Llegué a este lugar por recomendación de un amigo, ya que andaba por el rumbo. Honestamente me sorprendió encontrarme un restaurante de cocina de autor de altísimo nivel. No es cocina tradicional, o un lugar común y corriente. Aquí los platillos son una exitosa re interpretación de la chef, que además es muy amable, al igual que todo su personal. Tiene una carta breve pero bien diseñada, al igual que encuentras una buena selección de mezcal y cerveza artesanal. Si te gusta comer bien, este es El Lugar.

Lovely spot & great food. It’s a fancy twist on traditional Oaxacan food. A gem hidden in this small town. The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake dessert was amazing. I will be returning.

La atención es buena y son muy amables, en cuanto a la comida es muy rica, además de ser preparada al momento y una buena presentación. El espacio está bonito y el acceso es muy fácil para llegar.

Ambiente tranquilo, el espacio no muy grande pero suficiente, limpio, lindo, variedad suficiente entre platillos y bebidas, precios accesibles. No tiene estacionamiento, hay q buscar a los alrededores.

Tienen desayunos y comidas, ésta última a la carta o corrida, hay diversos platillos oaxaqueños, es económica y de buen sazón. La atención rápida y amable.

El lugar es muy bonito y la comida muy rica, imperdible la costilla glaseada y el postre de tostada de chocolate.

Hace unas semanas fui y sin duda alguna regresaría. Me encanto todo, pero mis favoritos fueron la crema de zanahoria y la costilla glaseada!

Una joya de restaurante íntimo y cálido digno de 5 estrellas y más. Brinda de esas experiencias únicas donde los sabores de cada platillo se quedan grabados en la memoria. El servicio, de lo mejor, como ser recibido en un hogar familiar y acogedor. El espacio es divino, una casa encantadora y con cocina de humo a la vista. Al final de nuestra cena, salió la Chef personalmente a compartir con nosotros sobre sus platillos de ingredientes totalmente locales, lo cual nos dejó aún más encantados con toda la experiencia. ¡Agradecidos con nuestro encuentro en Vianda!

You're in a charming village house with a patio and hallway, but with a modern touch. The bathrooms are very well-appointed. You can see the kitchen with its griddle and oven. Everything is pleasant, but the best part is the food and the staff. They offer seasonal menus based on what's available. If you want to be surprised, just go, but if not, ask at the phone number what they have on the menu, especially for lunch.

A great new restaurant and a welcome addition to the Etla area. Food is well-priced and modern with a gorgeous dining area and welcoming, friendly service. This is definitely one of the nicer restaurants in Etla but is also not hugely expensive or pretentious. Worth the drive into this pueblo.

The food is delicious and the desserts spectacular. They have a policy of only using regional ingredients, with a few major exceptions. So, practically everything is corn in its million forms (not necessarily a bad thing). This forces the chef to create interesting dishes. The menu is seasonal.

We were planning to go somewhere else, but since it was closed, we followed Google's recommendation and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very nice, clean, and cozy. The service was excellent and the chef was super friendly. Everything we tried was delicious, and the dessert was delicious! Chocolate toast. The prices were very affordable considering the concept and the menu. We will definitely return soon; it was a good discovery.

Los alimentos con muy rico sazón, innovadores y con excelente presentación. La atención de la mesera que atendió al inicio muy agradable, sin embargo un señor, vestido de camisa blanca y pantalón negro, con lentes(desconozco si era mesero o algo más), siguió atendiéndome con pésima atención y cero actitud de servicio. Eliminando ésta mala experiencia final recomiendo el lugar por su cocina y espacio agradable. Primera vez que visité éste restaurante.
