The staff here are very friendly and are always helpful. This McDonald’s is definitely one of my favorites.

No one to help you at all. Finally,after standing there for some time,a young lady took our order. All it was was a happy meal 30 minutes for 1 happy meal. I don't eat fast food but my granddaughter does enjoy her nuggets and apples.

Other than technology issues, this McDonald's has speedy and diligent workers. I used to work in fast food years ago and it's hard work. Also, the lady who cleans their restrooms does a really, good job. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff!

Visiting this McDonald's was an overall great experience. Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. Inside, the self-service kiosks made ordering quick and convenient. Had a Sausage Egg McMuffin and it was delicious, just as you'd expect. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend it for a quick and satisfying meal.

The kids wanted to have MacD while on a road trip. We tried this place and loved it. Actually they messed up the orders and included a big Mac which we didn't order or eat. But after we got the order to the table and checked we asked to change it. Even if it's opened they changed it to a chicken nuggets fries combo like the original order. Much appreciated 👍

Sometimes they have fast service and most times they are slow. I waited 25 minutes and then I finally walked up to ask for my food and it was just sitting at the end of the assembly line, already packed up. My food ended up being cold. Their soda is also extremely warm coming out of the soda machine and on soda machine never has ice in it, they were today about it many times. Also instead of cleaning out the trashcan, a worker just kept adding to it... just change it if it's overflowing?

Don't like the self ordering machine, really. It is awful. If you are going to use technology then do it right. Keep it simple. Find another Macdonald's. There are 2 types of customers, the ones who like human interaction and then the one who order, pick up and leave. No interaction. Got charged twice through a glitch in the app. Went in and asked the manager for help. I then watched him delete the duplicate order from the screen, then come tell me that he only had one mobile order come through and that I should call the 800# or wait until monday to come talk to a different manager. 🙄🙄

No one at the register to take your order. They make you order at the kiosk then come to the register to pay which cash. Which sounds like a massive waste of time. Hire someone to work the registers!

Today my spouse and I had breakfast here for the first time, and for the first time we both got food poisoning at McDonald’s. Before that, we hadn’t eaten or drunk anything else. We might have gotten sick from the hash browns, since they tasted strange. There’s clearly something wrong with this place. I do not recommend this establishment.

Does anyone else get so annoyed when the drive-through people say anything else / is that it? When we are ready to order and we do order. We would just keep saying our order and we would say that is it. You guys need to have more respect instead of always rushing people. And they’re always on their cell phones. Have some more manners for your customers

I went to this McDonald's to get the lil McDonald's happy meal toy so I went in the drive thru, ordered a happy meal and to my surprise they gave me a toddler toy. And so while still in the drive thru I asked them if I could have the lil McDonald's toy but they said they were giving the toys that they still had left. And at the moment I was not mad, until later that day, I went to the same McDonald's and saw them serving THE LIL MCDONALD'S TOY!!!!!!! I was really angry because that meant they still had the toy I kindly asked for. So this leaves me very confused why they couldn't just swap out the toy.

I have a large family of 10 went inside and ordered takeout 14 cheeseburgers, 9 fries, 1 4 piece chicken nuggets. Get home open up the 2 bags start dishing food out to the kids. End up only getting 11 cheeseburgers, and 8 fries, and the chicken nuggets. This is not the first time hence the reason I did not go through drive thru. Guess we confirmed go somewhere else.
