Horrible experience. The drive thru was busy at 9 p.m. so I went inside to eat. I stood waiting for over 5 min with no offered assistance. The drive thru clerk knew I was there but never called anime any one to assist me with my order. I finally walked out. I'll go to the Antioch one from now on. It's further away but they usually get my order right and I never been ignored there ever. And the Oakley one at times is so slow doing the orders that several customers have went up Anna complained and asked wht is it taking so long.

Visiting from out of town, was driving around the Oakley area and decided to grab some food at this Burger King. Usually my BK experiences are not all that good but here at this location, service was great, food was hot and the drink, refreshing! Definitely will stop by when I visit again!

This is one of the best Burger Kings I've been to in a while (I don't dine fast food too often). The place was super clean and organized, including the restroom. The service was friendly and professional. I will stop in more often!!!

The bun on my Whopper was a bit dry. Not stale. Just not "fresh" either. Other than that, the food was exactly as one would expect. It would be great if Burger King would get a larger size shake. $4.69 for what would be a small shake anywhere and everywhere else is ridiculous. Especially if there's only chocolate or vanilla.

The prices went up! A little more than their competitors. However this is the Whopper I used to love. It seems like they made an investment in quality. Also this location seems to have gotten its act back together with service. Glad I gave them another chance

Expected quality and taste from Burger King. Employees friendly. Problem.. if you walk inside, smell from bathroom in in dining area. Absolutely horrible! Dining area/order area is filthy. Definitely not cleaning customer areas well. How well do they clean food prep area?

Alright so, This burger has been pretty infamous for having long lines and slow service, however it gets worse. They are slow on updating their menu on the drive thru signs, and they are notorious for running out of various items.(typically chicken products) According to some staff however, it's the Regional Manager named "Ann" that denys them requests for additional resources in a situation where they run out of particular items. Tldr; just come earlier before they run out of anything.

Great if you use coupons that come every couple of weeks. I think their Whopper is bigger than CJ famous star and charbroiling tastes better here. Onion rings are formed and doesn't taste like real onion rings. Chicken nuggets are great for Price but isn't crispy on outside.

Their fountain sodas are good. The drive through line can get long and block the path through the parking lot. I don't eat Burger King food anymore, so I can't review that aspect.

Update: the service is anything but what I last commented. All of the employees I've recently interacted with are not able to communicate thoroughly like someone who is the main one talking to customers ( i.e. taking my order inside, and drive thru). The food is yet again disappointing, I've received cold fries, cold chicken fries and the soda tastes funny. The only thing I can say is still decent is the vanilla soft serve in a cone. Unfortunately won't be eating here again anytime soon. The oakley Burger King has significantly improved within the past 6 months. Each time I've visited it's been very clean, the staff are professional and have great people skills. The food has always seemed fresh and hot (just right temperature). I'm not sure if they cleaned house and or got new management, whatever it was I'm glad and a returning customer again.

My family wanted to have Burger King for dinner and to try the Impossible Burger. We didn’t want to go inside because we thought drive-thru would be faster but that was not the case. There was only 3 cars ahead of us but it took more than 15 minutes to place an order. We had a pretty big order but that even took longer than usual. I thought drive-thru’s purpose was for convenience and faster service. But maybe I’m wrong. The Impossible Burger was good! We also ordered hot/spicy crispy chicken sandwich and a regular Christy chicken sandwich they were also good. As previously said, we had a big order but we didn’t expect to wait for the food for that long. When I got to the window, the manger was there; I asked for BBQ sauce and she had an attitude about it. So, this Burger King had its 3 strikes: 1. The manager had an attitude 2. We were missing a sandwich and 3. We waited too long for the food! So no pictures posted cause I was too upset.

The food was par for the coarse... On the other hand DO NOT bring your phone with the app because it has no value. If you download the app and think you can get a deal and have it delivered or pick up, it ain't going to happen. I tried to order the family bundle online and it didn't work, so I drove to the restaurant. I spoke with the manager who said they would not honor the price quoted on the app . That was irritating enough but they weren't done, worse is the letter posted in the lobby, stating they are cleaning and spraying, and feel free to order online app. Are you kidding?!?! If they don't honor their app are you sure they are cleaning?

First off there a couple things on menu that have been discontinued. So that was annoying. And lastly ordered nuggets and was asked what sauce would I like. I said what sauce do you have. The worker responds with EVERYTHING.!?Burger King's food and wait time is not good enough to put up with employees who respond like this. Terrible interaction.

I went to the drive-thru and got the wrong order. I took my food back inside to correct the issue and it was corrected. I don't remember the food being very good at all at this location. Overall I regret driving through this Burger King.

Always under staffed... The same persons is often working the counter inside as well as the drive thru resulting in exceptionally unnecessary long waits for food. This consistently happens even when there are not many costumers. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else if I need a meal in a pinch.

Drive Thru service here is so slow. Be prepared to wait a good 15 minutes even when you're the only car. There's only one time when the service speed felt like a normal drive thru.

Ordered online. Everywhere says they are open until 12am at the drive thru. On the window, google, their app. But got there and wouldn't serve me. Although I got a refund by the next day. Went there again, burger had gobs of ketchup and mayo. Way too much and fries had no salt. No fork for Hershey pie. Very disappointing considering its super close to where I just moved in.

I came into this Burger King hoping for a BK Veggie. The cashier rang up my order, but was then was yelled at from the back that there were no more veggie patties. He was very nice about the whole thing, and while I don't blame him for the mistake, it would have been nice if he could have checked. What bothered me was, neither he, nor another cashier knew how to refund my money, which I had paid for with my debit card. So he had to wait for the shift manager, who not only made me wait, but when she finally made her appearance, came to the register, took off her headset, slammed in onto the counter and said " I can't listen to this anymore, this guy is irritating me!" indicating to me that she was leaving a customer on the other end to talk to themselves and not be served. Not only was she rude, but she was filthy. Her white managers shirt was in need of a good wash, as was her hair. At this point I was no longer interested in eating there, so I received my refund and left. I'm so glad I did because I then witnessed two other employees smoking at their cars in the parking lot. Who wants to eat from a place that has dirty and rude employees? Not me. I won't be giving my business to this Burger King again.

Just went there today and got myself the bacon king meal and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning now cuz ever since I ate it my stomach has been brewing like crazy and have had the shits a couple times just straight wattery diarrhea. Food was good tho but definitely never eating at this burger king again.

Every time I go to this Burger King, the line is outrageous, I have to get someone’s attention at the speaker to order when the cars in front of me have moved ahead, and this last time I was waiting for 30 mins in line, 10 of which were sitting at the window, only to be told the machine for the milkshakes (which is all I ordered) wasn’t working. There was only 3 people working, one of them wasn’t doing anything but checking her phone, and the other person taking the orders had a horrible attitude. Never going again.

Woman that was seemingly in a managerial position was rude and impatient with us. We had to wait so long at the intercom that we almost left, assuming it was closed. Once she finally began to speak with us, she was rushed and annoyed right off of the bat. We pulled up to the window and had to wait for her to finish yelling at another employee before she confronted us. Once she acknowledged us she rudely said that we did not order correctly and that she couldn’t take our coupon. (4:45 pm on Friday 7-8-22)

This was a horrible experience. The line moved very slow. Arrived at the window to pay, and was asked what my order was. Drive thru person threw the coworkers under the bus. Saying they made a mistake. There wasn't a sincere apology for having to wait. Paid for my food, still had to wait. Finally got my food, burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. Ugh, never again! Would have gone back but I wanted to get on the road, I'm from out of town, didn't want to wait anymore, and I was super hungry due to not eating all day... hmph

Ignored us when we walked in. Waited 3 minutes before approaching the counter and was told they weren't serving inside customers. I understand staffing shortages,but they could have let us know earlier. Went in the next day to talk to a manager but she had a "I don't really care" attitude. It's "The Habit" and"In and Out" from now on.

I went once and they were out of buns ALL OF THEM, they were out of onion rings, they were out of crispy chicken, and their soft serve machine was broken. They also tried to give us bbq sauce they'd portioned out into little take out tuns. If you go after like 9 pm you will see them pull your french fries or onion rings from plastic tubs in the warmer and they're obviously dried out and hard as rocks so who knows how long they've sat there. I've gotten cold whoppers before as well... like.. it tasted like they'd put the whole burger in a fridge and then taken it out to come to room temp and served it to me. It was cold in the center. Place is super sketchy.

Took forever just to get a drive thru response with nobody else around. I paid, then 7 minutes later, someone else came to collect again. After 15 min, finally got my food, what a worthless group tonight was. Received food from female that didn't say anything to me, ha e a nice evening......nothing. worthless service!! Don't think I will go back here. Just worthless People! But they do double check to see if you paid, lol. Not the American way if you ask me!

I ordered 2 1$ cheesy tater tots. I wasn't expecting much for a dollar, but they still managed to negatively obliterate my expectations of what a dollar can get you. They literally have 4 not so cheesy, cheesy tater tots per bag. I didn't think it'd be that bad since they have 10 chicken nuggets for a 1.50. Guess that's why they just say cheesy tater tots for a dollar and not how much like they do the 10 piece nuggets for 1.50.

Known to take money for meal and return no change. A friend went through the drive through and gave them a hundred dollar bill she received her order but didn't realize she hadn't received her change. Afterwards she called the store and was met with denials from the manager. Only after getting the police involved was she able to recover to money. Be careful patronizing this establishment as they are very dishonest, and never give them large bills because you won't see a receipt nor the change.

My daughter and I went through the drive through...the guy at the window didnt give me my receipt with my change so I thought it would be on the bag when we got our food. To begin with they were not busy at all and not only did it feel like it was taking a long time to get our food, as we Sat at the drive through window for several minutes when the same guy I paid when we first pulled up to the window came back to the window and asked me if I had paid yet....I said yes he said ok brb..about five minutes later we got out food...it looked like it was all there (2 #1 meals) so we pulled away. Once we were ready to eat it we noticed that both whoppers with cheese that we ordered didnt have cheese. Then the one set of onion rings I ordered was completely undercooked...makes me think they took frozen onions and tossed them into the microwave for 30 seconds and pulled them out...unedible but I'll never know. Also, when I went to check my receipt to see how much I paid for the cheese that we did not get. There was no receipt taped to or in the bag. The people working the shift this evening need to be retrained.

Place is awful. First time there I ordered a Whopper and when I got home it didn’t have anything on it but the burger. Today we went and the lady, manager of the store, took our order and when we got to the window they had our order wrong and she tried to justify saying that’s what we ordered. Not true, we know what we came there to order. Horrible horrible service, we will not be back there.

Have gone through the drive-thru and food has been cold both times. Last time they gave us a burger with no meat. My husband called to complain and they told him that they don't do that, so they didn't know how that happened. Never going again.

go to McDonalds if you are thirsty... I ordered 2 med drinks... almost $5!!!! canceled the order! Not sure if they charged my debit card, called when I realized they may have charged me... no answer!!!!! grrrr We spend so much $$$$ there... but no more flame broiled overcharging bulls**t!

Cold burger and bread looked flat and All my food was cold. They took forever to give me my order through drive through and not only was my burger cold but my fries were too. Not only that, they always miss items on my orders I was missing one of my fries. This is not the first time and had to remind them about my drink, and no napkins 👎 never again! I am very disappointed with my experience today February 20, 2024 I went through the drive Tru and ordered one meal and 3 value items got to the window paid and the employee/ manager a young girl had me waiting 10 minutes for my food then she gave me my oder when I left I realized she did not give me one of my items I had to turn around and return and go inside then she ignored me when I was inside I called her twice she finally came to help me and started arguing with me I brought all the items back inside and she was still arguing with that she gave me everything I told her keep the food to give me my money back she left then came back and asked for 3 cents before she gave me my change I had my 3 kids with me I had to take them out the car in the rain just for them to leave hungry and disappointed. I go to this burger King all the time and have no problem with the older manager but this young manager has a very bad attitude and bad customer service.

I live right down the street from this Burger King. I used to get breakfast here every morning. Spent $18-$22 every morning. I stopped going because Anna is extremely rude. I’ve tried to be nice and smile but she’s so bitter. I quietly told her that she seems like she hates her job but she’s taking it out on the wrong people. The customers are simply there, ordering food like we’re supposed to be. She has the attitude that we’re inconveniencing her bothering her. I’ve also noticed that she treats women differently than men. She’s very nasty toward women. I told her I would pray for her and I hope she has a nice day. She slammed the drive thru window on me. I refuse to use this Burger King anymore until she’s gone. Life’s hard enough, I don’t need the drive thru lady and her hateful energy trying to darken my day. Decided on Burger King for dinner and it’s been years since we ate there. Went to the drive thru can’t believe how much a #1 is now! One car behind me. I get home with the food, the order was completely different than what I ordered, the food was cold, no cheese on the burgers (charge you more). Flat sodas! We won’t be back there again!! 😤

I ordered an unsweet iced tea and mozzarella sticks. The person gave me a sweet tea and no sauce for the sticks. I asked if he could give me unsweet instead and I asked for sauce. He gave me the same drink back and only one sauce and closed the window on me before I could ask for him to correct my order. I didnt want to walk inside to make a bigger deal out of it. I had to dump my drink and half the sticks. Total waste of money. I will not be going back to this location.

Can't blame the 2 employees that were working there but they had car's 10+ deep in the drive thru and 15+ people waiting inside. The 2 ladies looked so lost and confused it was so sad. The owner's need to hire more people to help behind the counter doing customer service. They couldn't find my order and they had several order's labeled behind the counter getting cold.

I ordered an unsweet iced tea and mozzarella sticks. The person gave me a sweet tea and no sauce for the sticks. I asked if he could give me unsweet instead and I asked for sauce. He gave me the same drink back and only one sauce and closed the window on me before I could ask for him to correct my order. I didnt want to walk inside to make a bigger deal out of it. I had to dump my drink and half the sticks. Total waste of money. I will not be going back to this location.

Decided on Burger King for dinner and it’s been years since we ate there. Went to the drive thru can’t believe how much a #1 is now! One car behind me. I get home with the food, the order was completely different than what I ordered, the food was cold, no cheese on the burgers (charge you more). Flat sodas! We won’t be back there again!! 😤

I am very disappointed with my experience today February 20, 2024 I went through the drive Tru and ordered one meal and 3 value items got to the window paid and the employee/ manager a young girl had me waiting 10 minutes for my food then she gave me my oder when I left I realized she did not give me one of my items I had to turn around and return and go inside then she ignored me when I was inside I called her twice she finally came to help me and started arguing with me I brought all the items back inside and she was still arguing with that she gave me everything I told her keep the food to give me my money back she left then came back and asked for 3 cents before she gave me my change I had my 3 kids with me I had to take them out the car in the rain just for them to leave hungry and disappointed. I go to this burger King all the time and have no problem with the older manager but this young manager has a very bad attitude and bad customer service.

Can't blame the 2 employees that were working there but they had car's 10+ deep in the drive thru and 15+ people waiting inside. The 2 ladies looked so lost and confused it was so sad. The owner's need to hire more people to help behind the counter doing customer service. They couldn't find my order and they had several order's labeled behind the counter getting cold.

Cold burger and bread looked flat and All my food was cold. They took forever to give me my order through drive through and not only was my burger cold but my fries were too. Not only that, they always miss items on my orders I was missing one of my fries. This is not the first time and had to remind them about my drink, and no napkins 👎 never again! Poor customer service.
