We got there for a good steak reward, after some days of "diet". The place is OK clean and calm, my wife liked it much, but for me, it needs a review on the ambience and the decoration. It is a mix of I do not know what (vintage, classical, modern 80's, ??) Service was good but not excellent. We ordered an aged rib eye with a baked potato and a fillet mignon, with garlic mushroom and a house salad. We did not try the wines just a prepared sangria. The taste was very good, unfortunately steaks and plates were cold, so we could not enjoy it as expected, Dishes are poorly presented and tableware needs much attention (ie no salad fork, no cloth napkins, etc.) In summary, food was good but for the price we paid, we certainly expected a higher standard kind of restaurant. Not recommended as a best option.

The aged steak was ok, I had tried better ones, the salad bar was great, one detail I did not liked is that I could not get a glass of water, It had to be a paid bottle water, even the waiter said that they drink tap water, living in Mexico, I don't think that was correct.

Terrible dining experience. The service was terrible. 15 minutes waiting to order wine. The wine service was subpar. 20 more minutes waiting to order food. Asked for a recommendation. Waiter recommended a steak with “papas”. Ordered the steak medium well. Ordered water 3 times, never got it. Finally got an appetizer, it was good. Steak came out, it was raw in the middle, medium rare at best. The best Mr. Steak could do, really? The “papas” were French fries. The waiter acted like he was doing us a favor the whole time. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Gee, I wonder why? Worst dining experience in years. Got the bill and left as fast as we could. Never touched the steak. They charged me for everything despite acknowledging the steak was undercooked for the order. I normally order medium but my stomach was not the best that day. I can only imagine what medium would have looked like. Shameful quality and experience.

You ordered 450g Steak and you get 205g. They try too told you that's normal. I think that restaurant is the worst ever.
