Excellent place to eat if you're traveling along the Trans-Isthmus Highway through Piedra Blanca. It has an extensive menu full of flavor and seasoning. They also always welcome you with their homemade tortillas and good cheese before serving your food. And if that weren't enough, they sell beer, fresh water, and soft drinks. It's definitely a very comfortable, delicious, and pleasant restaurant, highly recommended.
All their stews have that characteristic flavor that comes from wood-fired cooking, but their roast chicken is a 100/100.

On the route through the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, you'll find Comedor Doña Licha, serving typical regional dishes with excellent seasoning and affordable prices. I would definitely return to enjoy the flavor and variety of their dishes.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, the restrooms leave much to be desired; they're dirty and there's no hand soap. This is something they desperately need to improve.
