Recently went to pick up my mobile order (super easy btw) Andrea V helped me out! Let me tell ya'll. She has great customer service :) Greeted me as soon as I entered the restaurant & even made sure my order was correct! Thanks Andrea!

I love Wingstop. Their wings are always fresh and made to order. The staff was very friendly in explaining the different flavors. I ended up ordering the plain wings with the mango habanero dipping sauce which was very spicy but just perfect for my pallete. I highly recommend Wingstop. It is much better than Buffalo wild wings. I was there with several friends and everyone was equally impressed with both the tree service and the quality of the wings they received.

Nice ,clean restaurant, have a lot of traffic. Did NOT accept my Matercard . Becouse of fraud for the las 3 months . Thats new to me .

I always like coming to this location because my order is always accurate and made within a reasonable time. The wings taste so much better from this location especially when asked for well done. Hats off to all the staff and management for making good food and keeping the location clean!

Very Friendly, good food. Let me use their restroom without the need of buying anything. These guys made my day they were very sensitive to my little girl's needs, i was at dds they didn't let me use their restroom had to make a run for it very unsensitive. Mmmm hot juicy and fairly priced! The workers here are nice. As a customer and a Doordasher, they are very patient and will do their best to help you out even if you’re not the one eating the food! I will not forget the one time i had relatively smaller nuggets and received a bit more because of that fact. This kinda custy service is something to appreciate especially when you have the munchies

I consider myself a frequent customer, I love wings, but yesterday they disappointed me, I went to buy a combo of wings at 11:40pm since they stop serving at 12am, the cashier told me in 18 minutes your order is ready, but what was it? My shock was that they delivered the combo to me 4 minutes after ordering it, when I got home the wings were all cold, most likely they gave me leftover wings from some combo, since they would never be well fried in 4 minutes, totally disappointing that the staff do this to close quickly. They have lost a customer at this Rosecrant and Pioneer branch.

This Wingstop is my go to when ordering from their site. I’ve tried many wing places but Wingstop is still #1. Always fresh and wings always have a nice coat of the flavor I choose. About half the time I end up getting 1 or 2 wings extra which hey I’ll take it. It might be a wing weight thing but I’m not complaining. This place always has my order within the time the email says it will be done, even during times they are busy. Never had any problems and the staff is very nice. It’s also very clean. Most of the time I see the staff wiping down all the surfaces. If you have a wing kick, Wingstop in general has never disappointed but this location in particular I feel has bigger wings and get extra wings here and there.

Great service and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Clean and safe location. Plenty of places to shop at. I don't like how busy the area is - too much traffic and humans.

Other wings stop always mess up my orders this one is always on point with my order no issues until couple days ago. When i got home saw my wings where dry! All 3 flavors just a thin coat to the point i couldn't tell the difference from atomic and the mango habanero

Ordered take out on uber eats for the deal. Chicken is well cook and seasoning. A bit greasy for the hot honey tenders but the other flavors is good per usual. Fries r delicious, veggie stick is fresh. Worth the deal.

Good food, except the hot wings were alittle dry, needs more juice. Wish they had more "sides" to choose from. Good service.

I put an order online, and it gave me a specific time to pick up. I got there a few mins after. After I paid I'd figured I'd get my food but the guy that attended me turned arou d and started to do other stuff. I had to wait like 10-15 more mins. While the whole time my food wad just sitting there. I asked how much more time? As he checked he realized that my order was just sitting there on a rack. Don't get me wrong Wing Stop is delicious but get it together man. P.s. it was not even busy.

Called at 11:57 pm and asked if I would be the last customer ... Is she replied yes then I wouldn't have ordered anything, yet she said "it's 11:57 so we can't take anymore orders" bruhhh y'all open till midnight not 11:57... Not a happy pirate .. Happy New Years

Order 20 pcs/ 3 flavor chicken wings but received 5pcs with 1 flavor wings???? Waited over hour Thru uber eat..and 5 PC chicken wings that's what I got..

We bought large fries and when we received the fries it was half full and we payed full price we complained to the lady and she just ignored us and gave me a mean stare.

Something is wrong with the online ordering process, especially when selecting delivery. It's not the employees fault the order was not made on time, it is the fault of computer software or wherever 3rd party wing stop is using.

Don't go here. Food is not properly cooked. Management is trash.

The lady who helped me is just not smart, I ordered 10 boneless wings and had a coupon for 5 free, I show her my coupon she tells me I can add 5 more wings and I explained I wanted to pay for 5 and get 5 free she says she's already rang in the order which I haven't paid for yet btw so she can't now discount it since they're the same flavor but I can add 5 more wings of the same flavor for free. That makes no sense, I've used the coupon before so I know you're just confused after 5 minutes of her puzzled stare I just told her to cancel it and left

Wings tasted like an hour old and reheated up and the skin wasnt crispy at all, chewy and soggy. Their mango habanero is flavorless and very mild compared to Buffalo Wild Wings version which is 100 times much better. The fries were unseasoned and dried out. The new chicken burger was edible but again thr skin wasnt crispy and the chicken wasnt a thick piece, quite thin. The ranch sauce and the coke were the only things that were tasty on our $30 order. Not sure if its this location or all locations....but im definitely not returning to a W.S . In this current economic climate, id rather spend my money on quality food. Wing Stop, you need to do better.

This location has the worst fries. I live locally and I would have to drive to another location to get a decent fry. I came here about 5 times and each time is disappointing. The fries at wing stop are my favorite..but not here.

The wings are terrible here. The "cook" doesn't know how to apply the seasonings. And that's all of the five flavors ordered: Louisiana, Korean, Cajun, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper. What a waste of money. Didn't even finish it. Threw it out. The first Wing Stop we tried was fantastic. Which is why we tried this one. Never again.

CUSTOMER Service is trash , The manager with pink hair is so rude and didn't care about our concerns . Waited 40 minutes for an order that we placed 40 minutes before on the phone . We even paid for the order and they kept telling us that they were bagging it , when I get up again to ask after several minutes they say they are waiting on the fries but YET every customer left except US . They didn't help us nor treated us decently . I even told her hey , what's going on with our order it's too long and all she said " idk I wasn't here so idk " like girl you are a manager and All you going to respond is idk while I m over here telling you our issue . WINGSTOP MAnagement sucks . She didn't even TELL me her name when ask . She has pink hair and wears a mask . Happened at 10/01/23 @ exactly 8:27pM when requested a refund . As a manager she lacks customer service skills . hoW can you be a manager when you ain't a people person .RUDE RUDE take your service somewhere PEOPLE & I wasn't going to write a review but HER specific Attitude towards us & how she talked so bad to us instead of helping us with our order made me write it , im shock this supposedly manager couldn't even resolve an issue . Not even an apology just ignoring us & saying idk idk

I have been going to this location for 5 years. Unfortunately over the past year our orders hsve been wrong at least half the time. I spoke to a shift leader a couple weeks sgo, who provided me horrible customer service. After speaking to a manager, I decided to try it one more time. Of course, my order was wrong again. This time when I called in, I spoke to the general manager, Jorge. I understand why the customer service is so horrible there. If the general manager does not know the basics in customer service, the people beneath him will never provide good customer service. I will never go to this location again.
