1st of all, not impressed with this location. They are always extremely short staffed and/or out of certain ingredients for holiday and specialty drinks. Recently shut down by Dept Of Health for poor water quality.

Store is usually clean and spacious, but sometimes the drive-thru is unexpectedly closed. The staff is often pretty nice and friendly, however Starbucks need to be more consistent. I always order light ice and sometimes it is actually light ice, but most of the time the cup is filled to the brim with ice. I have included photos of my two “light ice” orders that seem more like extra ice. I don’t pay $6 for a cup of ice, I would like to have more of the drink that I actually ordered please.

Staff clearly needs more training. All cups were delivered dirty with traces of the drink leaked outside of it. Chai latte had no Chai flavor. Kids hot chocolate was not at kids temperature it was hotter than the grande latte I ordered. It took two staff to complete the order and in all 5 items was over a 10 minute order. The drive thru line was very long and I’m sure it was due to the way staff is taking taking the orders: distracted, unenthusiastic, untrained. With a name like Starbucks this needs improvement.

Only 1/4 of my cup was actually filled with my drink mostly cold foam and no I didn't asked for extra foam, I did figure they probably would add a bit more sent I didn't want ice but not this much god damn and then they still didn't fill it up what a waste of my 200 Stars 😡

Went to this location on a weekday before the holidays around 8 am and they were out of peppermint mocha. Went again near the holidays around 8 am and they are out of eggnog. So apparently they don't care about having the holiday drinks available near the holidays. This leads me to believe the store has poor management. Will not go back to this location.

I had an order of approximately $11 of just two drinks. I planned to used my unopened $20 gift card that I received as a birthday gift. However, the woman at the window did not read my total out loud and took my card to pay for my drinks. About two minutes went by and a man came to the window and read my total to me, to which I responded saying that I already gave my gift card to the woman. There were then multiple conversations held between workers, consisting of information that they did not communicate to me. They asked for my gift card again saying that I had paid for an older transaction, which they said that they would void. Confused, I gave them my card again. About a minute passed, and he hesitantly told me that I still owed $4. I explained that there should’ve been no charge left because it was a $20 gift card. The staff was very unhelpful, so I paid for the remaining charge. And they never gave me a receipt, they never even offered to give me one. This was robbery. I’ve had a challenging experience here and will be choosing Dunkin from now on.

I go to starbucks everyday and this is by far the worst i’ve ever had. Drink tasted nothing like it should have. terrible

The worst order I've ever had from all the starbucks I've been too! My chai was nothing but oatmilk even the color showed that! I also ordered a grande white mocha add vanilla which makes it on the sweeter side and you couldn't even detect a whisper from across the room of either flavor!! Banana Bread was all of as big as my pinky like an end piece or something! I ended up asking for a refund and will never use this location again!

Purchased two hot lattes and got iced coffees. Went back in to correct order. The coffees both tasted like straight milk. Brought them back in the second time and those tasted even worse like straight watered down milk no coffee flavor at all. Not being rude but would definitely suggest someone showing the people what there doing wrong. So they can improve there mistake. I spent 16 dollars and all of it was not drinkable and went in the garbage.

I ordered in the store. Then I waited 25 minutes for my drink. Then they told me they thought it might have been an extra, so they had given it to someone at the drive through window. Then they said they would make it for me again, and apologized. Then I waited 10 minutes. No drink. Eventually I just got a refund. What a waste of time
