Went in this morning for a drink and breakfast, first time trying their breakfast so of course I had questions. Olga was MORE than helpful! She answered my questions, what she didn’t know she looked up and made a great suggestion!! She’s just the kind of friendly spirit people need to encounter first thing in the morning. If I could rate her higher I definitely would!! 10 stars for Miss Olga EASY

Your standard Jamba experience. Staff is nice and friendly. Everything's clean. Some seating available. No toilet but there is a Peets next door. Convenient location if you're at the redwood center to do shopping or pick up your medication or other activities here.

Never enough staff scheduled. This place is busy. I write this negative review as I sit and wait for my order. I cannot comment on the taste because I am frustrated with the service. Someone parked next to me after I parked, went to Peet’s and has gone with his order from Pete’s. Why? I will not give up my money here anymore. Then I see a customer service number and it’s closed. It’s 4:11 pm the hours say 9-6! SMH Maybe it’s CST but that is not indicated in the outgoing message. I’m more than done.
Terrible, never go here
I placed a online order for delivery in, which was never delivered. I’ve been called the store multiple times to get no answer. Do not order from this jamba ever in life.
Hands down one of the slowest Jamba juices I’ve ever been to. I watched the woman at the register touch her nose and hair and register and still serve food. Wild.

Every time I get an açaí bowl it’s just trash. Every other Jamba Juice can make it right except this one.
