I went shopping, said hello, and everyone stared at me like they were bothered by my presence. The guy who sold glasses served me, and he was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Seriously, if they don't like working, why don't they find something else? The service was awful; I don't know why I didn't go to Grido, because the service there is nowhere near as good.
I arrived, greeted them TWICE, and they just stared at me without saying a word. I ordered a kilo of ice cream, paid one employee while the other served the different flavors. When I picked up the ice cream to leave, I said goodbye, and instead of returning the greeting, she asked her coworker if I had paid. $7500 per kilo, regular ice cream. The bad thing is that they don't give you a receipt, so the 21% discount would apply if they're not going to declare it.
Extremely expensive for the ice cream they give you, and the service is terrible.
