I came thru Drive Thru at 10am, ordered 3 sandwiches … I had trouble ordering the correct menu items and had to change it. Rich was very friendly and kindly corrected the order. Once home, I realized I had order sausage instead of ham on the croissant. my husband is recovering from esophageal cancer surgery and the ham, egg & cheese croissant is one of the few items he has been able to tolerate. I called BK and asked them to make the corrected sandwiches and advised it was my mistake … I may not make it back before breakfast is over. I got back with a minute to spare and they had the sandwiches already waiting for me. They did not charge me … I was shocked! This was my error and I expected to purchase the corrected sandwiches. I called again once I got home and thanked them again … this is an act of kindness that you just dont see much anymore. I always pay it forward and never expect anything in return. I was pleasantly surprised … being as this has been such a horrible year for my family and that little act of kindness will not be forgotten. Thanks to Rich & the team at Oakdale BK, you have restored some faith in humanity!

This is second review. 1st is below. Today 11/20/19 12:30p the drive through gentleman who waited on me was wonderful! Very polite, and order was excellent as I made a special request and he made sure my request was honored. Thankyou This is 1st review a month ago. The cashier in the drive through was a really nice gentleman. The Whoppers should be on the type of bun used for the grilled chicken because the buns used on Whoppers are ALWAYS dry and stale. Please do something about you dry buns. I've complained before but it never changes. So dry and stale bun falls apart.

Cashier neutral, later a friendly one came on and even came to the table to check on us. Food was warm and came fairly quick. Strange, a floor mat was thrown up on a booth and a stack of slippery cones in the middle of an aisle & and never moved in the almost 2 hrs we were there. Nice temp inside after coming in from the windy & cold.

I'll blame it on lack of good staff. Always friendly and I felt bad for anyone trying to just do there job. I went here a lot as I prefer burger King over mcdonalds I hope they reopen and can fix their stuff.

Shabby little BK. Ketchup was completely gone... How does that even happen?! And the Cherry Coke was gone too. The trash was completely full. Everything had a grubby appearance; tables needed to be wiped off etc. Food was ok.

Inside is dark, like im dining inside a cave. Food was good and the service was good, but that dark dining room needs addressing. Also, signage at night on the outside usually isnt lit or dim. How yall supposed to get sales if you appear closed?

Decent food, however when something I ordered wasn't ready (I was in the drive though) they had me pull around to the front. Not a big deal, except for the fact they had forgotten about me. I waited at least 15 minutes before I went though the drive though again to get it.

On Aug 14, I went thru drive-thru. It took approx. 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. I didn’t order anything else. They brought out the wrong order and had to go back for the correct order. The person at the window who also brought my order to me seemed angry. Maybe they’re being stretched too thin. (Covering the window and bringing out orders.). I’m the one who should have shown displeasure. 30 minutes for a sandwich is ridiculous.

We decided to dine in, I regret that. The TV was pointing towards the registers and on as loud as it could go. We and other guests asked to have it turned down, but no one could hear us. We went to go unplug the TV and then we were assisted in the volume. My chicken nuggets were deep fried twice and very hard.

Dear BK Corporate Office. You have a chronic problem. You have good food (when it finally shows up) served in horrible facilities with hideous service. Every single BK is the same, looks like it needs a bath, chronically slow service, uninterested employees, like you guys have a mold and they all come out of it. The one here in Oakdale did not dissuade me from the opinion. Employees looking at their cell phones at the register is always a nice touch.

Only good thing is the Chicken fries. Go to McDonald's if you can. Also pretty bad service, I know you shouldn't expect much from a bunch of teens, but these are the worst of the worst teens. Don't seem like they care about treating the customers good.

Kinda hard entrance to the store, Fast food is "Fast Food" too me so that being said, over all, an okay experience, their Shakes are expensive if you are asking me, It's worth going to a "Culver's" if your looking for a Way better shake for same price and you get more quantity as well! Hope I was helpful! :)

Went there at 8:15am on a Monday. No one was in line infront of me or behind. I ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 potatoes and a fench toast stick. None of my sandwiches were hot (barely warm) and both of my potatoes were half full. I litteraly never write reviews because I know what it feels like to be on the other end but this isnt the first time Ive had par food. My order was not complicated and there was no one else waiting so im not sure why my food was put together so carelessly. Previously I thought maybe its the staff but today it was a manager (telling by the shirt) so I was excited and then severely let down.

The staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. My only complaint is that the soda machine needs to be deep cleaned. There was so much syrup built up it sprayed soda all over the floor. I skipped getting my soda.

Very disappointed in the frequent mistakes with orders at the BK in Oaldale MN. BK contrary to popular belief is not have it your way. Every time I order burgers for my kids I ask for an item ior two to be taken off. Tonight they gave me an Impossible Whopper with only mayo. I went back to get the correct one and they charged me again. So instead of 2 for 6 they charged me 6. So annoying that I have to pay more for their mistakes.I also repeated myself multiple times.

Had to drive back from home. Burgers not made correctly, mozzarella sticks were brown and cold inside. They wanted me to do their job and add the extra toppings myself to the cold burgers. They made new ones. Wanted to give me a broken leaking mozzarella stick to replace the first ones. They made a third batch. Food was good after it was made right.

Don't get the Buffalo chicken wraps as I write this from the toilet. They aren't even that spicy and I love spicy foods but they destroy your insides. I might never be the same...save yourselves!!! Service was good though.

A very, very long wait in drive-thru lane! Then the cashier didn't know what was ordered when only two cars had been in the line and the first had already finally left. To top it off, the food was cold! Went inside to exchange for WARM food. No complaint with that, but store was not clean

Not sure what was up with the drive thru or cashier person today but it was an unpleasant experience. He refused to make modifications to my small order when he suggested some extras and couldn't even tell me what is the price for each of it. I even told him I was on a budget so hoping he would understand why I asked for price. He refused or was shady about it. I was shocked and told him I'm pretty sure people(customers) can make adjustments but okay. Very rude and impatient. However, I was able to speak to Management and that made the experience a bit better and he apologized for it and will speak to whomever that was. I probably won't be back unfortunately. Please do better.

The manager has a lot of hair that isn't up or in a hair net. The fries were extremely salty and the chicken fries were pretty stale. The only good thing was my drink. I will not be returning to this location

I swear, are they chopped? Or distracted? Because the hispanic guy that was taking pay had a white iPhone headpiece in one ear and the drive thru headseat on the other! When i finally got my my food after driving away, i noticed that my fries were MIA as well.... Lastly, i swear this original chicken sandwich should be toasted on the inside and not on the outside( seasame seed side!)...

Pay for the food didn't know what was the wait hold up. ended up way in about 5 to 10 minutes and drive through and with able to watch two employees in front of the drive-thru window the cashier gave apology for the wait but it really doesn't mean anything when they're on their phones instead of working

After we ate, unfortunately, we used the restroom. An employee walked out of the restroom right before we walked in. We then discovered the soap and hand sanitizer dispensers didn’t work. So what did the employee use to wash her hands? What had other employees been using to wash their hands? I told that same employee that the dispensers were empty and she checked and said they just weren’t working. Why didn’t she know that after having just used the restroom. Yuck!

I stop here two times a week and try to get an oreo shake because you guys make the best ones. However everytime I try to buy one they say the shake machine is down even if it's three or four hours before close. Tonight was the last straw, I asked for a shake and of course it was down but 5 minutes later I watched an employee make herself a shake in front of us. Customer service is always terrible as well! I've asked for no whipped cream on my shakes and the guy handed it to me overflowing with a huge fake smile on his face while he was giggling. I didn't do anything to deserve that. 0 stars not coming back. Going to hardees instead.

Horrible. Lacking any customer service. Inside was closed. Was over 5 mins until someone asked for our order. Then, had to correct what we wanted only to get home and of course it was wrong. Attitude, lack customer service, order was correct on the board, but not when we got it. Nope, not going back here.

Crispy chicken wasn't crispy. Double cheeseburger had lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. I believe that's not what a double is suppose to have on it. Finally, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger with nothing on it, and it came with everything on it. Also, most of the tables needed to be cleaned.

Was there dec 4th in the evening. The sign advertised 10 nuggets for 1.49, the man said only 4 or 8 pc i asked why, he screamed only 4 or 8. (They had a sign stating they're not participating in the whopper sale either) i get to the window somehow the price was 2.5x higher than it should have been. He refused to let us add anything, said we'd have to go back through the drive thru, then i asked about why the nugget sign is different then what he says, he starts screaming again, saying i told you several times its 4 or 8, i said but your sign, he says sign is not updated, i said ok you couldve just said that calmly or put a sign for that, he says i won't serve you, leave now, go to a different burger king, call corporate, i don't care!!

Eat at this Burger King in Oakdale Minnesota went into the restaurant to sit down and bugs were flying all over the facility it appeared that it had been remodeled recently once we received our food we couldn't get the bugs to stay away from us from flying in the area we were eating... When we left I had the diarrhea for 2 days from the food I ate at this location and I have not had that for years. My advice stay away if you want good health.

Honestly would leave no stars but i need to say this. Me and my whole family got food poisoning including my 10mo old son he simply ate fries and was throwing up all night got do bad we had to take him to the hospital because he wouldn't stop throwing up. If you ever check your receipt versus the price on the menu board in the drive thru,,,, the prices are higher on the reciept. So they are charging you more than the price listed. Pretty sure that's a sideways way of theft of the cunsumer. This burger King rarely can get my order correct and then when I go to do the survey on the back it says they are don't collecting data for now. Will burger king ever get it right? Heck no. But you sure would hope someone fixes this price issue and also their inability to serve actual fresh fries. Big thumbs down and I hope to never be stuck at this one again.

Waited in the drive thru for an hour, saw the cars infront of me waiting for long periods, but then speeding off without food, thought that seemed odd, then when i got up there, man says "Leave, I won't serve you, I don't fkn care!" So I also left without food, after an hour wait.

LOBBY CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS? I don’t understand why everytime I want to go eat in they’re always closed during the day. They put up a sign saying their lobby is closed due to short staff but I see the manager himself smoking outside. I just don’t get it. Are the employees just being lazy or what? Fire everybody. Every other Burger King I’ve been to has been able to make me lunch food in the morning, Last time I was at this location less than a week ago I was also able to get lunch in the morning. Well today I go there and am told they will not make me lunch durning the morning hours.

This place has gone downhill in the past couple years the food you speak good and decent now it’s not every time I go here to get food which won’t be anymore tonight was the final straw they messed my order up I ordered a whopper melt and a cheeseburger kids meal for my son 4 1/2-year-old and my son says daddy where is my cheeseburger I called to talk somebody no one answers this is the last and final straw there’s only three things that come in a kids meal the toy fries and the cheeseburger

This place is rude and nasty. Their burgers were still raw. We bought a couple of whoppers there and brought home to eat and the meat was raw when we opened it to eat it. We gave them a call and they said they couldn’t do anything about it until we bring it in and show them the proof of it, but we told them that we are too far away to drive back and they said they can’t do anything about and never did evn said sorry.

Recently this location had been suffering from poor management of their facility. The air conditioning had been dripping from the ceiling into the lobby for three weeks and the only solution is buckets. They also have consistently been out of anything but coke and diet soda in their freestyle machine in the lobby. I have also had two days in the past few weeks where I was told cash only at the drive through. I'm not sure what's going on but the management needs to intervene.

Left my credit card by accident when ordering through the drive-thru. Realized the error about 2 hours later and then returned to retrieve the card. Turns out they did have the card and today I see they used it to charge food deliveries (Chipotle & Papa John's) along with their T-mobile bill!!! UGGG!! Tried calling to speak with the manager to make them aware of their immoral employees and also filing a police report. I was happy they had my card, but very unhappy that someone working thought it was a good idea to steal money from me!!!!

Not only did I have to wait near 20 min at the intercom to place my order, but also after finally putting in my order, and picking up the food I find that my order was still wrong, like it has been so many times before. I understand that a cheeseburger without meat is a strange request, but all you have to do is NOT put meat on it! However when my son opened up his burger there it was a big meat patty. I don't know know if the people who work in this kitchen don't know how to make the food, or just don't care about there customers. Smh

This place should be shut down by now. My first and last time coming here because drive-thru had me waiting forever and I was stuck in between cars, when I thought it was gon be on a whim. Secondly, they missed a few burgers in our order $11-13 meals. The customer service was slow and had the worst time management. I was going to go back for my missed meals but the inside dining room was closed! ALTHOUGH the hours are posted so they were supposed to be open! Waste of our effin time and the worse experience ever.

This is an update to a 4star review. The Coke freestyle machine STILL is always empty but we now get the added benefit of rude and condescending employees. Incompetent as well as they couldn't get an order correct if you shadowed then at every step. My advice? Eat ANYWHERE else until they get a whole new crew (including a manager) that actually cares. March 2022 update, I'm giving them slack because they were short staffed and had the lobby closed. But still... Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, cold mozzarella sticks, hey, at least the burgers were lukewarm. Hit the gas station across the street for a roller dog, you will be happier.

The woman who was running the place was rude to customers and belittled her employees in front customers. I felt bad for the gentleman who took our order. He did a great job. Before we left I left him know how wonderful he did. I truly believe that lady shouldn't be working there.... that's how bad it was.

Rarely have a good experience with this place. They will serve you hours old cold nuggets,fries, you name it. Nothing is ever up and running, ice cream machine ALWAYS broken. Pop machine is rarely refilled so all choices are watered down and disgusting. Nothing against the staff though they are polite, but it definitly could be cleaner.

These guys are always messing up orders. Not sure why I go there besides its the closest to my house. I thought I got smart and checked the order. Ordered a kids meal for my daughter. They entered the wrong order got wrong stuff. Talked to them and the corrected. They forgot straws too. Get home unpack everything and they didnt put in my other daughters burger in the bag however remembered her fries and drink. Last time I go here I think.

I ordered 2 whopper with cheese meals. One large and one small size. Also a chocolate pie. Never received a receipt. Never received my chocolate pie, my burger had no cheese and was burnt. My fries were hard, and cold. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I called 5 times and my friend called twice, no one answered, tried to leave voicmail and it hung up. My friend and i drove to there, called and as we called watched employees tell others with hand movements to not answer the phone. Went to the drive thru and kid that took my order recognized me and walked away. No name tags, not even uniforms. I asked fot mgr number and i got chicken scratch barely legible nsme and number that doesn't even work. It was my 1st time coming and I will never go back.

Absolutely terrible location, potholes everywhere. They did not give me a refund even though they refused to give me the burgers that I paid for. Instead they gave me a 5 dollar voucher, which was less than what I paid for the burgers, and refused to do anything else.

I have to come here on many occasions over the years (we live nearby)the service is always terrible. If they are not rude to customers they are rude to each other especially the assistant managers or managers. The place is dirty and the roof was leaking, I believe it was remodeled not that long ago. The parking lot was horrible after the last snowfall. Clean it up and get more quality "happy" people to work here!

Gave this place another try after it being shut down due to Covid. Ordered an regular adult meal along with a kids meal. Pay for everything only to find my burger was cold not just chilled but ice cold. The frys where cold also. My child didn’t even get the burger we ordered. He got just fries and milk. i would leave this place with 0 stars if i could, we bought the triple stacker burger, the first time we ordered we had said no mayo because i have a mayo allergy, so we drove off to find out there was mayo on it, so we drove back and ordered again, asked for just ketchup for the sauce, and it took a hell of a long time to even get the burger, once we had got it and brought it home, it was soaked in some kid of liquid, had clearly white foamy spit on and in it, and was missing all the topping accept the patties, not to mention the patties were also very soggy and had clear marks from someone digging their fingers into it the bread had the same as well. disgusting, i will not be coming back.

If I could give you guys 0 stars I'll do it. Horrible service, they charged me for the food I ask for but didn't give it to me. I asked for 2 texas whopper meals and they charged me both but just give me one. I told them and they want to charge me again for the one that they were missing in my order. I told them they charge me already and show them the receipt and they refused to give the my food. I hate this burger king, never going again. The service sucks😑🤮😡👎👎👎👎👎 and by the way, the employees are mean and rude. Hate it.

This place is by far the worst burger king I've ever been to unfortunately its closest to my home and I go there when I'm needing a quick bite. There is a heavy set guy there who has spit in his mouth all the time and looks like he doesnt brush his teeth. They dont wear mask my burger always is old and fries are cold and old and I always have onion rings in my fries which I didnt order. My food is always sloppy and they always hand me my drink with liquid running down the cup everything is sloppy and carelessly made. I'm sure the kitchen has to look horrendous.

Arrived at 10.34 am at the drive thru. They couldn't hear a word I was saying, had to repeat myself 5 times to get a kids chicken nugget meal and a Coke for myself. I was told they were out of Coke but had cherry Coke. Who the heck runs out of Coke?? We paid at the window and were asked to pull around and they woukd bring it out to us. 17 minutes later we were brought our food. The guy apologized and we left. They either need more staff or better prepare because there were 3 people parked waiting for their food to be brought out.

Worst bk o have ever been to they need to close this location not only is the food horrible the customer services last time we went through we got cold chicken nuggets it has been months since then that I now try to come back there was one car ahead of me and I waited five minutes to finally get greeted the greeting was high and then mumbles so I started with my order to get yelled at I said one minute! 0 stars, very rude and slow service. Sometimes the place is closed during normal business hours. They may be having trouble hiring people so that might explain some of it. On 1/27 at about 8pm I ordered food and the following morning had the most severe case of food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I've never been so sick in my life, I literally though I was going to die. I thought the food looked undercooked and pink and tasted slightly off. Be careful ating here or just don't go here at all. Also to top it off the icee machine has been broken for the last 15 years...

Food quality is not great, other locations are better, cold fries and a messy burger. They have a sign informing you that they don't have coke freestyle any more and they'll take care of drinks at the window. However when you get there they just hand you a soda, I got a coke which was very syrupy with very little carbonation. I also watched the workers scoop ice with the cup which is very unsanitary and a potential health code violation. Beware the parking lot has many sizable potholes which can damage your car.

No one was in the parking lot or in the line for drive thru. However there was an employee enjoying a cigarette while I waited 10 minutes to get told you no longer had the south west burger which is still on your menu. I also noticed ALL of the prices on the menu are incorrect or not even listed? Is there a manager that works at this location? Iv been a manager in the food industry for over 10 years and this is so unacceptable. I’m assuming this is a franchise location.

This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I ordered went through the drive thru and received my order once I returned back to work to eat I was unable to do so due to the he face that the whole order was disgusting the chicken sandwich I ordered was most likely to have been over Cooked and left out for who knows how long I couldn't even bit in the sandwich it was so hard the Mozzarella Sticks were cold the nuggets was like warm the only thing that was hot was the fries. I am SO DONE with this place what customer do you know likes brick hard sandwiches and cold sides and spend there hard earned money for this kind of service this food wasn't fit for a Dog sadly

The chicken fries have been sitting out for well over the hold time. I had one bite and just threw out the rest. This place has really gone down as of late with bad quality chicken, soggy fries, and workers who are silent throughout the whole process. Just a "hey, your total is 7.89, have a nice day". Feels like a burden to ask anything to them because they seemed annoyed at everything. Just avoid this place

The drive through cashier was nice. The food however was HORRIBLE! The crispy chicken sandwich was so old it gray on the inside, flat, and burnt. My friend also got the chicken sandwich and his was the same way. We just got done traveling and we’re starving. I couldn’t even eat mine. He ate his and will probably be sick tonight. THROW AWAY YOUR OLD FOOD, your going to get people sick!!

Drive thru worker today 1/13 at 11am does not know how to count money. Was supposed to get a dollar back and when told he got angry. Stuff all my order all messy in the bag and when asked for a drink carrier for 4 drinks he got even more mad. Never gave me my dollar change. This location needs some serious training..

Haven't had many issues here until yesterday. My junior whopper with cheese was very obviously microwave reheated. They were also out of soda apparently. So I asked for a water thinking a glass of water and was told same total as if it were a complete meal. Get to the window and I get a bottled water. Whatever. Is what it is. But the fact that the burger was most definitely reheated as the cheese was coagulated and seeping out of the burger and the veges were hotter than hell tells me everything. This location needs serious help.

Do NOT go here! Employees do not wash their hands and will spit in your food. Order is never correct. Incredibly rude people, including the manager. Clearly no pride, horrible work ethic. This location ought to be shut down, it is absolutely disgusting. Unacceptable!

ordered a Big Fish Sandwich, it was disgusting! the top of the bun was burnt, no tarter sauce instead there was mayo which was white and curdled yellow, the lettuce was wilted, so it had to be removed. so for $6 the eatable meal was a bottom bun and small piece of fish. the fish was no bigger than a McDonalds Filet-o-fish, so big fish it is NOT!

I don't know what the hell is wrong with fast food these days but twice in one night I visited separate chains and had customer service issues at both. This one they charged me for sauces even though they weren't supposed to. Granted I asked about it and they gave me the 50 cents back but still, that's something a worker should know and not blindly charge for all sauces. Maybe this store is a franchise location and that explains different pricing or it was a new employee but I've driven through a few other Burger Kings and this one did not charge what the drive thru menu said for prices. EDIT 02-26-2022: Verified that I was charged the incorrect amount for half my order last time. Asked at the window why that was and the only thing offered was an apology. At least there was that. Recommended that they check their menu board to make sure things are accurate so they are not overcharging customers. Oh and my order was wrong. Asked for extra pickle and no ketchup, mustard. Apparently that's really hard to understand because none of that happened. If a manager is reading this (doubtful) I sure hope they make some changes. I know I will be contacting corporate to make sure things are addressed & I get my money back for both my orders!!!!

Don't waste your time ordering at this location. Went here the first time and had a bad experience. I didn't review it because I figured they may have been struggling due to the pandemic. It's been 2 years and my family decided to give them another try. You don't pay at the first window cause it's shut down. It's being used as a storage room and there are a bunch of boxes stacked next to the window. We had to loop around and wait at the front. They were busy and when the food finally came out, there were no fries for all 3 meals. I went in and nicely asked for our fries. The girl was nice about it but she kept giving this half laugh, telling her crew that they forgot the fries. The guy working the window starts mumbling about fries all the way up to the counter and staring creepily. We came home and found they charged us for a regular size Whopper but gave a Jr Whopper. Goodness we'll never go back and I agree, this place needs to be shut down or put under new management.

Came through the drive thru and ordered 3 spicy chicken wraps and the cashier charged us for 3 chicken sandwiches so went inside to correct it and the cook swore at me and my boyfriend. The food was pretty good though.

Had 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and it took 10 minutes just to get to the window. The worker then asks what I ordered because they forgot what I ordered so I then had to tell them what I ordered. I waited for 5 minutes in the drive through just for them to tell me to pull up in front so they can give me my order. Waited another 5 minutes for them to bring my order out. What kind of workers are this? I usually don’t even post reviews but the service was so horrendous that I had to do something.

I was genuinely scared for my life. I am a 20 year old woman and had placed an online order and went to go pick it up in the drive through (around 9:45pm). When I got to the window, the cashier was a little quiet and I couldn’t hear him. He had said that they were making the food fresh, and what I thought he had said was something about the lobby. I wasn’t totally sure because he was quiet and had an accent but I thought I was supposed to come in for the food. The main doors were locked but the other door wasn’t so I went in that one. I thought it was a little weird but whatever. When I walk in, all the workers in the store turn and look at me as if I’m covered in blood or something. I walk up and apologize but I was just looking for my food. Another man comes around and says that “you shouldn’t be here” “that door is broken and no matter what I’m leaving at 10.” I apologize again and explain that I thought the guy said to come in but apparently not. Then one guy stands at the door I came in and the other one stands about a foot from me. This is a Burger King???? I just try to grab the food and go but the lady at the counter yells “drink!!!!” So I just go to grab it. Everyone here acted so hostile and honestly just really freaked me out. I’m aware that I shouldn’t have been there but I didn’t know. I thought I walked in on something I really shouldn’t have or that something was gonna happen to me.

The employees are pleasant, the food always seems to be cold they'll have you pull around to the front for fries but your burgers will seem like they came out of the refrigerator 😔

Food disgusting! Taste old!Place gross. One of employees has long nails. He serving food at window. With no gloves on. Then . While waiting he went outside to smoke a cigarette. In front of burger King. So gross. There going down hill. Food was bad. I had them make it over for me. Terrible!!

The evening manager is very rude. She yells and talks bad about the customer to her co-workers. She talks loud enough for the customer to hear her. At least wait for them to leave before you start bad mouthing them. Don't do it while the drive-thru window is still cracked open. I get working in fast food is tough, but If I'm not being rude to you, then there's no reason for you to be rude to me. When I go to this location most of the workers there are good. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or maybe she was dealing with a lot under pressure, but don't take it out on me.

The manager walked away while I still had questions leaving the young employee to make up excuses. For years we've been able to upgrade from a regular whopper to an impossible one with the coupons. If the policy changed say that. If you don't want to deal with it, say that. Don't put a teenager in front of you to have them say that it causes a stocking issue. That doesn't even make sense with this situation. I would never want to work under a manager who ignores customer questions to make a kid respond in her place

If I could leave a negative review, I absolutely would. An employee at the drive-thru window shorted my grandfather $5 and flat-out refused to correct it. That alone is unacceptable, but my own recent visit was somehow even worse. The parking lot was covered in garbage like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The windows of the restaurant were filthy and smeared. The entire place looked neglected and poorly managed. My order was completely wrong. Food was cooked incorrectly, and items were missing altogether. When I brought it to the male manager on duty, he was dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of taking responsibility, he implied it was somehow my fault for not double-checking the bag or inspecting the food before leaving — as if customers are supposed to manage the kitchen themselves. The rest of the staff were rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the music was blasting so loudly it made the environment chaotic and uncomfortable. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Completely unacceptable from start to finish.

I went in Friday December 4th about 10:30 to the Oakdale MN location. The website states the drive thru does not close until 2. I ordered a rodeo burger meal. When my husband pulled up to the window the fry warmer light was off, the fries were hard and cold. My burger felt as if it had been sitting out, the burger was cold in the middle.. Never again,this place has really gone down hill.

Ordered online and went through drive thru as only customer. Ordered limited Franken Sundae with vampire nuggets. Upon pickup, was notified the purple syrup wasn't available, but cashier says can still provide oreo version. Once received, didn't have any popping candy nor oreos and was only vanilla with chocolate syrup. Then was also told no spoons and was handed a fork. 3 strikes in one order. Wth?
