The food is the bomb!!!!!!

Real nice people and some great food Got a plate of collard greens, fried okra, and fried catfish with some peach cobbler and a plate with baked chicken, green beans, and Mac n cheese with a slice of chocolate cake. My woman and I shared off each other's plate and everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly in my opinion. The cobbler was some of the best ive ever had. Will be back 👌

Found this place on google along my route. When I say mmmmmmmmmmhmmmmmmmmm. Let me start with my service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I had just walked into my Grandma kitchen and was greeted by my Auntie and a clear view of a spotless clean kitchen with a real southern cooked spread ready to be eaten. The vibe felt at home. That fried chicken was that grandma seasoned it in that brown paper bag seasoned chicken if you know what I mean. It was literally seasoned and cooked so perfect had my taste buds doing the happy dance. Them greens……… I always put hot sauce in my greens but by the time I was done I looked down and saw the hot sauce sitting there untouched. That was the moment I realized them greens was so good I didn’t use hot sauce or a fork lol don’t judge me YES I ATE THEM WITH MY CLEAN FINGERS. I was in the car so what 😂 I can’t wait to pass back through Oneonta, AL to eat again. Don’t hesitate MAKE IT A POINT TO STOP HERE

This place is in a little shopping center. It could be easy to miss, if you aren't looking for it. The food here can vary from day to day. It is definitely good Southern cooking. If you're looking for a meat and three, this is a good place to go. There are only a couple tables and there isn't a lot of parking. I got the impression most of the meals they sell are takeout. The couple running it are very nice and personable. I'm gluten intolerant and they were able to tell me immediately what had gluten and what didn't. All the food we had was well prepared and tasty.

Was door dashing and parked in the shade across from the panda restaurant... Like I have for years bc it's no business in that lot space .. well this lady comes out calling me honey and yelling and telling me that I'm not allowed to park there , that only paying customers are allowed to so I asked her I said okay I said I'll go by a Coke from you and I'll be a paying customer and she said no I'll give you that hunny.. so she wasn't even allowing me to be a paying customer at that point, and said that she owns all of it that I'm taking away her business by Park in there and then I should go park in panda's parking lot.. what's the difference? . And said we own all of that the chairs and everything down to the road by (The donut shop) ... Just to let you know my air conditioning doesn't work and that's my second job after I pick up my son from school because I can take him with me to make ends meet... So I try to park in the shade and close to the hot spots that will give me more rings for more orders the further away you are the less orders you get.... So I went to the barbershop next door to where the old Subway is to where is now a Mexican restaurant and as soon as I did she went in there and was yelling and hollering at them and pointing at my car and had them come out or the gentleman that drives the red van anyways come out and start yelling at me while my son is in the car this is all happening so I just rolled up my window and drove away all that just for me trying to make a few extra bucks and a place that I've always parked it could have been avoided if you would have come at somebody and just in a respectful manner.. not to mention they have reviews over 4 years ago to make them 5 stars when they have just now opened up their business in Oneonta so they are not a five-star restaurant they just opened up so how can they have four year reviews in that location...

I wouldn't even give this place Stars I came in there with my family to sit down and eat and they treated me like crap... I think it was bc we was white very rude and disrespectful.. never going back ...
