining choices, I've counted on Outback Steakhouse to provide a quality & satisfying dining experience. This has been particularly true when entertaining clients & why I was so taken aback by my latest experience at this location. I will continue to dine at Outback Steakhouse & surmise that this was all just due to it being the evening of a lunar eclipse during Mercury retrograde.

Unfortunately, the service really overshadowed the experience. We were a party of three and were at the restaurant for almost two hours, with most of that time spent waiting. We shared two entrées, so it was not a demanding table at all. Despite that, our table felt completely disregarded throughout the meal. The final straw was after we had already paid and were about to leave. We asked for a to-go box and waited another 10 minutes. When our server finally passed by, instead of acknowledging the long wait, she responded with a sassy “✋🏻☝🏻 can you give me a second”, which felt unnecessary given how much time had already passed. I was willing to let things slide, but the overall lack of attention and attitude made the experience disappointing. Hoping this is not the standard, but it was enough to leave a negative impression.

I usually don’t review, but omg… this had to be the worst food I’ve ever had. The steak taste like rubber. The shrimp idk what it taste like but not shrimp. I will never be back. I give the server 2 stars instead of 0 only because I seen she was the only one working but I know she seen how my food looked. The food 0 stars please don’t come here. This has to be a food safety hazard.

The restaurant is clean and I was seated fast. I ordered the Toowoomba Salmon and when it was brought to the table with the rest of the food the bus table was left right next to me, it was 12 inches from my mouth as I was trying to eat. I could smell this dirty table as I ate. Half way through my meal the waitress starts cleaning the table that was across from me and over one throwing the dishes on that dirty table that was 12 inches from my mouth as I'm trying to eat. I do not recommend this place.
