I don't know why this location is rated low. I've ordered here many times, with alterations every time, and they've never messed up.
I receive surprisingly great service here, I really appreciate it and the food is consistence. Thanks to the team here!
I just want to say thank you for a great customer service to Luis, this young Man went back and beyond to try to make feel happy, because my order was giving to me wrong and I was very mad, but he said, we will Make right for you and we appreciate your business, with smile in his face, thank you Luis , we come back soon again
Last week, I went at night time, try to eat something, fresh and warm, but my food was cold I make a compliant with the manager, I guess, he was very polite and offers me to redo my order and throw some small drink with it, thank you Luis I am really appreciate it , hope cya next time Man
The surface here can be slow in lines, but otherwise I haven't had any real bad experiences here.
Drive thru staff are always professional here. I appreciate the quick fix at the window tonight, the girl was obviously very competent. Much appreciated :)
Excellent! This is a newer Wendy's and it shows. They have a Voice detection drive through that actually works! But nothing beats human to human contact. I appreciate the staff here at the store, they go above and beyond everytime. It is a frequent stop of mine on the way home. Much love to you all. Blessings.
This Wendy's is our late-night go-to. Whenever we work too late to cook or can't decide what to make. The employees are always so friendly even though it's late and they get our order out quickly. We've only eaten in this location once and it's very clean, including the bathrooms which is a plus!

Wendys they have the best deals there burger never frozen service on point cant beat a meal under 5 five bucks but we'll worst getting the app bc the 4 dollar meal isn't on the menu menu so here's to Wendys keep the cheap good quality meals coming while ever else is going up
The place was okay but it was really clean so that's a good thing. The issue I had was when I got my order, I asked the lady for three ranch, and she said okay she grab the ranch preceeded to put them on my bag but she threw the packages very aggressive inside my bag. She looked at me in shock because i noticed what she did. I believe she was the supervisor that day. So because of the experience I had, i gave them a 3 star.
Great staff but unfortunately the krabby patty is nothing special it's just a regular Wendy's hamburger with a different piece of lettuce and the pineapple milkshake is 95% milk and probably 2.5% pineapple juice and 2.5% water. Unfortunately wasn't worth the BIG price.
I like Wendy’s but hate it when I order on the mobile app to get some type of discount and they tell me to pull up to the front of the place and to wait for my order. No that is not acceptable, treat mobile orders as though they are drive through orders! You have as much time to finish mine as the person in the drive through so stop asking people to wait in the front so you can skip over us for another 10 minutes and hurry up and give us our order.

Second time coming to this one. Wendy’s is an old time favorite. But the experience has just not been great. I really love Wendy’s salad and today we ordered two: The Apple Pecan and Taco Salad. What a disappointment! My friend had to take most of the lettuce of her salad because they were wilted. My salad I took a couple of bites and had to throw it away because it had smelled spoiled. Don’t know whether it was the chicken or the cheese. Now, this is especially a disappointment because they had just started lunch hour which means everything should have been fresh. Never again at this Wendy’s. Lastly, the only good thing in our order was the nuggets. It was made fresh, we waited 10mins for it. Service was ok. Ambiance is cool. Looks the same as every other Wendy’s except this one is fairly new build. Not a great experience at all. And we only ordered simple items.

I ordered a #6 combo (Spicy chicken sandwich) & ended up getting a burger the size of the biggie bags.

Been there 3 times now wanting a chocolate frostie. First time, 9pm, was told they aren't making them anymore because it's late. 2nd time, 6pm, food was soggy and fries stale and this time chocolate deposited frostie out of stock. 3rd time tonight and they have vanilla soft serve... but they just don't have chocolate. I give up!
Drive thru uses AI instead of a person and it constantly screws up orders. Will not be going to this location until they remove this.
I purchased #3 Bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. What I received was a sandwich that had far to much mayonnaise, and a bun that was falling apart, and smashed down. The appearance of this sandwich looks like it was sitting for awhile. The food didn't deserve a star 🌟 However, the service and place was good, definitely deserve five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Whomever, is cooking needs a better attitude about preparing food, and making the food pleasing to the eye and the taste buds. Keep this up and this business will fail. I want a full refund!! 😠
