Their experience is evident and palpable. They even accommodate special requests when possible, and they do so without making you feel burdened. They display a high level of professionalism and compassion, two invaluable qualities in those who do their job, which isn't always easy.

Ottima esperienza. Pizzeria d’asporto, con pochi tavoli per magiare fuori. Per questo non vi aspettate la solita pizzeria. Personale disponibile. Pizze ottime. Impasto croccante, non è mai diventato molliccio, neppure verso la fine della pizza. Formato grande e ben farcito. Prezzo coretto. Ci tornerei? Si!!!!

The pizza is decent and good, the food is average, with very good prices. There is really a lot of choice on the menu, perfect for all tastes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they were very quick in preparing the pizzas. The bathroom is clean, which is definitely a plus. Overall, a satisfying experience.

The pizza is delicious and of great quality. The punctuality of takeout deliveries, however, is questionable: always at least 15-20 minutes late. I once ordered pizzas for 9 PM and they were delivered AN HOUR later.

Good pizza, but major issues with delivery punctuality (unfortunately, this isn't the first time, but this time it was dramatically late). Two pizzas were scheduled for 8:30 PM. At 9:10 PM, we decided to call to ask how long the pizzas would be, and were told "10 minutes." Well, the pizzas arrived at 9:45 PM. With an hour and a quarter late, I would expect at least a discount or a call informing me that the scheduled time cannot be met, giving the customer the option to cancel the order if necessary. It's a matter of respect and professionalism.

Onestamente mi ha deluso... ho chiesto una pizza base bianca essendo allergica al pomodoro... mi è stata consegnata una pizza al pomodoro senza nemmeno la mozzarella pensate che lo vista grossa! E la risposta è stata e abbiamo finito i formaggi... a casa mia per correttezza si chiama e si dice che ho finito l’ingrediente non che viene mandata la pizza con solo pomodoro crudo sopra spalmato così come se niente fosse... oltretutto io ne sono pure allergica! Mi stavo trovando bene finché non avete sbagliato e risposto con menefreghismo.

Their only strong point? They're literally the only ones in the area. The end. From here on, it's downhill. Rudeness, a three-quarter-hour wait, making me get up from my table to make room for another customer, making me eat from a pizza box because they don't even bother to speak to me or pay attention when I speak. I arrive at 12:10 and politely greet the pizza chef, who just looks at me without returning my words. The manager is no less so, not even speaking to me and waving a paper menu from the register. I thank her, but again, no response. Not long after, I manage to get her attention again and tell her my order, to which she again doesn't respond. I sit at a table as soon as it's free of two girls who were also waiting for takeout. I take it. I've been waiting at my table for twenty minutes when a man comes in, places his order, and the manager says, "You're eating at this table here," pointing to mine. She didn't ask if mine was a takeout order; she assumed it was and ignored the fact that I'd taken a table. I point out that I'm obviously here to eat at a table, too. To which she says, "Sorry, there's no room. He comes every Friday, you understand that..." She must have noticed my shocked expression because she adds, "I'll give you the pizza box and you can sit outside or at a table with another man." I'm a twenty-year-old girl. Are you forcing me to sit with the truck drivers? These words come from a woman, I point out. Also, there are other seats, but they're all taken up by the delivery driver's backpacks and bags. There's a back area because the owner comes and goes often, so why not free up those seats? Luckily, the next table becomes free after a while, and I can eat there, albeit from a pizza box (because the pizza chef has decided that's how it would be, even though my pizza wasn't even close to being ready when I told her I'd be eating at the table). As for the food: The pizza is small, poorly cut, salty, and lacking in toppings, as well as excessively expensive (€7 for a small pizza with basically a sausage). Last but not least: I drink from my little bottle with a colorful medicine inside, clearly visible to everyone, and they look at me askance. I leave the place and the pizza chef asks me, "Did you pay?" I had done so even before being "served." Never again.

I ordered Chebab pizza and they brought it empty...Not recommended. Go eat good pizza at the Egyptians...
