I’m here every single day and I absolutely love this Dutch Bros! The whole team is great, but Sandy and Bri are truly the sweetest ever. They’re always so cheerful and friendly, and they make my drink perfect every time. 10/10 recommend!

Obviously it's coffee!! But it's some of the most delicious coffee you can get around here. I've been excited to get one in our city for a while, and TODAY IS GRAND OPENING! 12/8/23 I got some really cool stickers, and my beautiful hazelnut truffle hot coffee. This coffee house makes their own blends and customs. All employees are insanely kind, respectful and really positive happy people. The interactions are always top tier, here. They even have drinks available for kiddos too, and other options besides coffee if you choose. 10/10 I highly recommend this coffee house. Not only are the drinks great and friendly service, but they even have an app and reward system to stack up for free stuff. Wooh! In the app you can also order ahead if you'd like and browse that cool menu as it updates for seasons. Remember WHEN YOU ORDER HOT, IT IS WAY MORE HOT THAN YOU'RE EXPECTING. PLEASE HEAD THIS WARNING! ⚠️ If you do not want to burn yourself or a child, PLEASE ask for a cooler temp! This will sincerely stay scalding hot for the next like 20+ minutes. It's coffee, but I don't want y'all thinking the coffee is all made iced or at a kids temp to start with. (you can also ask them to throw in a couple ice cubes right before they pop the lid on to help cool it off for you to drink safely)

These people are always really friendly, no matter what and no matter who I am interacting with they’re always so positive their drinks are always made right. I see Odessa as a really negative place. I’m not originally from here. I hate it here, but these people don’t even give off that vibe of Odessa pettiness. These people are always very friendly and upbeat.

I have gone to this Dutch bros 3/5 times a day for the last 15 months and everyone that works there has taken the time to get to know and my order! Some of these people have become like family! Their service is always great and they are ALWAYS friendly! On drop days wait times can be longer but that’s what happens when you have so many who love the brand! Absolutely love this location and every person at it!!

Came to the location a few days ago, had a gentleman ask if I was next, which I was. He took my order and had an explanation to all the questions I had. Very sweet and kind person. I have never been to a Dutch bros before. Ever. And I had the best encounter with Damien. He was so patient with me an all my fun allergies to fruit. ( the things we do for our kids). Damien was so kind and explained my options that I could have coconut. I ended up with a blended coconut fizz. Absolutely delightful. Definitely a great experience.

Was passing through and saw a dutch bros. I always wanted to try it out. The young lady who placed my order was very friendly and attentive. I ordered one of their rebel drinks and enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend this dutch bros if you're in the area. Everyone was very pleasant and great service.

You gotta get there before 7am for ideal wait time. Staff has always been welcoming. Great drinks , got my first non coffee and it was pretty good just really tart and sour. I got the passion fruit coconut blended lemonade with blue raspberry float I added some coconut cream at the house and sweetened it up I give it 8/10.

The person who tasted the drink with me also had stomach pains, and it was the only thing we both consumed. This was concerning and far below the quality I expect from Dutch Bros. I hope the location improves its drink preparation and quality control. Other than that the customer service is very well.

I guess they had made the drink when I had placed the order at the back of the line and by the time we made it to the window it had completely cooled. Not great prioritization. If there are people ahead creating tik-tok drink abominations with 10 steps that take all of their attention, then making the drink with two ingredients immediately isn't very wise. Product is good, but I may as well have asked for an iced drink because my hot coffee was stone cold by the time I got to the window.

It's a sad fact that the only time I go to Dutch Bros is when I travel. This location that's less than a mile from house is beyond slow. I've seen grass grow and glaciers move at a faster pace. Makes no difference if you drive up, walk up, or place your order online prepare to wait. I know y'all prepare a mean cup of coffee, but would it be possible to stop waiting for the beans to ripen on the plant before picking, roasting, brewing my next order.

It’s better than overpriced startbucks and not as good as coffee at home, but if i don’t buy the overpriced same at home coffee people won’t accept me as a person. Try the iced coffee, it’s cold.
