Food portion is small for a $10.00 meal. I was surprised how small the enchilada was. The taste of the food was average for Rose's.

I visited this place once through the drive thru because I was craving tamales. I bought 3 chicken tamales, expensive by the way because they were small. They were super SPICY. I was going to leave a bad review thinking they weren't good but the flavor was good. They just abuse on the peppers and it's definitely not kid friendly. Then I had dinner there another night which was a Tuesday night. It was packed and even the drive thru was long and that was because it was taco Tuesday. So, it's definitely not authentic Mexican food. The tortillas aren't homemade at all. It's like a fancier Taco Bell. The nachos were good. The soft tacos weren't as good because they weren't homemade. The tamale was a lot spicier this time so I couldn't eat the chicken which doesn't look like chicken at all. Would I go back? I really doubt it. The salsa tasted like bottle salsas.

Recent trip to this Rosa's was disappointing. The picture actually looks better than it is. Almost no meat on these fajita nachos. More sour cream than anything and almost no beans. Not what I've come to expect from Rosa's.

Though I like Mexican food, I must say that Rosa's Café is what I consider Tex-Mex food in which the originality of true Mexican food gets lost under loads of cheese or cream. I settled for the Chicken Enchilada plate: two rolled up tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken. A side of rice, beans, lettuce and tomatoes and two freshly made tortillas de harina (flour tortillas) accompanies the plate. As far as prices, I'd say they are reasonable. One thing I did notice is that the staff is pleasant and make you feel welcomed.

I am done I keep giving chance after chance chicken fajitas are so salty lately they are not edible....but the worst was tonight I went thru drive thru got some burritos and 2 crispy tacos got home opened the bag the tacos were both stuffed in foil the foil was not closed and tomatoes ,lettuce and cheese was all over the bag. It was not even closed or in a small plastic container just thrown in the bag .the picture is just how it was in the bag over 35.00 for 2 tacos and 4 burritos to get it tossed they just don't care

Buyer beware if you dare to venture through the absolute circus of a drive-thru at the west county road location. For any gamblers reading, odds are good you'll leave with either missing portions of your order or with your order completely wrong as well. Ordered 3 cheese enchiladas ala carte and somehow managed to wind up with 1 singular enchilada plate. Absolutely ridiculous. No soft taco with the Mexican plate either despite that being specified. With an order costing over $40 you'd expect your food to be correct.

This place is terrible worse customer service I got there and they were just looking at me and I stood there for a while before they came to me. Before I even said what I wanted they assumed I wanted something that was out they were very rudebtoo

I ordered through the window and I got my order done and when I got my order it wasn't actually my order it was another person's order we got the different order they swapped our order and I asked if I could get my order they said no that that's my order and I said it wasn't mine that it was probably another person's in front of me or behind me they said that it was mine after I told them over and over and over it's not mine they kept saying that it was and I just got irritated and I asked for the manager they came out but then they also said that that's what I ordered after I clearly knew it wasn't what I ordered so I got mad and asked for at least a refund and they still didn't give me that. I'm just walked out and left.

To even give 1 star is too much. Who thought it was ok to sell a bag of chips and not put enough ships to cover the bottom of the bag!

Update. Every time I order a burrito with cheese and open the burrito, theres always a glob of cheese on 1 side of the whole burrito instead of spread out with the other ingredients. Just lazy. Thank you for reminding me why I will never come back. BEWARE the girl at the window will charge your card, close the window, hand you your food without a receipt and without your card!!! As soon as it happened I asked for my card back she said she had given it to me when all she gave me was the food. Had to cancel my AMEX and pay $35 for a new one. Plus the manager on duty "doesnt have access to the cameras" shes lucky I didnt get the police involved and press charges. Will never come back.

This Rosas Cafe on W. Co Rd in Odessa,TX really needs to get it together!!! I was craving Crispy Chicken Taco plate today 8/15!! When I get my plate, I noticed it was Crispy Beef Taco plate!!🙄 there was only 1 tortilla when there's always 2!!I asked for Chile de arbol, no Chile de arbol!!😡 the beans on this plate were SOURR!!🤢 the salsa tasted DAYS OLD!!😡 I'm veryy unhappy!!👎 IT'S NOT CHEAP THIS DAYS TO BUY A MEAL AND NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER!! DISGUSTING!!!!!❌️❌️❌️❌️

The workers here and the manager on duty are a joke they made a mistake on my order and instead of owning up to their mistakes the manager bold face lies to me. All of the staff here is new and I’m not surprised why terrible customer service. The two in this picture felt the need to laugh at me and the person I was with because I asked to speak to the manager to have them correct their mistake which they didn’t. I highly recommend Rosas hire better people.

They're getting disgusting. Worse and worse ! I ate at one on 191 earlier today had a cracked cup, went and got a replacement only to find a long black hair inside my cup. Now we are at West County Odessa and they have employees eating with the gloves they make our food with.. Take a darn break and eat your food please 🙏
