Placed an online order for the drive through. I got there and was instructed to pull to lane one. 2 employees came out. As I was being handed my order, I had to listen to one worker complain about not getting tips for taking out the orders and how they shouldn’t have to do this. On top of that I my bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it.

When we first arrived, we had to wait quite a while before our order was taken. The process took a long time, and the employee taking our order did not seem very familiar with the menu and had to step away multiple times to ask questions. After we finally received our food, we noticed that one of the soups listed on our receipt was missing. Once we got home, I also discovered that half of my sandwich did not have any meat on it at all.

I was early and the only order. Original sandwich was hurriedly made with neither piece of bread adequately toasted … none of the cheese was melted (my favorite part). Restroom was nasty, store needed sweeping, trash outside. Employees on their phones looking at each other’s photos. A disappointing experience. Can’t post photos for some reason, will try to share them again later.

Cinnamon rolls was like co concrete. I order in drive when in to tell the manager I couldn't even bite it he just proceeded with the refund no would you like a fresh one money back and bye!!

Ordered from this place off of uber and there ended up being a fly in the bag which I don't know how it's possible when they seal it at location and the bread look like it had been stabbed at it was pretty messed up and I called just to let him know what was happening but then he hung up on me. Employee told me they had no lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, red bell peppers or any soups because corporate cut their budget. This place is going bankrupt if corporate doesn’t make some changes fast. Disappointed…

There were flys everywhere, and every single table was dirty with crumbs and food residue. The trays even had weird stains on them. And not only that, the workers were very rude. I will not be coming back.

Serving days old Cinnabon as fresh. Should have known it was gonna be bad when I pulled in 30 minutes after they opened and the drive thru speaker told me they were closed. 6 months ago this place was good.

I love schlotzky's ... But this one gets worse Everytime I go there. Just got lunch and one of the sandwiches had two full half a tomato on it instead of slices. And half an onion instead of slices. The other I just asked for no tomato and they decided I needed no vegetables at all except for extra extra extra black olives on it with one slice of meat. Worst sandwich ever. It has steadily got worse over the years. If you can go to Midland and avoid the Odessa location all together.

Original review: I used to love this place, but I found a STAPLE in my food. A metal staple. I took a bite and felt something sharp. I was shocked when I pulled it out, and it was an actual staple. Thank God I didn't swallow the staple, or it stabbed me. I called and told the manager, and all he said was "Okay, thanks" and that was it. He didn't seem at all concerned. Didnt ask if I was okay or even offer to remake the food or give a refund. He didn't even sound surprised... I won't be eating there again. UPDATE: I was contacted by corporate manager and they apologized for my experience. Said they were sorry it didn't meet mine or their expectations and gave me a full refund. He was very kind, and I appreciate his help. This will be used in "training." Unfortunately, I'm still not comfortable eating at this place, given the store manager's complete lack of caring.

Ordered medium original sandwich with no onions and no lettuce. Lady repeated it back to me. Drove the 2 hours home to realize it had lettuce and onions covered in my mayo which made the whole sandwich soggy and taste like onions. The other toppings were so small and hardly any cheese or olives. Not worth the cost of the sandwich for sure. Very disappointing.
