First time here and a delightful discovery! The atmosphere is intimate and pleasant. The appetizers are excellent: raw beef on marrow and fried egg on a bread crust and ricotta. The first course is amazing: Venere rice with gorgonzola, shrimp, and crispy bacon! Generous portions. We'll be back!

Great restaurant! We had "Priamo" nebbiolo wine, grilled pork neck and a tartar with gorgonzola sause. Everything was delicious! Small, cozy place, very friendly people. If you are ever in Novara - this is a must visit.

Fresh modern food from a small simple menu. Friendly staff who were willing to humour my bad Italian. Quite busy in the sunshine. Some tables seemed to be booked, so best to ask before seating yourself. Well priced and even provided snacks.

Ho organizzato qui la mia festa di ventesimo compleanno ed è stata davvero al top. Il locale piccolo ma carino, di buon gusto e con una piacevole atmosfera. Il personale gentile, amichevole, ti fa sentire a tuo agio, quasi come se si restasse in famiglia. I piatti pochi, ma curati nel dettaglio, vari e con un tocco di modernità negli abbinamenti. Ho accontentato tutti, persino l’amica vegetariana che non ha trovato difficoltà nel scegliere un piatto di orecchiette integrali con pesto di cavolo e mandorle. Super consigliati il vitello tonnato (materia prima di alta qualità, abbondante e saporito), la battuta al coltello e i primi piatti. Grazie per aver reso la mia serata ancora più bella!

Locale molto bello, piccolino ma ben curato, personale gentile e presente. Cibo buono e servizio celere. Rapporto qualità/prezzo onesto. Uniche due piccolissime pecche: la cameriera mi ha portato via il piatto della Cesar salad troppo in fretta e al bancone, al momento del pagamento, il ragazzo ci ha chiesto cosa avevamo mangiato e noi da persone oneste non abbiamo omesso nulla ma sarebbe il caso ricordarselo in futuro per non rischiare spiacevoli inconvenienti. Saranno state casualità ma per questo motivo metto 4 e non 5 stelle. Prima volta che andavo a Novara e primo locale avvistato, abbiamo fatto bene a sceglierlo. Consigliato.

Insomma... Caruccio, e non è che abbia mangiato chissà cosa! Un primo normalissimo : gnocchi alla sorrentina. Il secondo petto di pollo ai ferri con verdure saltate. Patate e carote, pochine! Una media, xchè il vino era o bottiglia o calice, un caffè... 28€.. mezzogiorno menù fisso. Vedete voi che fare...

Friendly, good service, good price, nice place but some dishes good and some could be improved.

Sono stata ad una cena con amiche alcuni mesi fa, avevo ordinato un calice di vino x accompagnare il pasto, che si rivelò di cattivo sapore, quando lo feci gentilmente presente alla cameriara/proprietaria mi rispose in maniera sgarbata che quello era il vino che avevo ordinato. Ne ordinai uno differente, che fortunatamente era migliore. A fine cena mi fecero pagare anche il bicchiere che avevo rimandato indietro perché imbevibile. Mi dispiace tanto, perché il posto è carino e il cibo non è male, ma non ci metterò mai più piede

Entrata con un'amica sabato sera alle 18.00 dopo un'attesa di 15 minuti per ordinare (nel locale c'era un tavolo con 3 persone, oltre a noi due) ci siamo sentite "dare fastidio". Stavano preparando i tavoli per la cena e noi che volevamo solo un bicchiere di vino intralciavano evidentemente. Prezzo ok, cortesia dimenticata. Aperitivo solo patatine. Non torneremo.

Una volta ho preso un piatto di pasta al sugo ed era molto buono. Soddisfatta del pasto ritorno oggi. Prendo la minestra alle verdure e trovo più capelli nella minestra. Non ci siamo. E ho pagato 9 al posto di 10.

Terrible experience. I went into this place for breakfast. Being severely lactose intolerant, I EXPRESSLY requested a cappuccino with plant-based milk. At the table, a blonde "lady" with bob hair, I presume the owner, served it. I tasted it, and the cappuccino was not made with plant-based milk, but with cow's milk. I politely pointed out the mistake to the "lady," who, calling me an "IDIOT," DECLARED THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PLANT-BASED MILK, THAT THE CAPPUCCINO WAS JUST THAT, AND THAT SHE COULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE VEGAN NONSENSE. Sincerely astonished, I explained that it wasn't a question of veganism but of a severe dairy intolerance. The response was that I shouldn't have ordered a cappuccino, because cappuccinos have always been made with milk. But the "lady" was careful, when I asked for plant-based milk, to state that she didn't have any available. So I PAID for the cappuccino and left, shocked by what had happened. Since I consider myself a civilized person, I'll simply report what happened and... I'll simply suggest that the "lady" change her career or, better yet, retire to a nursing home, since I hope her behavior was caused by a severe form of dementia.

Waiters dont speak english, are not friendly at all, when we asked for help regarding menu which is only in italian waitress just said no, turned her back, left and kept us waiting at table for 10 minutes until we decided to leave
