I had a truly wonderful experience today. In the past, I had avoided this location due to the rude behavior of some staff members. I even chose to drive farther or skip donuts altogether because I didn’t want to return here. However, today I urgently needed to purchase 10 boxes of donuts, so I had no choice but to stop by. To my surprise, I had a grateful and heartwarming experience. When I asked about pricing, a staff member named Olive at the counter kindly explained everything to me. She went out of her way to help with things that others might have found bothersome, all with a smile and from the perspective of the customer. If more people had her mindset, customers would feel drawn to return—not just for the product, but for the experience. Her thoughtful and friendly attitude truly made my day. No matter how delicious the donuts are, a place can easily be avoided because of unfriendly service. But thanks to her kindness today, this store became a place that left me feeling happy and uplifted all day long.

Best part of our day. I was excited to introduce warm, fresh Krispy Kremes to my kids, and they were not disappointed! We were surprised by the free sample as we watched the fine tuned process of doughnut production. What a delight! The originals melt in your mouth. We all loved them. Ordered some to go, along with a coffee. Coffee was good, better than expected. I could drink it on a regular basis. It was a treat to visit this Krispy Kreme. Highly recommended!

"Krispy Kreme, you've done it again! Those glazed donuts are straight fire (literally, they're hot, folks!) - unbeatable, irresistible, and downright addictive. But, l've got a spooky story to share. I ordered the limited-edition Halloween donuts, but they conjured up the wrong kind instead! However, the Krispy Kreme wizards quickly cast a correction spell and hooked me up with not only the right donuts but EXTRA ones too! Moral of the story: even when Krispy Kreme makes a boo-boo, they still manage to sugarcoat it with awesome.

I stopped by this Krispy Kreme yesterday morning because I wanted something to eat. My wife was shopping at the Outlet nearby so I figured she can shop and I can go get a donut. I parked at the Outlet parking lot and just walked to this Krispy Kreme. They have a drive thru here so if you don't want to go inside then just go to the drive thru. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all. I was the only one inside and was going to redeem my points for the Glazed donut. When I told the worker I just wanted the glazed donut, he said it's a free sample. So I didn't even have to use my points which I highly appreciate. The donut was good and fresh.

Clean location easy entry and access. The team was friendly and quickly took my order. All I got was coffee! I know, blasphemy! I’m on a no sugar diet but I figured going into the belly of the beast would test my resolve. The location was cranking out what looked like textbook delicious Krispy Kreme Donuts. Returning to the place brought back memories of when the kids were little. The machines that make the donuts are visible behind a wall of glass. Any kids wants to know how it is done, even big kids. The prices are so very high now for a couple of bites of light sweet air. Almost $9 for 3 donuts! We also had a hot latte that was good enough and a lemonade slushy that was pretty good. The best thing there was the memories. When the kids were amazed and given a free donut every time we went and a dozen was affordable. They also used to give kids free ones for A's on report cards, don't know if that's a thing anymore. There is a code to get in restroom and no mirror I was told it is because of gangs tagging the place. Sad.

Was here on Wednesday night around 7:30pm. No hot donuts is making. Most of the available donuts are same old. Plenty of parkings and store is spacious and clean. Service is good, I got a new trainee (so abit nervous and slow) but she is nice and very accommodated. Others are just chatting in groups. I got a dozen of assorted one and it cost $23. Oh well, at least for some donuts for thanksgiving morning for breakfast.

Walked in one morning because I had some free time before work. It was clean with only me inside as a customer, and they offered me a free sample donut hot off the line. I immediately said “I’ll take a dozen of THOSE!” and they pulled out a pre-filled box ready to go. I paid and left with the tasty donuts. However, upon opening the box at work, I realized that the donuts weren’t the hot and fresh ones that I had sampled there, but a pre-assembled box that was probably done a couple hours prior. They weren’t as tasty as I had imagined. For the place being pretty much empty, I wish they would’ve taken the time to give me a dozen of the fresh donuts, especially since I emphasized the word “those”, suggesting that I wanted the fresh glazed donuts like the one I had just taken a bite from. Be warned, try to ask for the fresh ones if that’s what you want! Other than that, the staff was friendly and they were working like a well-oiled machine. It’s hard to find that in employees these days, and it was nice to see a shop running so smoothly, which is why I didn’t want to go back and ask for the fresh ones since it would’ve knocked them out of their groove.

I only visit supply chain donut shops when there's a promotion or coupon. They usually offer promotions toward their dozen of original glazed donuts. Parking: This spot is located outside of the Outlets at Orange. They have their own parking lot, but it fills up quick. There's usually a long line at the drive thru when they have a promotion. Thankfully the line is organized. Service: Majority of their workers are young, so don't expect much. Every time I've visited, the workers are simply quick and efficient. They get the job done. Ambiance/Environment: If you've ever been to a Krispy Kreme, then you'll know it's the same layout. It's fun watching the donuts being made and glazed. Donuts & coffee: I always get their original glazed donut. Sometimes I'll try their seasonal donuts, but it's extremely sweet. Their coffee is okay. Their lattes are excessively sweet, so I recommend adjusting the sweetness level. Pricing: Highly recommend downloading their rewards app to receive points, promotions/coupons, and a free box of three original glazed donuts on your birthday.

Whoever is the manager needs to teach this worker some manners. My family was in line waiting for donuts but he wanted to ignore us. We made sure to talk to him directly and loud enough to hear us.
