A great place to eat menudo soup. They have parking available on the surrounding streets. They offer small soups for 75 pesos, regular ones for 90 pesos, and special ones for 115 pesos. Their flavored waters are also delicious; the passion fruit one is highly recommended. It's a quiet place, and they're only open on Sundays. The staff is very friendly and will give you more soup if you ask. I'll definitely be back.

10 out of 10, Caldos Chimiro is a highly recommended place for dinner, and wow, you have to try their broths on Sundays! Here you'll find incredibly rich and delicious broths on Sundays. You can pair your broth with coffee, soda, beer, or even mezcal. You absolutely must try Chimiro's mezcal; if you have a discerning palate, you have to try it. During the week, they don't serve broths, but you can enjoy a delicious tlayuda, memelas, tostadas, quesadillas, or tacos, all with exquisite flavor, prepared with the utmost hygiene and with the best service, attended by the owner, Mr. Chimiro.

An excellent, popular spot for a delicious menudo lunch 😋, whether with family or on the way out. They open early (I arrived at 8:00 and it was open). Great flavor and they have three serving sizes. The real special is for champions with good teeth 😋😋😋. Affordable $$$. No wheelchair access 👎. There's no parking, but there is space on the surrounding streets 👍.
One of my favorite places to eat tripe soup, with tradition and years of experience. They only sell it on Sundays, starting very early, I think around 6 am. The portions are generous, and you can find heart, tripe, trotters—everything! I love it and highly recommend it. The prices are low, not as low as some other places, but for $100.00 you can get a delicious soup that you can enjoy with a nice cold drink.
Great place to have breakfast early. Obviously, the pancita is a specialty, but the memelas and quesadillas are very good.
A great place to enjoy a good caldo de pata (beef foot soup), menudo (tripe soup), and Oaxacan snacks. Very good indeed.

The leg and belly broth is very delicious, as well as warm handmade tortillas and good service.
The quality of the food has gone down a bit. Before, they served handmade tortillas and the broth was very generous, now they serve machine-made tortillas, they're cold, the broth is cold and it's almost all water 😔
Tlayudas used to be delicious, but I can't say the same now. I hope they take action on this matter.
