Edison Cafè Novate Milanese Reviews
The cake was not only beautiful and meticulously crafted, but the flavor was exceptional: * Appearance: Beautiful, meticulously crafted. * Taste/Consistency: Soft, fresh, not too sweet. * Service: Professional, helpful, punctual. A+++ thank you Caffetteria Gesiö Novate Milanese The café is welcoming, but what makes it special is Marta! Always cheerful, kind, and super fast, even at peak times. Her smile in the morning and her creamy cappuccino are the best way to start the day. I highly recommend stopping by this café for a quality break! Thank you all, you're always wonderful.
A very nice café in the city center, great for a chat with friends. Service is a little slow, but that depends on how many staff there are.
I love this place! It feels like being in Paris! They offer delicious smoothies, exceptional desserts! And an excellent selection of teas.
Fantastic place and sensational food! We tried the brunch and absolutely loved it. It consists of a delicious jumbo toast, then a choice of freshly squeezed juice, then a choice of coffee or cappuccino, and endless croissants. Everything was truly delicious... the croissants were freshly baked, and I can't even begin to tell you how good they were. The girls who work there are really nice, kind, and very quick. A place to come back to again and again.
Great cute little cafe with lots of options in terms of food and drink. Outdoor seating across the way is cute when available.
It is a very cozy and pleasant place! It has a very nice decoration. The breakfast is good. But you need remember that in Italy the breakfast is so different than occident. It’s a small portions. But you have the option to eat a little more if you want. They have 5 pancakes or 2 pancakes. They are just a little slow but I think it is because I am used to my country and my city, everything is very fast.
Lovely coffee place in front of an ancient church with beautiful outdoor seating, good coffee, brioches, and fresh juices and smoothies.
An excellent place for reflection, with a clean and well-kept environment, it reflects the idea of an "art café" and is recommended for moments of relaxation or appointments, with a private and quiet atmosphere.
A nice place to get an aperitivo, cool drinks and nice mood. Nothing special or outstanding tho.
Good morning, my partner and I came in and I politely asked if we could sit down. The answer was given to us by a lady with her back turned. I can ignore this point, but I can't accept that after 15 minutes of sitting, I got up to ask for a coffee and a croissant, always politely, and the response was: "Do you see a croissant?" In an arrogant tone, it's already here. I wanted to leave, but I held back and immediately afterward she was showing me other pastries and she repeated, "As you can see, we don't have croissants." Again in an arrogant and annoyed tone. At that point, I made my partner get up and we left. I've never received treatment like that anywhere. It's a bar frequented by people I know very well and the girls are always friendly. I don't know who this lady is, but I absolutely don't accept this kind of attitude.
Shameful. Never again. We came for breakfast and were told the croissants were out of stock. We complied, ordering marocchinos, focaccias, and more. Five minutes later, two customers came in (clearly friends of the owner) and, as if by magic, the croissants were there: "This, this, and this." At the cashier, I calmly pointed this out: "If I'd known they were available, I might as well have waited..." Response? None. The waitress was completely silent, not even a "sorry" or an explanation. Just silence and an "I'm not interested" look. Disgraceful treatment, to say the least, obvious preferences, disrespect, and zero professionalism. I will never set foot in a place with such poor service again. Do yourself a favor: change bars.
I would like to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your bar. While I appreciate the attentive and welcoming atmosphere, I must report an incident that compromised my positive impression. I decided to order and sit at the table. After enjoying my snack and taking the time to study, about half an hour passed, and I decided to order another drink since I was taking the table. Shortly after finishing my drink, I heard the lady, presumably the owner, whisper behind me: "You can't even take the table for three hours." This rude comment made a negative impression on me; I will never return to this establishment. I would have preferred that, if the free table were needed, I had been politely asked to vacate it as soon as possible; I would have definitely gotten up! This seemed truly rude and unfair, especially towards a new customer. Despite the lady's rude attitude, I'd like to highlight the young waitress's courtesy, who was very kind. I hope your attention to this feedback will help improve your customers' experience. Response to the owner: I repeat, since we were new customers, we had no idea about the people. You could have easily notified us in advance or put up a chalkboard with the maximum occupancy notice, as almost all bars do (even Feltrinelli!). The lady's attitude was completely rude. You wrote in the first place that we could have asked for clarification, but you were the people who whispered behind our backs. I find that quite unfair. Regarding our time spent there, we took a photo as soon as we entered, around 4:00 PM, and the payment was processed at 5:34 PM.
