Jack in the Box never disappoints! Their Jumbo Jacks and curly fries are my go-to favorites. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during late-night hours. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Whether I'm grabbing a quick bite or a late-night snack, Jack in the Box hits the spot.
Ok so today is my cheat day and im craving something that makes you go hmmmmm....well I got that .went to jack in the box at 9:30 pm today ordered me some tacos let me tell you I don't know if the other jack in the boxs don't care but I went at the right time or someone knew what they were doing, but I almost fell out the car when I bit that taco it was fresh and the perfect Krispy and yes with a k .....rispy......I did not leave my teeth in the tortilla like the other Jack's I have been to.....you guys made my cheat day a good one thanks night crew at jack in the box ....delicious....
A lot can be Said about Jack , he's got variety and reasonable prices but lately I think not enough hired help are available so the employees and managers are all running like headless chickens. Jack hire more people you're Asking too much of these poor souls
Not my usual location, so I was bummed to see the 3 piece eggrolls I ordered actually open up to be 3 chicken tenders instead, and they charge for sauces here, $.25 a piece, eeesh. 2 sweet and sour came with the “egg rolls” but I asked for 2 ranch and drive thru employee was nice, so I obliged.
I am so glad this is not my local Jack in the Box. The service was very poor. While there were many employees there, I was ignored at the counter for a very long time. The restrooms were in very poor condition. One was out of service and the other had a clogged sink with water all over the floor. I was barely able to wash my my hands.
This isn't the first time I've received chicken strips like this. I'm not going to waste my time coming back to this location.
What the hell did they put in the large Coke Zero? That is all I order yesterday, 01/02/26 at the drive thru around 12:15am. I’ve done it plenty of times at this location and others. But, for some reason I could not fall asleep afterwards. This has never happened to me before. Which I find very interesting.
Discriminatory location the team member Lidia refused to cook my second order ,the manager had to practically beg her to cook it . After an hour I finally got my second, the manager refused to speak with me about it , they offered a free meal to compensate, which I never got after waiting for nearly 30 minutes again .
Today they get a one star review. I ordered on the App and when I got there the order was almost ready. I got cold tacos ( not to mention I was shorted one taco), a luke warm kids burger and the fries were not fresh or hot either. The only positive was the girl handing out the food, she was pleasant. U can do better Jack
Got a big order for my family and I to eat and the girl Abby only wanted to give me 1 sauce. I’ve been to so many other locations and never had an Issue before. Don’t waste your money & time here ! Wouldn’t recommend!
Today I went to get just one milkshake and they made me wait an hour. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It really is a terrible place.
Check your change. The lady Lidia will over charge you and won't give e you the right change. I went though drive thru and gave her my card and she said thecard didn't go thru. I was surprised. She said I had to pay cash I gave her 10.00 and my bill was 8.61. She game me 49 cent. That didn't make sense so I went I side and looking at the receipt I said the card did go thru and added 10. Cash bring to 18.10 that I gave her. I asked for mycorrectchangr and my 10 dollars. She gave it to me but was offended and started talking trash about me in Spanish. Hahaha I speak Spanish too. Is that the customer service that kack in the box instilled in there training.
It's always the same lady that can't get an order right. Her name is Olivia. I ask for a #14 spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and she asks me how many tenders? No. I ask for the new chips ahoy flavored cold brew, she asks me vanilla or caramel? No. I ask for the monster shake and she says what oreo? No the new monster one. Anytime she takes my order it's messed up. Pumpkin spice churros please? No here's regular. Like seriously come onnn I came specifically to try the new chips ahoy cold brew and I got just vanilla flavored. Not cool at all. Always Olivia too every single time it's wrong.
Went Inside to order 2 jumbo Jack's and 20 minutes later went to counter and asked about my order, was ignored by the cashier and when I spoke to the manager whom didn't speak English very well ,didn't have a answer to what took my food so long, all she wanted to do is give me a deep meal and all I wanted was a reason what took so long, walked out without getting a answer and will not be eating in this location or any of their other locations and can not recommend this or any of their establishments for lack of communication and reason for such horrible service, was spending $20 a week on lunches but will be giving my hard earned money elsewhere.
Terrible experience, terrible staff, terrible service. I ordered a large amount $30 worth to go and they messed up the order twice. The second time, I wasn't having it and I kept the receipt and returned to this location and called them beforehand to let them know. I arrived, the manager did not speak English and started looking at me in a weird way. They didn't want to compensate me for the order. I wouldn't eat here because the staff are unprofessional and they mess up any order over $15 and they refuse to correct it.
Sign says they have the dinning room open until 11. It's 10:30 and i'm standing here staring at a lady sweeping who won't let me in. Not coming back.
When I went through the drive thu over a month ago they asked what size combo and we said Medium. I guess they were out of medium containers and so they gave a small without asking what size we would prefer instead. They forgot my fries, straw and there was little, to no meat on the tacos. I tried to contact customer service on the Jack in the box website and I got no call or response from a person. I tried this jacks again a few weeks thinking it was a fluke. Once again through the drive thru and once again my order was messed up and did not taste right. I wrote Jack in the box again and again no response. In both instances the had an automated email send a week later to see if I was contacted. I followed the prompts both times and gave the correct number and no response. I love Jack in the box and I loved how consistent each location used to be. The other Jacks off Katella is awesome. This location needs to get it together. Also, corporate Jacks customer needs to get it together. I am a boss in the customer service industry and I would have addressed a customer issue right away. Unfortunately, even with the other locations still upholding their quality, I won’t go back due to the lack of response.
So Disappointed I ordered Vanilla SHAKE with Boba I got ice Coffee with Boba...See pics Below Today's coffee Boba Disappointing. The Boba is Hard, discolored n not round fluffy n chew as Fresh Boba should be. Do the look at this daily ? Do they do a taste test daily ? 🤔 Boba should not be dried out n or hard. Today again I have 64 point yet app won't let me use 60 points on myBurger. So i odered 2 burgers n 2 tacos yet Jr the guy can not count to 2 n 2 is 4 items n only gave me one burger but i drove around n came back as i check my bag n guess who does not need to ask why im back he already knows he owes me a burger. Now for $20.00 an hr you would think they could hire people who can count at least up to 20... Last time: I was trying to use that app today n it was not letting me get the jacks birthday free Tacos. So I decided to get the burger n use my points 64 to get free 60 point burger but it won't let me do that either. No One is in the drive thru line so I drive up to the window for help with the app. The manager rudely intreputs me while talking to the guy at the drive thru window from my car no one is behind me noone is ordering . Yet the manager tells me we can't help you with the app you need to get out of here you need to move on we are on a timer . What the hell I go to Jack n the box once or twice a week n he treats a customer like this... what timer dang . 😳 I'm calling corporate...
this place is horrible. I never do reviews... but i ordered a sausage scramble on sourdough and when i got to the window the lady told me she didnt have the sourdough if i wanted a breakfast jack in place of the scramble. I said no because they arent the same price and asked for my money. Then she tries to tell me she can make it for me. That was rude, lazy & not very customer service like. so I continued to get a refund..
***UPDATE*** And again…. Sign on the door says the dining room closes at 11. I was there a little after 9 Friday November 1 and door was locked. This time the employee mopping didn’t even acknowledge me knocking. Very disappointing for those of us that don’t have cars. Yet again another location with already horrible service that the signage on the door shows that the dining room closes at 11 yet here we are at 8:35 and it’s closed. The employee cleaning the tables could only muster a cut throat hand gesture. And that’s all he could do as I pointed out the sign on the door.
This is my first time and last time to visit this chain. The worst place I have ever seen in regards to food, hygiene, and comfort. I would never return there unless I manage the branch. This place is a total disaster!! I will not eat there even if the food is for free. See pictures and decide for yourself. The 1 star goes to the sweet staff who work there. Other than that, this place deserves nothing but a thumb down.
