I couldn’t figure out what I wanted so I asked the 3 guys what they would recommend and they gave me multiple options. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Honestly right after you order you gets your drinks within 5 minutes or less. They work as a team.

Our favorite boba place! They have a reward system too so you can earn free drinks. Friendly staff who are very patient and tolerant with our endless questions about all the drinks. We are regulars (the kids love it). 5 out of 5! So far we have tried the Thai tea, taro milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, kiwi honey sweet, mango green tea, strawberry slush, and I think a couple others.... not ONE drink had disappointed thus far. I even got my son a gift card for here for his birthday because he loves it so much.

Enjoyed Ding Tea in Oceanside for the first time and love my visit! Atmosphere was bright and welcoming. Staff were king and friendly. Busy spot but very timely. This spot has a large variety including House Special Teas, Milk Teas, Slush, Fruit Teas, Lattes, Coffee and Fruit Juice! Planting of toppings to choose from as well if you want more than just boba!

The smell of the room smells great. The interior design is also very cute and very pleasing to the eye. The employees are nice and out of the many times I’ve been here they have never gotten an order wrong.

The people there are respectful and have great attitudes. They don't leave room for error and made sure that we enjoyed our drinks. The price is better than other places that I've been to. The quality of the teas make this my new favorite spot! They also have a cute wall for trendy pictures.

Great place to spend the afternoon! I ordered Matcha Latte (25% sugar), Taro Slush (regular), and Vanilla Milk Tea Slush (regular). They were excellent! The place was clean and inviting, we played a couple of card games while enjoying the teas. 🍵

Such an extensive menu full of options for any occasion. Daughter, Wife and I were each able to get something that matched our tastebuds after having dinner next door. The two baristas behind the counter were able to handle the constant flow of customers and orders with attentiveness and smiles for each new person who stepped up to the register. The little photo booth area and board games really compliment the vibes of the whole store.

I've been here a few times before, but I've never had the chance to review it. When I go here, the drinks and boba are always excellent. I usually get a Thai milk tea with less sugar and ice than other Ding Teas in the area, and it's always tasted tremendous. The milk teas they offer are fantastic! They're not powdery or syrupy, and the sweetness level is adjustable. It always comes out exactly like the previous time, which is a big plus! Customer Service: The staff is wonderful and works quickly. It looks like a pleasant work environment. Overall definitely a must-stop location for boba in Oceanside.

I first went here a few months ago, now I go every Sunday with my daughter. Love this place. It only has a handful of tables, but the cups are leakproof before you put the straw in, so It is very easy to transport home no matter how many you buy.

Ding Tea Oceanside has an expansive menu and a plethora if milk teas, coffees, and toppings to choose from. They also serve a very unique “egg waffle” that you can order in two flavors with or without different topping. The staff is courteous and efficient and had my order prepared very quickly. All in all an excellent experience.

I stand corrected. My sight betrayed me and thought I had read Latte. I apologize for that. 3/11/23 Update: Both times I've ordered drinks, I end up receiving something else close to the drink I order. For example, I wanted the pistachio matcha latte but got the frappe. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I haven't bothered to modify my order as I sometimes send up liking a wrong order anyway. I'm pretty low maintenance and am not picky with foods or drinks. The team on shift tonight was not having the same energy as the first visits crew. This place is always busy, definitely a good sign. Decided to try it for the first time during a slow window. Success!!! Classy and prompt service! 👌🏽

I recently moved to the area and Ding Tea has quickly become my go-to boba spot! I've ordered in-store and delivery and their drinks are consistently delicious. I've tried their passion fruit milk tea, matcha, taro, Oreo, and coffee drinks, and none of them have disappointed. I usually get their boba which is great, but I once got their creme brulee which was rich and decadent. Just tried their pandan bubble waffle and loved that too! Highly recommend this location if you're a boba fiend like me.

this was my first time going to ding tea and i will 100% be back. the guy who took my order who said his name is Jakob was extremely kind and patient as none of us knew what we wanted to order. This is hands down one of my favorite boba spots. Amazing drinks and the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness every time. The tapioca pearls are always fresh and chewy (never mushy), and they’ve got a great variety of drinks to choose from. Whether I’m craving something classic like milk tea or something more fruity and refreshing, they always hit the mark. 1st time here, we got the strawberry milk tea with Boba and the jasmine milk tea with Boba. The drinks were delicious. They give you the option of how sweet you want your drink. They have Hello kitty accessories. The customer service was good, we were greeted when walking in. Their menu has a lot to pick from! I would recommend checking this place out.

This is the only place i get my boba and NEVER been dissatisfied or disappointed! im a bobaholic person even when i was pregnant a year ago ive been craving boba 24/7 and would order 2 bobas twice a day 😭😂 and when they did my order wrong id call and the manager would just tell me to come back and theyll give me a new one. They have the best customer service! Ive never had to argue or get mad because theyre really nice and they know how to make it up for their customers. Pregnant moms are easily angered thats why getting bobas from Ding tea Oceanside is refreshing and workers are really kind! Now my baby is 7mos and im still getting bobas here haha! So everytime my friends and sister would wana get me a boba, ding tea is a go to! Oh and the workers here are really fast paced! Even tho theres only 2-3 workers!!! I really love the drinks here! I'd give it a 5 star rating but sometimes the drinks aren't always made consistently especially when busy. Good stuff though and I'm glad I found it.

This Ding tea tast is constant withe the other Dings. The Tapioca ball is soft ont the outer layer and sticky firm on the inside. The flavors are on the sweet side and can be taylored to your own taste. Parking in plaza is limited but I've alway found free space. Not too crowded and the lines are less than 3 people deep in the late afternoon. No outside seating.

They use syrup and powder for fruit drinks so it’s a bummer. No fresh fruit. Their pandan waffle was delicious! Crunchy and flavorful. Their boba was good quality and cooked perfectly. The prices are good. Only good boba in the area.

I was in there today 5/26/2021 @ about 1:30 pm . So my review is about the girl at the register, she had no name tag and was super rude. I don’t know if she got upset becouse she had to cancel out my transaction so that I could add a drink for my son also. Just rolled her eyes and made me feel like She was in a hurry and i seemed to be of a bother to her. Other then that, All the drinks were great. Just wouldn’t want to have her take my order again.

I ordered the Hokkaido Oolong tea - from one of their top 10 drinks. The oolong tea itself has good flavor but the drink is REALLY sweet. I got 25% sweet and the drink is still too sweet for me. It leaves that aftertaste in my mouth after having too much sugar. The boba itself is just ok. I’ve had memorable boba but this was not it. It’s good enough for the area and I imagine this place must be really popular with teenagers and families. Great place to go for an afternoon pick me up nonetheless.

Cannot expect consistency in the drink making. It's always a gamle who makes your drink and whether it comes our right. Can't complain because it's mostly college students I assume, and when you have a yearly turnover in employment, no one's going to be experienced enough to be great at making the drinks. Can't complain too harshly, but it's been a few times that I've gotten too much Ice which is not fair for the price of a large, or not enough matcha in the drink. Matcha drinks are hard to do because of ingredient variations but a regular matcha milk tea shouldn't be hard to miss on.

I have come here multiple times but this time was different . I placed an order online and it was supposed to be a strawberry slush. I asked the gal “what is in the drink” she said “cream cheese “ and I explained that my son had a dairy allergy and i need it remade due to that. She had the WORSE attitude after that she didn’t even say “sorry let me remake that “ instead she told her collage “ that lady over there wants her drink remade “ i understand how having to remake my drink was frustrating but the attitude wasn’t it. The guy whose made our drinks previously was so much kinder which I applauded him but now i wont go to this location because of that experience

Great tasting tea but way too much ice. Ice was filled to the rim, over one small scoop of boba not even layering at the bottom. Finished the large drink in seconds. Not even 10 sips since the i paid for all ice apparently. Not even joking. There was wait even though not many people there. Very disappointing. Won't be returning.

I order the Mango Snow and what I got was the mango sluh and which the person who we ask how does the Mango Snow comes with and looks like and she said that it comes with cream cheese and what I got was the mango sluh. I was disappointed because we wanted to try the mango snow with the cream cheese. And I wanted the one as in the picture but they didn't make it as a picture.

Just came in right now all happy, ruined my mood completely. my family and i did separate orders and ordered the same thing. They were so mad about it we usually come the day time but this time we came in the afternoon, we ordered about 10 drinks they should be glad we keep this company in buissness but we wont be coming here again. The girl in the front was nice but the short girl and the guy with the curly hair were very not professional if they dont like doing their job, they should completely just leave and not work at a boba place that comes with doing the same drinks frequently!

The employee working at the counter who was an unhygienic teenager with long hair and glasses was rude and unprofessional. When I asked a basic question about the menu, he answered in a short, irritated tone. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about helping customers. While making my drink, he looked annoyed and handled things carelessly. Customer service is a big part of working in food service, and this was completely lacking during my visit even though I have been to this location many times. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the store and could easily drive customers away. Management should seriously address this and take action quickly. Simply a person who is unsatisfied with their job should not be working at all.

I arrive today at 5:40 because on their Instagram page they had posted they would be closing at six when we arrived. The lights were still on as soon as they saw us get off the car they turned off the light lock the door and walked out and laughed instead of telling us sorry we’re closing early today. They just laughed at us very rude. We would’ve understood that they closed early because they didn’t have customers for laughing at us was extremely rude. We are returning customers.
