The scent of over 7 dozen fresh baked donuts makes going to the OC outlets such a wonderfully memorable experience. Too bad, I was unable to order any food because the entire street was filled with litter. After spending some time at the mall I noticed that there are no homeless people in the area. I could not figure who was littering so much. My appetite was lost after the 5th piece of trash I had to step over just to cross the street and buy a donut. Thank you for your excellent service! Keep up the good work!

The new limited edition Key lime pie donut is so good 🍩👍 This Krispy Kreme stays busy! Indoor line is sometimes out the door and the drive thru wraps around the building. The later it gets, the worse the lines are. It takes about 30+ minutes to wait in line for a couple of donuts. It is worth it though if you don't mind waiting! The donuts taste warm and fresh if you buy them single and not as a dozen that was already pre-packaged. Can't go wrong with a classic glazed donut, always so yummy!

I wanted my free donuts today but we were not able to order online. I guess way too many people ordering. Heavy traffic online ordering & on City Dr turning to get to the drive thru. It was super long but we patiently waited for over an hour. The young lady at the window was super nice. I’d say they are essential personnel during this time. We appreciate you guys for making thousands of donuts for us, lol! It truly is a treat for many of us who’s crazy enough to wait this long. To keep fresh, individually wrapped & keep frozen. It will taste as good when you lightly warm it up at a later date.

Great, fresh donuts especially when they're hot off the production line! Hot lights are on between 5:30-10:30am. And then again in the evening. Staff are really friendly and offer samples. Well worth a visit if you're in the area, especially for fresh donuts and coffee!

Very friendly, warm welcomes from the staff, our puppies love the pup cups. On the tables there are Krispy Kreme hats to rep! Great for memories and reminds me of my childhood. Samples are also absolutely delicious and warm.

Good coffee, lovely retro atmosphere, and the most amazing doughnuts in America. Stop by and try one of their 4th of July themed treats. I recommend the powdered doughnuts with raspberry filling.

One small issue that I have with this store, if there’s a big line of people trying to walk into the store, it makes it difficult for someone who pre-ordered online to pick up their order, since they locked the front door (due to COVID) and make you walk through the entrance by the restrooms.

My favorite Krispy Kreme Donuts! I love to go after an Angel game. The lines are long, but go pretty fast inside the store. Fresh hot donuts melt in your mouth! I tried the lemon glazed tonight, it was alright, but would have been better if were hot and fresh! Unfortunately these donuts are only good when hot and fresh I don't care for them cold. I usually order the #1 which is any size coffee hot or iced, or a bottled drink with any two donuts for a little over $4. Nice deal. This location sells Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf coffee. Aug 19, 17 they had fresh hot chocolate icing donuts. In Nov 2016 they sold fresh, hot Pumpkin flavor and they were by far my most favorite. 2017 they had Gingerbread, but they weren't hot, so I didn't care for them. If they continue in 2018 with not having the special flavors freshly made and hot, I'll never try them again! They aren't worth it.

Never had Krispy Kreme until today. Everyone raved about it but it didn't make sense for me to wait in those long lines prior to today. I understand what the hype is about now. Donuts taste so light you could have more than one. But my favorite are the jelly filled with lemon and raspberry. The classic donuts are great too. I'll be making sure to stop by more often.

Who doesn't love donuts!? Krispy Kreme is a great place for glazed, soft donuts. They have others and they are good but! you can't go wrong with glazed. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have the app/rewards then you should be able to get a free dozen glazed on you birthday/month with no purchase. Can't beat that!. Coffees are good. During the different seasons they offer a special flavor that is available. If you haven't been then you should give them a try. For all those glazed donut lovers out there that haven't been here. We found this place when we were searching for the outlet store. It’s right on the corner as you come into the outlets so it’s located very convenient. We ended up going inside and sitting down and ordering a couple of donuts as well as getting to see the conveyor belt of how they do it. Choices range from glazed to specialty donuts and a variety of coffees and other drinks to enjoy. Dining options are patio and lounge areas inside. As you enter anyone can watch the process of how the donuts are made and transfer from the production line to the box, the trays and to you. Each person who walked in was given a fresh glazed donut to enjoy; the faces on each customer was delighted to get a taste of their own donut. This greeting is what makes you want more and come back. I had a truly wonderful experience today. In the past, I had avoided this location due to the rude behavior of some staff members. I even chose to drive farther or skip donuts altogether because I didn’t want to return here. However, today I urgently needed to purchase 10 boxes of donuts, so I had no choice but to stop by. To my surprise, I had a grateful and heartwarming experience. When I asked about pricing, a staff member named Olive at the counter kindly explained everything to me. She went out of her way to help with things that others might have found bothersome, all with a smile and from the perspective of the customer. I parked at the Outlet parking lot and just walked to this Krispy Kreme. They have a drive thru here so if you don't want to go inside then just go to the drive thru. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all. I was the only one inside and was going to redeem my points for the Glazed donut. Krispy Kreme is a franchise donut shop from the Southeastern United States founded in 1937. Their best product is the original fried and glazed done the southern way with a smaller amount of dough and hotter grease to get the outside brown and "krispy" then completely covered in the simple glaze common in donut shops in the South. There are much better glazed donuts around the South East like Southern Maid , so good but so rich it's hard to finish more than 2 and theirs are hot every hour. But Krispy Kreme is a decent representation of what a southern donut looks and tastes like. Just don't try their other varieties. They do NOT represent.

Drive thru was quick and easy, place the order disappointed but they discontinued the cinnamon bun. Went to try the new "Twix" donut which was much better than I expected. Line was long but it went by quick. Bought a dozen through drive thru and witnessed the cashier firing with the ladies in the car ahead of me... it's no wonder I was overcharged and my order was wrong. In all fairness - they refunded me the difference, gave me a new dozen (the correct order), and let me keep the second dozen for my inconvenience. I will neither confirm nor deny that I finished both dozens.

Returning to the place brought back memories of when the kids were little. The machines that make the donuts are visible behind a wall of glass. Any kids wants to know how it is done, even big kids. The prices are so very high now for a couple of bites of light sweet air. Almost $9 for 3 donuts! We also had a hot latte that was good enough and a lemonade slushy that was pretty good. The best thing there was the memories. When the kids were amazed and given a free donut every time we went and a dozen was affordable. They also used to give kids free ones for A's on report cards, don't know if that's a thing anymore. There is a code to get in restroom and no mirror I was told it is because of gangs tagging the place. Sad.

Walked in one morning because I had some free time before work. It was clean with only me inside as a customer, and they offered me a free sample donut hot off the line. I immediately said “I’ll take a dozen of THOSE!” and they pulled out a pre-filled box ready to go. I paid and left with the tasty donuts. However, upon opening the box at work, I realized that the donuts weren’t the hot and fresh ones that I had sampled there, but a pre-assembled box that was probably done a couple hours prior. They weren’t as tasty as I had imagined. For the place being pretty much empty, I wish they would’ve taken the time to give me a dozen of the fresh donuts, especially since I emphasized the word “those”, suggesting that I wanted the fresh glazed donuts like the one I had just taken a bite from. Be warned, try to ask for the fresh ones if that’s what you want! Other than that, the staff was friendly and they were working like a well-oiled machine. It’s hard to find that in employees these days, and it was nice to see a shop running so smoothly, which is why I didn’t want to go back and ask for the fresh ones since it would’ve knocked them out of their groove.

The online order process is super broken. They have 1 person handling all online orders and only prioritize walk ins and drive through. It took me 40 minutes to pickup my order. You get there, wait in line, then when it’s your turn, they look at your online order and then go fill the box with the donuts. Because of only 1 person doing everything online related, over twice the number of walk ins were processed before I even get to the counter. Ordered at 8:17am for 8:27am pickup. Arrived at 8:30, waited in line for 30 minutes, then took another 10 minutes for the guy to fill the order. Got the donuts in hand at 9:10am. This is what the online order line looks like at 9:10am. They charged me the next day twice for this order totaling almost $700. I spoke with the Irvine location and asked them to refund as I didn’t get the donuts and the employee said their system was having an issue and to call the Orange location because they couldn’t refund because they are too small of a store. Orange and Irvine sent me back and forth for over a month with no resolution just saying “Oh I have to call the other store”. Meanwhile I’m down $700 with nothing to show. Really poor customer service and at this point, will probably have to go to take them through the legal system. Horrible horrible service. Never order from this company, they steal from customers.

It's $17 for 6 plain donuts. How gentrified can you get? They also don't carry advertised products such as the cinnamon roll. Ads for it everywhere inside and outside of the building, but I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to find out they didn't have it. I'm sure Yum-Yum has what I want, but better, and for less than $17 for 6 🙄

My Wife and I shared and experience coming here for the first time and it was awful. The woman that would identify herself as tomboy was in such a bad mood that she got our order wrong and it clearly said on the receipt what the order was and when we corrected the order which was much appreciated she just had this i don’t want to be here look on her face. she looked so negative no smile or anything. we will never come back and if we do we hope we don’t run into anyone like her

Donuts were fine. The problem is the guy cashier tonight wasn't wearing a mask and literally everybody in there including the workers and customers were wearing a mask. The cashier opens up your box of donuts to key in the machine while yapping away to say he was tired to the staff. While he's yapping, I am sure he spit on the donuts. Ok. I understand you can't control everything nowadays but why in the hell is he the only one that didn't have a mask on when he can spit on the food??? Terrible management there to allow that.

My son and I went to your Krispy Kreme location at 330 City Drive  at Orange, ca  this past Friday to redeem those free donut promotion you have to congratulate  good students for every A they have on their report card, any way  we were treated very poorly by this employee named NOEL. He was very rude, it seems like he didn't want to give us the donuts, I am very angry and so disappointed for his behavior and the horrid way we were treated.. I think he urgently needs training in costumer service, he doesn't greet, he never smiles, he is mean and extremely rude, it's like he hates his job...

I spent $38.76 for a dozen donuts for employees and 3 for myself. Okay, that’s a high price, but the donuts have to be the worse l have ever eaten. The donuts tasted like Dow-not cooked. Complete waste of money.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Placed an order online and went to pick it up today at 6:45 am. I waited in line for 15 minutes, was told that I was in the wrong line for online order pick-up, and was redirected to a line that they have been ignoring for at least 15 minutes (fyi there was no sign for online order pick-up line). It was then I realized that no online order had been prepared and they were prioritizing in-store orders over online orders. The fact they told us to wait patiently because they were short staffed was insulting since they were the ones who were putting aside online orders and ignoring them. Why not just have everyone stand in one line and process their orders one at a time? How stupid! Anyways, I couldn't stick around for long, so I had to leave without my orders. Currently waiting to see if they process the payment so that I can dispute it with my bank because Krispy Kreme didn't email my receipt. Thanks for reading my rant. If you ordered online, I hope they treated you better tgan they treated me. If you are the owner, learn to care about your customers' and their time.

I went today for the free donuts at 10:20am And she said they already finished that promotion. I asked when did they start they said this morning but couldn't give me an exact time I asked 500 people showed up before 1020am on a weekday I asked how did they know 500 people showed up and I couldn't get a response. When I believe they just don't want to give out too many free donuts

HORRIBLE, I spent a lot on to give 3 donut boxes to my employees and all the donuts are stuck to the bottom. There quality has dropped drastically in the last couple months.

Nowhere for a DoorDash to pick up orders the staff blatantly ignored me when I tried to pick up my order it timed out the person didn’t get their food. Congratulations.

I came here on a Sunday and there was no parking. I was able to snag one after waiting 5 minutes. It was busy inside so there was a wait. We ordered a 3 pieces of donut & They ran out of glazed but offered 2 mini glazed donuts instead which was fine with me. Unfortunately the glazed donuts tasted like they had been sitting out for a few hours. They didn't taste fresh like I remember. The store also smelled and had a pungent odor. I also used the restroom and it was not clean

Hire more people drive thru is too slow. Saturday night the drive through should not take 30-45 mins

The Manager and customer service were awful there was a hair in my drink and the manager gave me a hard time about. Really stuck up and so was the other service member.

Whoever is the manager needs to teach this worker some manners. My family was in line waiting for donuts but he wanted to ignore us. We made sure to talk to him directly and loud enough to hear us. Also, no need to swear under your breath, just say it to our face. Donuts good. All the other workers were AMAZING with smiles on their face and greeting everyone. This guy needs to go through a diversity inclusion course.
