Good food and great service! We got wings chips and salsa and fries. Everything was good. Our waitress Alyssa was great!

Came in to watch the Paul vs Fury fight around lunch time thru till the dinner rush. Was informed the staff was low for the day at that time but would be taken care of well. At the very worst I had to ask another server for help and was never once turned down. All the staff worked together that day to provide a good experience for the large amount of customers. Food was great and ordered randomly thru ought my lengthy time there and received all the food in a timely manner. Thanks to all the management and staff!

The last few months the service has been terrible however today we went and had the best service yet. Your server turned out to be a cashier just helping the servers. She was a bit quiet to start but it didn't effect our service at all. She is the daytime cashier with the "fun hair" as my daughter called it.

I got the aisan zing boneless wings, they were perfect and hot and everything tasted great. The staff wasn't great. Our food was brought to the table 8 minutes apart, for our main meals, and the waiter wasn't able to understand English hardly and so he kept making us repeat our order and brought us the wrong sauce and confused our ticket etc. The manager did come by and thank my grandfather for his service as a veteran, so that was appreciated. Overall a good bww. I don't love the entry seating, kinda loud and people constantly rushing by you. Sit towards the back.

Good place for beer and wings, games or anything on sports. Wait staff was not attentive looked tired but wait staff could of been more friendlier even got my wing order wrong.

Sometimes the boneless can be extremely crispy when I don't request that, service for the most part is professional. You can see some workers don't want to be there and take their attitude out on you. But the male manager was nice. If your food comes out too slow just remind them what you ordered. Sauces are all amazing but our favorite is Lemon pepper SAUCE . The fried pickles and mozzarella sticks had no flavor.

Mango Habenero 6 piece Traditional. Really Good flavor But a tad Overcooked. Definetly Spicy but well worth the Flavor!

Service was great and they improved the quality of the food tremendously. There new sauces were very good.

First off, get ready to grab your waiter. Don't wait to get someone as soon as you sit, not to waste time. The food is A1! The drinks are good. Certain beers will get pricey. If you're out of town, get ready to let them know you mean business and know how to be adequately treated, and they will do so. Nice spot. Will be back. Hope it stays consistent here.

It's a decent place for food and great to go have drinks and watch sports events. It does get loud but that's expected at a sports bar. The restaurant itself is divided into dining for families and the bar area which is really well set up. As far as service I guess it just depends who happens to be working the shift but for the most part it's good. It can get crowded so slow service is somewhat understandable.

So loud in here you can't visit with your own table. Service was horrible. They have a seat yourself policy, and it was hectic, to say the least. The waitress forgot some of our drinks. Took us 45 minutes to get our food. When we finally got them, half of the meals were cold. The other half were on point. We still tipped well because we felt bad for our waitress because " she was having a bad day". Would try again, hopefully it was just a bad night.

Food was good except wedges were over cooked pretty bad. Our waitress started strong then disappeared. It was after 10 pm and the restaurant looked dirty. Im sure the staff was tired but still. I would go back but with alittle more patience.

I have been going to this place for many years because I love the wings but I only do it if I have hrs to spare because they take a very long time. This time we got the food and the waitress never came back we had to go find her to pay the bill. We gad to get up and go get our own drinks. It's unacceptable!!

Orderes a BLT my sweet waitress brought it to me to only tell me they had no bacon so I got the LT. she was embarrassed. So I reordered the street tacos only to be drowned in sauce and to much salantro. Could not even taste the chicken. I was like I'm done. Just ate some of my fries. Do better.

Food was great, however this location needs some serious maintenance. The booth seat was not attached to the base, it tipped forward if I leaned forward. And in the ladies room, none, like ZERO, of the stall doors locked, one didn't even latch closed.

This location is always low on staff, so the wait gets ridiculous. On the food, you just have to hope it's a good day. We love BWW so we keep going. But everytime we have a different experience. We have gotten amazing food, but we have also gotten food that we had to wait for for more than an hour. And when we eat it it's cold. Never try the whole ordering online it seems to take them twice as long on getting you your order.

We love the food here but service is a hit or miss. Even when you order take out make sure to check your order before you leave. The place is super gross to walk into, really needs an upgrade. We learned this weekend that Honey BBQ is no longer going to be an option in sauces. I dont know why this decision was made, but there's really no point in going back if the sauce is not going to be an option anymore. Potato wedges are awesome.

BWW is probably my favorite wing place... How ever this place like all other places in Midland Odessa area need to work on service skills... I came in to make a to go order.. and was passed several times before any spoke to me . Once I was speaking the young lady was nice and polite... I wasn't the only ... I chose to get my food to go because the bat atea has always had a bad smell... Almost like they used bleach to cover up something...

We had a party of 6 and it took over a hour to get our food. We ordered at 8:30 so it was not during dinner rush. When we got our food just about every order had something wrong. When we got out bills some of them were wrong too. Either we had a very unlucky experience or it is just the way it is at this location. Hope your experience is better.

I went there for a late lunch 1/24/21. The place was very slow at this time. Walked up to the hostess for seating. She appeared to be doing something on here computer screen at the moment so I waited patiently for her to finish. She then walked away without even acknowledging me or my co-worker (extremely rude). We just seated ourselves at the bar top. Bartender was friendly and her service was good. I won't be back to the location due to the hostess.

Food: is always pretty good and fresh, that is the pro, beer is usually fresh from the tap, has good crisp Service: If that's what you want to call it, I will say this, you shouldn't have to ask for refills or even a menu for that matter. Poor Management. Had to wait over a hour for a table had five different families waiting by the front door. They had over 10 empty table's available A good manager would have had use seated with the understanding it be a while before given service. At least we wouldn't have been all crowded and by the cold front door.

I don’t know what the hell happened in the past two years I came here, or maybe because it was a Monday night, but the service was horrible. I saw my server like twice before she disappeared for forty minutes, and our food took forever. When we finally got our food, my boyfriend, who ordered potato wedges, got French fries instead. But when our checks came, server charged me for the wedges AND fries. I just paid it anyway because I knew if I were to correct my check, it would’ve taken another 20 minutes before seeing the server again. Crazyyyy

It is no longer a place where you can hang out, eat and talk to people. The music is blaring as if it's a club. It's okay to have music on but it's a restaurant so is it necessary to have it so loud that you can't even hear or talk to the people you're trying to have dinner with? It's ridiculous!

We went in tonight and sat at the bar. Got there at 7pm. Ordered one of the new pizzas, they are nothing like the they look in the menu but tastes alright. Ordered our meal before the pizza arrived and got it to go. The bartender served us our drinks and took out orders but it was almost 2 hours before she got the manager to check on our order and he made all sorts of excuses then came right out with our order. Which wasn't complete so I sent him back. So we went for date night at 7pm and finally got back home at 10pm. Three hours and we got to eat an appetizer and a couple of drinks. At least we have some food to eat tomorrow.

I usually enjoy my visits to "B dubs" but here in the Basin, not so much. Our server Tiffany was great and very attentive and enthusiastic. She knows and understands what customer service is all about. As for the rest of the experience, the server that helped bring out our food was as cold as the food. She had an attitude colder than the weather and ruined what had started out as a pleasant evening. The establishment needed a little attention in cleanliness department. Restrictions are in dire need of restoration and cleanup. I know that nights like this, the servers probably want to be at home cuddling with a significant other but you chose the position and should learn what customer service is. Cold food, terrible attitudes, dirty establishment...this establishment is not in keeping with the "B dubs" experience that I have become accustomed to.

Our server was pretty quick after we got seated. Took our drink order, and food order after that. She didn't seem very happy we were there. Kind of put off by our presence. During our 2nd round of drinks, she basically disappeared. We had to ask another server for our to go box and ticket. We got our box and ticket and waited 10 minutes for our original server to cash us out. I had to literally walk up to the check out station to get her attention, and pay my bill. She was rude. She told me I didn't need to sign the merchant copy and I told her I was going to sign it with no tip and my thoughts about her service. We may go try BWW in Midland next time

It was not busy when we arrived. We sat ourselves and waited about five minutes before being greeted. When we asked for things off the digital and physical menus, we were told they don’t sell those items. Ok, sounds like you should review your menu then. The restroom looked like fight club. Was tempted to take pictures but thought it wasn’t appropriate. The kids Mac n cheese was over microwaved and a waste of 6/7 bucks. The chicken sandwich was not crispy and a Tyson patty would have been better. The pico was def. It pico. Waitress never came around after bringing our food. We had to wait about ten minutes for a check. We just moved here and we were used to great service. Maybe it’s just Odessa, but this Bdubs was awful.

Will never eat here again. I’m not from around Tx at all stopped in cause it sounded good. Once I entered location I just felt dirty. Felt gross. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My mother got sick from eating here. when our nachos with chicken appetizer came out the the chicken on top was cold and smelled like cat food. My moms wings came out cold and she had to send them back due to the temperature of the wings. THIS IS NOT SAFE!!! Chicken needs to be kept at a higher temperature than ROOM TEMPERATURE!!! The atmosphere was chaotic and unpleasant. The booths that weren’t taken by other customers had trash and old food left on the tables that didn’t get cleaned off the ENTIRE TIME that me and my mother were there. There were fries and napkins and various food items all over the floor of the dining area. VILE!! And the absolute cherry on top was that me and my mothers absolutely mediocre and unsatisfying meal was the price of $60. I know with these prices they can afford to hire more employees to keep the place CLEAN and to keep the chicken WARM. I regret ever wanting to visit this place for chicken on a sunday (the only day that Chick-fil-a is closed). At least the bathrooms are clean for all the people who get sick from eating their food. Double check your receipts!!! Before and after you pay!! This is honestly the worst BWW I have ever been. The staff is so bad is the reason we’re never coming back. Out waitress tried to charge us extra $7 dollars, after we gave her the card to pay thinking we wouldn’t notice. When we asked her for the original receipt she got extremely defensive and rude. The manager wasn’t helpful either didn’t let us explained what happened and said that they probably got confused with the table next to us (Which made no sense). We were not the only ones upset, the table next to us was clearly having issues with our waitress attitude as well. They need better trained and honest employees. Zero professionalism.

It took them almost 50 minutes for them to get us food after I went and asked if our food was ready because someone after us was served their food before us. Bathrooms were very disgusting and smelled like pee. The floors and tables weren't clean and not sanitized. Overall customer service was very poor. Definitely will never go back there again.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever had. Waited over 15 minutes before ANY of the 6 staff that passed by even acknowledged my presence- none of them smiled or were curteous. If the cleanliness of this restaurant is anything to do like the insides kitchen dining room area etc stay away!! The outside is littered with trash and it seems they don't care about any part of their parking lot or their immediate premises. They need to work on it. How hard would it be to work just 10 minutes on the outside to clean up all the miscellaneous bags and food containers that are scattered around the side of the building. One of the worst services I've ever received. The staff was unknowledgeable about food and about drinks or promotions. The staff took a long period of time before they returned back to the table to check in if there was anything that needed to be service or brought to the table for food consumption. Will not be returning again due to the poor servicing as well as the lack of food quality. If I could honestly give the establishment 0 stars I would the servicing and everything was so bad. Visited this location on 9-6-24 at 19:20. I'm So disappointed specifically went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the eagles game season after 2 minutes in the 1st quarter the damn T.V cut off and they allegedly couldn't get the game back on. When I asked can somebody fix the issue they were extremely languid about resolving the problem. Issue was never resolved and I Missed the first damn eagles game of the year. So pissed man. If you're going to price gouge customers for your food and drinks at least make sure you lube them up before you screw them. Such as making sure your nfl account is paid so the customers can get what they came there for and not feel so squeezed at the end. So sick and tired of going out and encountering problems at businesses these days. Nobody cares anymore. The only thing that matters is customer exploitation and transfer of funds.

What can I say, I had to remind myself why I never come here. I just ordered take out and the wings were terrible. I had the garlic Parmesan boneless wings and the sauce was going to make me sick. I pride myself on being able to eat just about anything, but this sauce just did not seem mixed right. It was just way too potent for my taste. I haven't eaten here in years. Thought it might have gotten better over the years but it hasn't.

The waiter we had was so rude , he barely attended to our table .. we were getting ready to check out and one of my friends went to the bathroom so we told him to just slit the check into 3 & just to add her drink to one of the tabs .. he either didn’t hear me or ignored me and walked off .. so I walked up to the bar & asked if I can pay myself .. we payed 3 ways and no one approached us that there was a 4th payment that needed to be payed until we were leaving the waiter runs outside like he’s crazy said “ there’s a tap open you didn’t pay and you know that “ and tells me to go back inside so I went inside and him and another girl are being rude so I gave them the same attitude I was given and he continues to be rude and yells at me you owe 25$ pay now .. I don’t appreciate him being rude and disrespectful he could have been nice and said he misunderstood .. he needs to have better customer service ..

Why is this place even open? Horrible facility, the staff is rude as all get out. Wants to try arguing with ppl. Food was absolutely horrible. Nothing like smelling a trash can full of trash while your eating because the staff wants to leave it out by your table. We weren't the only ones upset about their experience last night. We hadn't been there in over 2 yrs. We were quickly reminded on why we quit going in the first place. Why haven't they updated the place? The tables wobble, the floors are absolutely disgusting. I don't know why they even have carpet in a restaurant. The chairs have y'all seen them? 😳 They not only wobble but their peeling, the bathroom stalls don't even lock. The floors in the bathrooms are disgusting. I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Food was over cooked to the point the meat was crunchy, don't even expect to get refills and if you do. You will wait forever. I get being understaffed. But if you took care of your facility. And had better management you might actually have better servers that actually respect their jobs as well as the customers and would actually want to come to work. My family and I definitely won't be back.

Years ago I used to have great experiences here. But now, the long waits are terrible. And it's usually not even busy when we go. Empty tables everywhere, but still will wait 20 minutes to be seated. The service at the tables in my experiences have been below par. Again, not busy but you're lucky to see a server to get their attention for a refill. The waitress was slow to serve and to find. Seems like she leave somewhere and so couldn't get her attention. Food was taking to long to get, approximately 50 minutes. Asked an other waitress passing by about food and she brought it to us warm within 3 minutes. The food was just a little warm like if it was under heat lamps. My drink was not mix right. Had a long island ice tea and it was terrible. Had too much limon sour. The waitress still not coming around to serve us and see if we needed anything. She would disappear for a long time. We counted 3 waitresses and only 7 tables had people. Notice other people (group of 6) that sat down 20 minutes after us, and got their food before us. This is BS! We are big tippers but because we're good people my wife left 2 dollars tip which the waitress didn't really deserved.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m 9 months pregnant and was left with no drink for 15 minutes. Worst service/attitude I’ve ever experienced. Fried pickles were still raw and not edible and they wouldn’t take it off the bill. We paid almost $8 for 2 drinks and had to pay another $8 for to go drinks without them telling us first. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I will never go again. This was the first time in my life I’ve left a restaurant without giving a tip.

We had 3 different waitresses before we got our food. it wasn’t warm and tasted like it had been reheated. The onion rings tasted like the grill nasty Af. Chicken tenders felt like rubber and the waitress misread the situation when we asked for our forgotten sides. And yeah idk waste of money.

Came in about 2:30 today. Not real busy. Waited on pretty quick but once we got our order it was cold and hard as a rock. Our waitress never offered a refill it asked how the food was... But she was sure quick to take the money and disappear. I won't be back. I can't wait till I get back to Lubbock to to Buffalo. This was the worst ever. Not a would up front when we were ready to leave. Had to find someone to get a to go cup.

It's SO dirty in here! We walked in and customers that were walking out told us, "Don't eat in there, man. They take 2 hours to get your food to you." The first thing we noticed is the three employees sitting in the entrance folding crowns with trash and debris from their crowns all over the floor in the entrance. They didn't even look up to greet us. Walking into the restaurant....tables were not even being bussed. Old food was covering about half of the sitting area. We walked into the bar and it stunk to high heaven! It smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! It's GOT to be a health hazard!

This place is AWFUL. I seriously wish we could leave -10 stars. We were seated and it took 20 minutes to get our sodas and another 45+ minutes for them to take our appetizer order and we STILL didn't get our beers. No refills. Trashy tables all around us and it was far from busy. No one came to remove any dishes or trash from our table, waited almost another hour just for the check and some to go boxes. Absolutely ridiculous, you will receive better service at McDonald's. Save your money, this place is trash.

The worst BWW I've been too. AC at the bar has been broken 2 weeks according to staff, waited over an hour for our order and it looks like garbage, bartender anti-social and doesn't pay attention to drink levels. Seriously needs new owner or management. Some one is not making smart business choices her. Very disappointed ☹️

Had to wait 45 mins for appetizer then it was cold .service was bad all around just a bad experience.this place has gone down hill and not worth the hassle.

People were nice and polite but my wings came feathered. No refund, which must be why they’re called “wild” wings. Gross quality control.

I placed a to go order when I arrived i waited in the front. No one was there, I did hear chattering in the back so I advised that I was waiting at the front. I saw about 4 employees standing, 2 on their phones. I was acknowledged but no one came by. I stood there waiting for an additional of 20 minutes until someone from the bar area came to help. Young lady was polite and apologized for the wait. Being ignored by other 4 employees was very disappointing. The food was cold when I received it.

Just came here on a Tuesday night to get wings, and couldn’t get anyone to at least take my drink or food order. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for a server

Too loud to talk service sucks every time we come here it takes about an hour to get our food and when the food does get here something is always wrong but if you tell them about it they are gunna take longer to fix it

The beer wasn’t filled to top, smelled sour and warm, I didn’t not take a single drink. I ordered lemon pepper and honey bbq wings. They were under cooked, and hardly sauced. The service took an eternity to take our order, when our order arrived it was cold. Will not be returning nor would I recommend to anyone. Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had.

Walked in, sat down (Open Seating) looked at the menu got tired of waiting, walked out. Clearly, the previous reviews weren’t lying don’t bother coming here Unless you like waiting all day. Genuinely I hope they don’t make a comment underneath this review. They know there’s a problem and they refuse to do something about it obviously

Asked about the 20 for $20 deal and was told "we're not doing it." I asked why and was told we're just not doing it here. TIP: Since they don't want to for No Reason.. get the Wingstop 20 for $20 less than a mile away (order plain) and buy the bdub sauce at the grocery store! Because paying more for no reason, "we're just not doing it".

Prepare to spend 2 hours here , slowest service in Odessa , food still cold , always messes up your ticket or charges you more when yo get home and look at ur bank ! Save your time and money and go somewhere else . If you do come here SAVE YOUR RECIEPT

Absolutely horrible place to eat! Sprite isn’t sprite and they don’t tell you. Ranch is sour as hell. Chips are hard as a rock. Took 25 minutes for drink order. Another 40 minutes for horrible food! If I could give 0 stars I would!

5 of us came in when it was slow, we were pretty much the only ones in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for the bartender to take our drink orders, went back an hour later and asked her if we could order, took a second hour for our food to come out, the food was bad and we were charged double for the wings, would've tried to fix it but I imagine that would've taken another hour or so.

this waitress was giving us attitude the whole time we were here since we got there with no reason she had blonde highlights she’s short she’s mexican mid 40s and the food was great but i just wished there was better service and better waitresses.

I ordered the chicken tenders and they were undercooked and cold! The fries weren’t even warm and completely inedible! The side garden salad consisted of lettuce and shredded cheese. I will NEVER come back to this location. If you’re looking for good wings I suggest Wing Stop. We went there but the wait was too long so we decided to try Buffalo’s. WORST decision ever! The seats and tables were sticky as well.

Hours don't reflect actual open time. Both sign on door and Google say they open at 11 am Mon-Sun. There was even a red OPEN sign flashing, indicating they were open. But the doors were locked. Not impressed. Not getting my business.

Food took two hours to come out, never brought the appetizer, asked the waitress 3 times for it and she rolled her eyes like we were bothering her. When the food came it was all really cold. We ended up taken it to go so we could heat it up at home. Wont be back with the family for a while.

If I could give zero stars I would. The awful experience that my family and I had here was unbelievable. Our waitress got lots of our food wrong, didn’t bring some menus items, was bringing plates out 10 mins apart so we couldn’t eat together. Other tables were arriving, eating then leaving while we were waiting. We were there a total of two hours, waiting then having to go back and fourth with the waitress about wrongfully charges on our recipe. The manager wouldn't come to our table to help or address any problem after we requested to speak to them. This is the worst customer experience that we have EVER had.

This place is horrible especially on service! For one the burger we order was dropped so they were going to remake it, then the burger was brought back with no fries, that was ordered with it. There was a hair found in our potato wedges with cheese and there was nothing they could do about it, still had to pay for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

WILL NEVER AGAIN DINE HERE. The place had a weird smell, there was bugs flying everywhere, we had to send a drink back because there was a large gnat in the drink. my husbands food was hot and my food was cold.. The Dr Pepper had a weird taste to it. Staff moved slow and careless. We had to move to the bar to get any attention after waiting in the dining area and not being helped. staff, food and cleanliness was all very poor.

My friend and I decided to have lunch at BWW today. Never again. Opening hours are at 11 AM. Doors were still locked at 11:05 AM. Called the restaurant twice with no one answering. We waited. The manager, I'm assuming (Spanish guy, kinda of short, a little overweight) finally came to the door at 11:08 AM. He saw us standing there. He unlocked the doors, barely pushed the door open and walked away. Basically closing the door in our faces, not saying a word and walking away. Not holding the door open for us, not even greeting us with an apology, apologizing for the wait, nothing. He was clearly in a bad mood and it showed. My friend and I looked at each other in shock, saying did he really just treat us this way? He was flat out rude and unprofessional and clearly didn't care about the customers. He clearly didn't want to be there and neither did we after this treatment, so we left. If he's that unhappy with his job, maybe he needs to find another one. We didn't deserve to be treated this way. We definitely will NOT be back. He ran off a first-time customer with his poor and bad behavior. Check your people. Please pull the cameras for Wednesday, August 27th, from 11 AM to 11:08 AM. And you'll see exactly his actions that I'm speaking about. Unacceptable.

First, our waiter would get a 10/10 however the food was cold. I don’t mean like warm, I mean cold. Cheese on the burger was solid, wings were cold and fries were hard and cold. We are not typically ones to speak up if something is an issue however we did tell the waiter and was informed that staff is fairly young. We don’t eat out often so when we do we would like to be able to enjoy our food. Unfortunately this was a lasting impression that results in our family not returning.

This location in Odessa was the worst ever!!! Waited about 10 minutes then finally saw someone and was rudely Told they don’t sit you to sit wherever we want. And then when the waitress finally came, was told that they do not honor the bottomless app sale.. so we ended up ordering something else food took forever to get and not only that the food was cold. My daughter’s tenders are horrible. The grease they cooked it and you could tell had not been changed. They taste burnt. bathrooms were dirty for nobody being there at 2:30 in the afternoon the service sucked . Will not be returning ever again!!!!!

I placed a to-go order for my husband and I on a Friday afternoon. Both of our orders were wrong. Specifically, I requested no salsa, pickled hot peppers, or cilantro on my ultimate nachos. Two of those three requests were not met and my nachos were covered in jalapenos with seeds and cilantro. My husband requested sides of ranch dressing which were not included. We definitely won't order take-out again. Perhaps if we were there in person then our order would have been correct.

If I could I would give it 0 stars, we had the worst waitress ever. She didn’t give us a menu at first, didn’t even greet us, didn’t even look at us at the eyes. The place was also dirty, our drinks tasted like tap water mixed with soda flavor and the sweet tea was even worst. Plus she didn’t even give us the check (I guess she clocked out) we had to go to the front and pay. At least the front desk guy was decent but overall it was a horrible experience never coming again to this location and it is just here in Odessa I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and it’s better, here they don’t even want to work. NEVER COMING AGAIN
