I love Jason deli always fresh food. The problem is with the delivery and call ahead orders. My orders aren’t ready on time and delivery was so expensive compared to other delivery options.

I have never been to Jason’s Deli, so I decided to try it out. I’ve been trying to eat healthy foods so I decided to try them out. They had a lot of bread and wraps to choose from, which was nice 😊 I asked the young lady what bread 🍞 had less carbs and she suggested a wrap so I did. It was good 😊 So If I’m in town again I will be back! Thank you team!

While Jason's NEVER disappoints dining in the delivery service has some issues. I have had 2 incomplete orders. Meaning missing items.I would recommend dining in or maybe picking up!!

UPDATE: THE MANAGER FROM JASON'S DELI DID GET AHOLD OF ME AND MADE THIS RIGHT. HE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR MY WHOLE ORDER PLUS GAVE ME A VERY NICE THANK YOU CARD WITH A GIFT CARD FROM TIFF'S TREATS. THEY DO STILL SOMETIMES FORGET PART OF YOUR ORDER BUT THEY GENERALLY MAKE THAT RIGHT TOO. I CHANGED MY REVIEW TO A 4 STAR FROM A 1 STAR I ordered delivery from Jason's Deli using Uber Eats so can't really say on atmosphere, but as far as everything else, I can. First off I ordered 2 strawberry shortcakes and only got 1. Second off I ordered a Spicy Sicilian with no lettuce and no onions and low and behold my sandwich is covered with lettuce and onions, so that was more money wasted and by far more than the $5 Uber Eats credit that was given, so since this is not the first time I've had issues with my orders from Jason's Deli I will no longer be eating there. I have not had any issues with other restaurants that I've ordered delivery from so it's kind of obvious it's not Uber Eats fault!!!

The salad bar was nice. There was a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and other plant-based items. Loved the three seed sea salt crackers and the black currant tea.

I have been going to Jason’s Deli for years, the one I frequent is the one near my home in Sugar Land, Tx. Like always the food is great they have never disappointed and service is great. But at this location which I checked said closed at 10pm. They started cleaning and picking up the salad bar around 9:20. I get and respect everyone is tired and wants to walk out as soon as the last customer finishes. But we come here to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed and chose to eat out because we also had a hard day at work, away from home. They picked up the muffins and a few of the other favorites, that I like to enjoy with my meal!

Please throw away burnt desserts and do not sale them. I purchased a strawberry cake yesterday and it was totally black around the edges. Yuck.......

Food was good, if a bit sloppy on presentation. No whole tortilla chips with my chips and salsa. Been here a half dozen times and never seen the ice cream machine working, which doesn't really happen at other Jason's Delis. Counters and salad bar needed some cleaning

We love coming to Jason's as a family. Reasons for 3 stars and not 5. They used to offer a veterans discount. Not anymore. I am a disabled veteran and really appreciate when a business helps us out. Another thing. The credit card machine promts you to leave a tip. I only tip when I'm being waited or served. And lastly. The last few times I've come certain items were not restocked on the salad bar for the entirety of our dining experience. So we missed out. Maybe Jason's has taken a financial hit idk. I notice they keep napkins behind the counter so you almost always have to ask for more. It's not necessary a deal breaker but it feels to me that Jason's has started trending downwardly over the years.

NEVER again. Our family paid 74.00 for vegetables ONLY all protein has been removed from the salad bar. Yes it is available for extra purchase when it was offered as part of the salad bar before. Give a better company your hard earned dollars, because these people are after money for nothing. The broccoli cheese soup sat so long before they buzzed us that it had developed a skin on top.
