Young lady by the name of Jenny was very polite and took my orders very professionally. If this woman isn't assistant manager..at least she deserves a raise and appreciation. I will bring my crew from work there real soon for a nice lunch break. Keep up the pleasant atmosphere!

The brunette lady at front, tall very helpful and courteous. The pizza maker and cashier were working together and trying their best to bring out orders. Too bad they didn’t have the thin crust though. Pizza around here is competitive. Yet always enjoyed a pizza once in awhile. I enjoy round table doesn’t give me heartburn ❤️‍🔥. When I can I get a round table. I know it’s a franchise but somebody owns it and this place has been around since I’ve been here. To me that’s awhile.

Friendly service. Pizza wasn’t was warm as I would have wanted but still tasted good. Also the salad bar isn’t much of a salad bar. I would add more cheese and croutons. The location is cute and I like sitting by the window.

Not as good as they used to be, think their crust recipe has changed, but still more than passable for a chain pizza joint

Recently ordered from this location and do order every couple months. Some Workers believe that they are better than you and honestly look mad at you for ordering there. It's not very pleasant. There is a very nice black woman at the register that was sweet, and just last night there was an extremely rude white woman with red hair that acted like I was weird for being there. Just strange. Also I noticed she was not wearing the correct non-slip shoes, just saying. Anyways, the food is great! I got the Chicken and Garlic Gourmet and it was very tasty, with a good portion. I really like the current deal of a large specialty pizza with a medium for $5.

Remember when pizza was a working man's meal? Not anymore. Too expensive.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and normally I would rate this at least a four to a five. Normally the service is pretty good and the quality of their product is always really good. However last night my grandfather and I went and ordered an all meat pizza and once we got the pizza home and opened the box we realize that there was no red sauce on our pizza, a total mistake on their part. The next morning when we called to tell them what happened we were told that the best they could do is give us a third off our next pizza. Even though we have the picture of the pizza along with our receipt to show them that's not what we ordered. I personally feel as though we should be given our full order as we originally ordered it at minimum. Seeing how even if we brought the pizza back they would have just trashed it. I can understand not wanting to give a full refund. But you should at least make it right and in my eyes and the best way to do that is to give us what we actually paid for.

Specifically asked before I left if my dipping sauces were in my dipping sticks before I left. Got home and there were no sauces. I also ordered stuff crust and the pizza was normal crust.

WTH is going on round table costs 50% more than a premium deep dish pizza place? I used to love this place and had them on speed dial but my last order was more than $120 for only two xl pizzas and they also got my order wrong sending one of them the wrong size. I feel bad bc I split with friends and we ended up paying almost $20 each which is a lot for pizza! I checked prices afterward and kicked myself for not going elsewhere - I am not naming the other places so you don’t think this is a paid review, just double check online you can get higher quality pizza for less at a lot of other places!

I have always been a long time customer of Round Tabke Pizza in general but I live closer to this location: Grand Ave. They are definitely under new management and he sucks. Last Friday I ordered a 2 topping Pizza. The crust was over cooked, the cheese was only in the middle when I specifically requested it to be placed to the edges. No compensation for the error. Ordered again this Friday. Drove to pick up except this time I looked at it before leaving. Again they messed up the pizza. Ordered a small pepperoni with pineapple. Got a small pepperoni, no pineapple on it and they changed the pepperoni to the smaller size. Again all he had yo say was that the confused my order with a previous one. What the heck?????? Won't be going back to this location. And while I'm putting them on blast for messing g up Teo orders. Employees should have on hair nets, and use food gloves when making thd pizzas.

I Have gotten Food poisoning from this Location and I mentioned it to a good friend Guy of mine so he would be warned. But, He purchased a King Arthur Supreme and got food poisoning also. Since I can't rate the food no stars, I'll give it a Negative Star no stars at all. - Owner of Round Table I see you responded to this post but, I would like Satisfaction some sort of compensation.

I called Round Table and spoke with a woman who said the only way we could add a 20% tip was if you authorized it and signed a charge receipt. So, J asked her who did sign a 20% authorization? Because I didn't. She then hung up on me!!!
