What can I say yo Quito Taco Bell! Service is good and usually food is made in a quick manner unless they're super busy but that goes for anywhere. In the many times that I have visited this location they have rarely made any mistakes on my orders

This Taco Bell is fantastic. Best one in the area. Seriously! Dining room is always clean when we visit. Food is always good. I visit 3 to 8 times every month. They have never messed up my order and my children don't make it easy for them.

The employees specifically the night staff is incredibly nice,funny,helpful and so much more I have never had a negative experience at this one I live 30 minutes away from it and have one closer to me in Hamburg but this one is amazing they have never messed up my food they are always amazing and the food 10/10 every time me and my boyfriend have been coming to this one for months now and it’s always an amazing time

For a fast food restaurant the food it is not bad. The service was fast. I like going there once in a while for a crunchy taco. The atmosphere is decent, the place was clean, the employees were wearing gloves when giving the food.

Showed up and had great customer service. A girl that was training got my order a little wrong, but I swap, remove, and add things so its not uncommon. But usually I feel awful trying to explain myself and this gentleman (I think a manager- he was wearing a green shirt) just took over with authority. He even brought my tray to my table! It was great service to receive and especially stands out because we’re all conditioned not to expect good service from fast food chains. I didn’t get his name, but I hope he gets some kind of recognition for being an above and beyond employee!

Best Taco Bell ever!! I do door dash and there was a problem with the door dash card. The staff here was very patient and went above and beyond. I can’t remember al of their names but they all helped with the issue I was having. Clark I believe was one of the names. And other 3 women working May 25 2020 have gone above and beyond. I will never go to another Taco Bell except this location! Customer for life! Thanks for the great customer service and awesome food! Clean restraint and fantastic staff. A+ plus !! Thank you for everything! Sorry door dash didn’t have it together.

It’s almost 2am and I ordered door dash from this location. Normally I don’t like ordering late night from any place because as a restaurant worker myself I get how annoying it can be. I had a pretty big order and a couple modifications on my items. Everything came and it was PERFECTION! It was all made the way I asked for, still hot, and nothing missing. The extra cheese was on my tacos. The onions were added. My Cinnabon bites were nice and warm. I ordered some Y2K menu items and they were great. All in all I am very pleased with my order. Thank you for the great service late night. You don’t find that often lately. Whoever was on shift deserves a shout out from management

Had the most pleasant Taco Bell experience ever at this location. The staff was super attentive, communicative and speedy. Very on top of it. I’ve had some horrific visits at other locations and needed to shout this one out! Honestly, I would avoid Taco Bell completely if I wasn’t addicted to Nacho Fries.

Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure. It's nice to enjoy it again. The Elmwood and Union Road locations are absolutely terrible. This location is clean, fast and friendly. The food was hot and tasty. Thank you!

I enjoy Breakfast borritos. Morning shift has been unprepared last 4 times. Right now taco bell is my favorite place to start my days. But when I get turned away . People say give it time they just started up, but I am getting tired of unprepared. Please fix this issue. I need my taco bell.

It's your standard deal but i wanted to shout out the staff for being hard working and patient as i saw them take abuse from three customers in a row harassing them, the people there making their food for barely liveable wages, for "no one wanting to work anymore." I don't know how the staff didn't throw a bean burrito in the customers' faces. Props to them. Also, damn Taco Bell has gotten pricey!

Never had one of these before and was pretty sure they're supposed to be fully closed. I won't complain because that means it was too full to close which equals more food for me. It was actually really good and I have since gone back and gotten the same thing that was closed and it was just as good. They're pretty quick for a taco bell, which usually gets a bad "wrap" for being slow.

The new quesadilla does feel a bit heavier but it's the sauce that sold it. The avocado salsa is cilantro sauce. Taco was actually ok. Stick to what you're good at, you're going to lose everyone now.

I don't like sour cream. I asked what was on the meal I planned on ordering. The clerk didn't say sour cream, it was there yuck. Typical fast food quality. The new decor is bizarre. Not my style I was there at lunch time. They had some slasher TV show on, the kids were a little freaked out seeing all the gore. Getting a pretty big meal for $5 can't be beat though.

I've been a regular here for two years now, the service can be hit or miss (employees could use more training and oversight) but the place is usually clean and the food is as good as a Taco Bell can be. Unfortunately when the service is bad, it's pretty bad. But that's only half the time I go there.

Food is always good, whenever it eventually gets served to you. S.L.O.W. I don't think I've ever gotten food here in UNDER 5+ MINUTES DRIVE THRU OR GOING IN . I'VE always had friendly service, but they take they time back there, BELIEVE IT, SKIP IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH, YOU'LL BE LATE. TRUST ME.

Good was alright. I got a quesadilla and it's supposed to have a side with it but mine didn't. If you call the pico salsa they don't understand that it's almost the same thing. Staff is friendly. Food is cheap compared to other places but a lot more than it used to be and it's less flavorful. They got rid of the fries which were probably the best part of the menu. Meh all around

Friend went in to order, as I was waiting in my car, a blonde haired girl with a pixy cut on the shorter side and a shorter male woth long hair and a beard came out talking about customers and what appeared to be complaining about them , then proceeded to comment about how I don't feel like waiting so I'm probably making a Mobil order when they're suppose to close . I understand jobs stink but maybe don't talk smack about customers when their windows are open.

In the evening there is always a long wait for no reason. Once waited 20 minutes in the restaurant while the drive thru moved at normal speed and 3 people ahead of me each waited their own 20 minutes or more. Staff were less than friendly with only a small apology when the food came. Otherwise the cashier rolled her eyes with a look of impatience when one gentleman brought up about the wait time. Once the food came it was alright but there was no reason based on the simple orders everyone placed for it to take that long to get food, especially when the food was lukewarm at best when it was finally done, obviously the time wasn't spent keeping the food hot.

It used to be good eating at Taco Bell but food quality has dramatically gone down hill. I used to go weekly but the last 5 times I had gone there the taco shells we're stale and the lettuce in my tacos was always the part of the lettuce you normally throw away, all white hard pieces and barely any green lettuce, definitely not like the green lettuce they show in their commercial. The soda is almost always flat or the one you want is never working because it wasn't refilled. I no longer go here. I hope they've gotten better but I really doubt it.

I liked this location when they first opened but since then the service has seemed to have gone down hill. Last time I order one drink and they refused to pull the car ahead of me forward forcing me to wait 15 minutes for a medium soft drink. If you're in a hurry I would avoid this place.

From what I gathered while waiting 30 minutes in the lobby for my mobile order to be prepared, someone called in for their shift, but nobody called anyone else to come in as a replacement. Also, verbally disciplining an employee in view of customers is totally unprofessional. At least my food was tasty.

Placed a Sunday-afternoon order on the app and went to pick up. There was 1 car in the parking lot (presumably an employee??) and 1 in the drive thru. There were no customers visible through the lobby windows. When I got to the window the manager said "It's going to be at least ten minutes, I'm trying my best" and abruptly walked away. Although the stress level was confusing given the lack of visible customers (at all), I assumed there was more going on behind the scenes, so I sat patiently and waited. She eventually came back (didn't end up being a full 10 mins, for whatever that's worth). She handed me a bag and a drink - I had ordered for myself and my wife, so I asked about the other drink. She just goes, "you'll have to go online and complain to get a refund." Okay, I guess...... no explanation or apology at all. It turned out the order was also missing other items (soft taco and side from my cravings box) when I got home. These things happen, but it was some of the worst service I have had at a Taco Bell anywhere in America. Maybe I've just been lucky but I felt like I might as well whine on the Google

Having an issue with an order one time is okay. At this location, service is an ongoing issue. Things happen to be down one day, and forget to include items on other days. The food I actually get is fine and tastes great, but the overall vibe of the place and management seems to be lackluster. There's a better one down the street.

The employees refused to give me my online order, even though I saw the order on the carry out rack. However, the dining area was closed and acted as a temporary daycare. Went through the drive thru where they said the order never went through. I’m gonna say it again, I saw my order in the carry out rack. I give it two stars because I did have solid chalupa there once.

For the price, it's not bad, but food quality is not great. Also not all deals are available everywhere so when we got here we had to readjust our order because we wanted the meal for 4, but it's not an option here apparently. Then we stood at the counter for like 3 minutes without being greeted and figured out we were being "encouraged" to use the self order kiosk, which means we couldn't even ask if the meal for 4 deal was an option here. To top off this visit, when leaving an employee, in full uniform, was sitting in his car inhaling something from one of those industrial balloons (the super thick, strong, ones that have a rubber band attached that you can hit back and forth yourself) I'm sorry, I doubt it was helium. So dude that made my food was in his car huffing nos or something, so what was he on while working and what other recreations were happening on break? I'm sorry but no, never coming back.

Has got to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to with customer service. First it took almost 15 minutes to get someone to the counter to take my order then the women taking my wife’s and my order got a attitude when she asked for a substitute, then everything on the soda machine was out but Gatorade and when we tried to get someone’s attention to let them know we had to wait for are food because no one comes to the counter for nothing someone could be dyeing in there and it seems like they wouldn’t even notice

REALLY?? I was told they can’t do 2 separate ONLINE ORDERS at the same time in the drive through and I would have to drive around again and then wait again, or come in??? These are preordered and already paid for on the mobile APP!!! Is it really that complicated?? I have done 3 different mobile orders at Mc Donald’s in the drive through and they get it… I would like to add there was no one in line before or after me and I was there at 11am… I asked girl if she was new and she said no, she was there for 4 months… I guess that’s a long time in the fast food world… if my adult children who have there own phones can’t make there own orders and I pick it up at one time in the drive through I will eat elsewhere.

I love Taco Bell and Quesaritos are a Go-To, but this one in particular is always slacking and very lazy. The hours clearly state 12am or later on the door and 1am on Google Maps. I arrived today at 9pm to find the entire building closed down. Unbelievable. Another time I had arrived around 11 and had someone tell me, "Sorry we're only taking Door dash orders". Terrible experience and bad workers.

Edit on 5/31/24: staff has been great the past few months lol. Edit on 10/16/23: after a few weeks of great service, it seems like this place has regressed. It’s back to operating similarly to when the drive-thru took 30 minutes just to order and the workers would sit in the locked lobby and ignore customers. Gone are the workers who were polite and pleasant. Maybe they brought in that team to train the normal staff? I don’t know. Hey, you don’t have to enjoy your job at Taco Bell, but just be polite and do the job or quit. So now this location has done a complete 360 lol. Guess I’ll head back to the TB at Union/Main. Also, last time I ordered from this location, which was last week, they were out of beef, beans, and potatoes. Something tells me they have a serious management issue. This location has done a complete 180 in the past few months. There used to be long lines at the drive-thru and incredibly miserable kids working here, with the restaurant seemingly closed at random times and employees inside just hanging out. Now it's running like a normal fast food restaurant and the employees are friendly. I don't know if there's a new manager or if corporate came down on someone or what, but service has improved exponentially.

So my wife and I got yaco bell and usually they mess something up, this time they made everything somewhat correctly; we got the Beefy 5 layer burrito, 2 soft tacos, 2 large nacho cheese fries, and a Mexican Pizza. When we received our food the fries were thrown into the bag and didn't even look like a large (half filled fry container for both), the cheese cup for the fries were both only filled 1/4 of the cup. The tacos were luke warm same with the Burrito. The fries were ice cold and seemed as though they have been sitting for quite some time. I literally had to reheat the fries and the pizza in the oven because everything was cold Very disappointed in the food quality. I paid money to eat food that's edible not cold, soggy food.

I ordered a Cheesy Gordita crunch what I got was a meatless soggy thing I also ordered a 12 pack of cinabuns and they were raw in the center. Fast food workers want $15.00 an hour for service like this? When I called management she said i would get a refund....when my wife went there they wouldn't give her a full refund even with the reciept. HORRIBLE LOCATION and UNDERHANDED. This place should be closed down.

Showed up at 8pm last night and was told they were closing early due to short staff situation. Breakfast the next day? Nope, not serving breakfast since there is no staff. When they are open, it's a total nightmare. I've spent 30 minutes in the drive thru before. Owner needs to sell.

Multiple bad experiences with this location. The employees randomly close the store as they please during hours of operation and will all just be sitting outside. This has happened twice when I had a mobile order to pick up that had already been paid for. Most recently had to go inside because my order was wrong and things were missing. Turns out “the machine was broken” but no one acknowledged this the first time around and just let me drive away without the things I paid for. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it and I’d have to go online to get a refund. I submit a complaint online to get my refund and the “new area coach for Buffalo Taco Bells” tells me I have to go back to the store to get my money refunded.. waste of time and money trying to get food from Taco Bell

On a Saturday afternoon at 2pm they're open, but only taking DoorDash orders. I sat at the drive-through without acknowledgement for 5 minutes then went inside to be told that it was pickup only. There are no signs inside or outside indicating this to be the case. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing, so perhaps check before you try to acquire fourthmeal. Or maybe just go somewhere else because their food really isn't that good anyway.

The Manager At The Orchard Park location at the 5 corners is the most unprofessional manager I have ever meet in my life. She does not have any customers service skills and ignores customers.EverytimeI come to this location everyonea waiting a half hour to an hour for their food.While she complains that she don't have employees.Well know wonder why? Terrible! Never going back. 4 of us there tonight. We ordered 4 crunchwraps and 3 taco supremes. Only people there. Order took more than 10 minutes. Went up to ask where our food was. Food was done and had been sitting. Threw on the tray. Food was cold and soggy. Disgusting. Mighty Taco from now on!

Like other reviews, if I could give 0 stars I would. This location was absolutely disgusting. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru to still have 2 cars in front of me to get to order..besides the 4 that were still waiting for food. I decided to go in and order(big mistake) The place was so dirty! There was food and dirty napkins all over the floor. A kid came to the register and said nothing to me. I ordered and then waited over 20 minutes while they filled all of the drive thru orders and finally gave me my order. They were rude and the place was the most disgusting restaurant I have EVER seen! Will never go to this location again!

The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Went inside to order, no one ever came to the counter. The workers were in the office with the door closed, giggling and who knows what. Probably one of the most rude experiences at a fast food joint and I see many similar reviews. Don’t go here!

I love taco bell! The employees at this one are very unprofessional like the guy that takes my order with earbuds in. They are super slow i go inside and through the drive-thru. If i go inside im not in a rush but its really annoying to wait 20 mins at place that is supposed to be fast food. Sometimes they have no ice in the machine and most of the time the ice machine is dripping a concerning amount of water. Seems to me like the managment isnt good or even really there at all. Always mess up something when i come to this location. Ive worked in many restaurants and it makes me cringe to see the way this store is ran.

We arrived in the drive thru line at 6;30 Sunday evening with 4 cars in front of us. At 6:53 we drove away without ordering. We were extremely disappointed but could no longer justify sitting at the drive thru speaker and not being able to even give our order.

If you order breakfast through the app at this location it is about 50/50 that you will actually receive your food. You are better off going to the drive thru, at least then you will know if anyone is working.

Absolutely awful, place is the most understaffed longest meal prep time wait iv ever experienced. Probably not the staffs fault but it's embarrassing. I will never eat at this place again. Mighty is right around the block .

Went and was told to go thru drive thru which was backed up with 12 cars because they didn't have time to do in store service. Also had inline orders. Well they should have a sign on door saying online and drive thru only. 4 other people had the same experience.

Just tried to get lunch from them and they REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU. Said they “were unable to take orders” we asked why and they stopped talking over the speaker and gave no reason. It is 1:50pm on a Friday and you can’t take orders? We leave and pass by the windows to see 2 different works sitting down, IN UNIFORM, eating food in the dining room! What an absolute joke!

Everything is usually great, if always go thru drive thru. This time 11/17 my order looked right on viewing the board. I should have looked on bag. I paid $20 and get nothing I ordered. Fries, bean wrap and 2 work to tacos. Nothing we eat, and not $20 worth!! I ordered 2 special order cassadeas, 3 special tacos. And they got it wrong!!!

First off, we walked into this store at around 6:22pm and waited 5 minutes before getting out order taken, and no it wasn't busy at all, we were the only ones in there, and with 5 workers on duty, talking and goofing off in the back, that is unacceptable. Someone finally comes to take our order and this dude can't remember anything. We have to repeat parts of our order 3 times. On multiple items!! And we only got 3 things. Imagine that right... So we get our food...but not our drink... They are again talking in the back not paying attention and I have to grab their attention to make the drink we ordered and had to remind him previously about. This Taco Bell needs to be drug tested, and better management hired. Not only were the staff bad but the eating area was disgusting, nothing clean. Poorest Taco Bell I've ever been in.

When we parked we found it a little suspicious a car was on and two people were sleeping in it. But when we went inside the place was empty and doors were unlocked. After 15 minutes one of us had finally gathered the courage to walk into the back to make sure who ever on shift was okay, when the person on shift came out from their car and told us they were closed. For one the doors should not be unlocked then, for two the employees should not be sleeping in there car and should be closing the store, and for three your significant other should never be there while you are working it is just unprofessional. They are supposed to be open till midnight and the I don't want to deal with people, which is the job they signed up and are payed for, attitude is just absolutely unacceptable for any establishment. There is a difference between being work smart and flat out lazy. Honestly franchise owners should get involved at this point, because nothing has been done to fix this issue for a while. 1/02/2023

Went to this location tonight a couple hours earlier than it closed. Only me and another suv in line. Takes 20 min at the drive thru for them to even take care of us. They let the car ahead of us get their order and then tell us, literally the last car in line, that because of short staff that they are closing for the night early because of short staff. I understand that. But because nobody is in the dining room and we are literally the last people to be in the drive thru line, why wouldn’t we just put our order in and THEN you close? Terrible customer service, shame On management for letting this happen. I wouldn’t be upset if we only waited a min but honestly it was over 20 min till we got to the speaker and were told that. Waste of my time and bad customer service on their part, WHEN WE WERE THE LAST PEOPLE MAKING AN ORDER. Simple order too. Hopefully they pay attention next time and leave the LAST CUSTOMER happy & satisfied with their food and not disappointed that they got their time wasted late at night and the company doesn’t care: You were not that busy you could have helped your last customer especially when you were scheduled two hours later than when you close. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME ORDER FOOD AT 7:30PM. So that is a first - a fast food restaurant that won't let you order. I hope that works out for them. February '23: I pulled up to the drive-thru and they told me they were only accepting DoorDash and online orders.

Horrible location because of horrible staff. I can't believe I was in the drive thru line last night and the car in front of me was waiting at the speaker with no response for around 5+ minutes. I pull up, still no response. I clearly see 2 people in the first drive thru window. I proceed to the 2nd drive thru window where another employee is visible. I get their attention and the employee says "what?".. I respond "Are you open?".. They go, "yeah, why?"... I let them know there is no one responding at the drive thru speaker and their response (which is unreal) is "Yeah cause I took off the headset." The people working here are a joke. I will never return, along with the fact I got sick from the item I did buy last night.

3 nights ago, nobody answered at the drive through. I pulled up to the window and was met but two young children(?!). I thought I’d give them another try tonight, but upon pulling up to order, the voice on the speaker stated “we are only accepting mobile and DoorDash orders at the drive through”. What?

What happened!!! This was the best location of taco bell. Only car in line and it took forever, alright 35 minutes but that was way to long for 8 Tacos, 1 cheesy potato and nachos. Half of order was missing but not discovered until we got back to work. Called repeatedly to no response. Taco bell, I'm so disappointed!!!

They need to staff better, they only have 2 people working at 7 pm on a Friday. Wait times are always crazy long here. Today they would not make my order because they were too backed up with like 5 customers. Management needs to stop blaming the pandemic and hire people.

My partner and I went for a late night snack. We pull up, we get immediately told that they are only accepting mobile orders or dashes. Fine, we pull through. Order our Baja blasts and tacos on the mobile app. Come back around. Wait 5 minutes at the speaker to be told the same thing. We informed them that we do have a mobile order. We get to the window. Get told that Baja blast isn’t working but we can have Baja zero which was fine. However, we proceeded to wait at the window for 12 minutes on two tacos while a woman with bleach blonde hair is snapping her gum staring off into space. The tacos were by the window the entire time. But yet there she stood in front of the window just standing around doing nothing while the other employees just wandered around doing nothing. Embarrassing. I used to work at a fast food restaurant. At my store, that would be unacceptable. I would be chewed out for that. It’s unprofessional and out right embarrassing for the establishment, owner and manager. Hire better employees. They get paid 18+ now while people who work for the state like me only get 14.30 an hour. Gain some respect and dignity.

It's 2:27pm on 2/22/17 and am still waiting for my food with a receipt time stamp of 1:45pm. Something is wrong here. No leadership in sight, cooks are standing around talking and the looks on their faces are rough, like they've been out through the ringer. Can't blame them though, with no direction that's what minimum wage employees do. Never coming back here again, and I bet neither are the 6 people in front of me.

We ordered through the app.. Food was cold, the line was extremely long and you couldn't pick up your order inside, D.t. only. Forgot the cinnamon twists and chalupa. Out of Baja mountain dew. Our nachos were all beans, no meat. I didn't bother to sit in line at the drive thru to retrieve my forgotten items or get a refund, as there was a line of 10 cars and we already spent 20 minutes in line just to get a messed up order. Very unhappy.

Last 4 visits there has been an issue whether it be, out of food, or tortillas or no hot sauces of any kind or like tonight the fountain machine was broken and the freeze machine was broken to. So if you order a meal they charged me full price which isn't right. Let's just say I'm writing to corporate because that's bad business. However, the employees are nice and polite and a pleasure. So sometimes things are out of their control.

Not have to much luck through the drive thru. Ordered a supreme package, and 2 soft tacos. They all came soft tacos, when return through the drive thru to explain, they were kind enough to give me a side of sour cream and tomato's. If I have to complete my order in my truck also makes me want to just make them at home. But because I enjoy the brand and my daughter as well, I will continue to come through the drive thru awaiting the next surprise. There have been many.

Order has still not arrived in 11 minutes of ordering and there is barely anyone else here. Staff SCREAMING profanities from the kitchen which is completely open to the dining room. Two separate parties have come in with significant errors to their drive thru orders. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Mighty Taco around the corner. Great staff and your order will be done before you are finished ordering.

Went to the orchard park location. Every part of my boyfriend and Is order was incorrect. Twice. Absolutely unsatisfactory and frustrating. Ended up leaving with we didn't even want. My boyfriend is a vegetarian and asked for the 5 dollar meal deal with just cheese lettuce and tomato. The boy on the register rang it up as a different combo totalling about 9 dollars. Then when my boyfriend explained he wanted the other option the employee criticized him for not knowing the difference between combos. Okay people make mistakes and maybe he wasn't all there that day. That's fine. He then proceeds to to upcharge for tomatoes when my boyfriend asked for no meat, no beans. That's okay if it's probably company policy. But then for the order to come back with meat on all the tacos. That just isn't fair. If the employee was confused or thought my boyfriend was confused he could have easily asked questions. Then I went back up to order food for someone else in my party and to be nice tried getting three new tacos for my bf. I was willing to pay. Mistakes happen and I wanted to make everyone happy. I asked for 3 tacos with no meat, lettuce cheese, tomato hoping that simplifying the order and not going with a combo would make things easier. Come to find out when we get home that his tacos had just lettuce and cheese. So I myself got uncharged for tomatoes I didn't even get. Not only that but my own burrito had sour cream which I specifically asked for it not to be on. Obviously this is extremely unacceptable and since we got home we weren't able to fix the order. Just writing this to warn people of the service at this location.

If you want to eat in, forget it. After waiting 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me standing at the counter, and trying to ring up my order multiple times, not even the manager was smart enough to use one of the other registers that were actually working. She wanted me to go out, get in my vehicle and use the drive in order to be rung up at another register. The level of stupidity in the world is painful. When your one star reviews are second to your 5 star reviews something is up

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready and that was after waiting 5 minutes being ignored to take our order. The manager walked around stocking napkins and another crewmember was just standing in the back of the store. Neither even bothered to help the line. It wasn't even that busy. And to top it off my order was completely wrong. Very disappointing since we love Taco Bell so much!

They take along time to make your order. It's fast food! If I wanted to wait over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared I would go to a sit down restaurant. Also the employees spend more time talking about their personal life instead of working. This taco bell used to be good but has went down hill.

This place has horrible service. This location needs to be shut down. We waited for someone to take our order for 15 minutes. We asked another worker to assist us and she told us the other worker would help us in a moment. Meanwhile 3 workers were visibly seen in the back office laughing and hanging out amongst themselves while only 2 people were making the 5 orders on the screen. Really awful. Then when I made contact with the workers in the back office they just shut the office door and continued to hang amongst themselves completely ignoring the customers up front who have not been served. Really awful service and management should take action. Making a taco and serving someone should not be that complicated nor should anyone have to deal with a blatantly ignorant experience. We left because at that point it’s not worth giving our money to blatantly rude and poor establishment.

How do you make a entire luxe cravings box with a crunch wrap and a burrito and not put any beef on any of the items ordered, not sure BUT if you wanna know ask the employees at this Taco Bell !! They’ll give you a tortilla with unmelted cheese and say good to go! Can’t even be bothered going back in to ask for it to be remade cause of the amount of incompetence it takes to mess up the first time is unbelievable outstanding job on TACO BELL for the greed of opening a business for money but not having jack squat for employees to open it all, you didn’t even have to pass highschool to see this store shouldn’t be open period. I used to be a huge fan of Taco Bell, but this location sucks. I ordered through the app, picked up, got home and two items were missing. I went back to the restaurant and went inside where I was waiting for someone at the counter. I waited for at least five minutes while every employee working that saw me didn't even acknowledge me. The other person waiting told me it took ten minutes for them to even help him. I walked to the edge of the counter and saw the office with two employees. I'm assuming one was a manager. The looked right at me and didn't do anything. I waved my right arm to say hey I need some help. They continued to ignore me. I've been willing to deal with the inconsistencies here because of the food, but this was just a big middle finger to the customer. TACO BELL DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU!

Well, this past Friday,December 16th at the Taco Bell in Orchard Park, New York. My family and I were looking forward to dining in at Taco Bell as we have done many times. To our shock and disbelief an customer approached to inform us terrible service but good food. As I approached the counter to order our food, I seen no one waiting on customer. I say something but they said nothing to me. All of the staff were in the back room talking. I was and still am furious of their unprofessional attitude and disregard of customer service. Need new staff that takes customers as their first priority.

Ordered on the app with a friend. We got the notifications that our orders were ready so we go to the door and it's locked. An employee is coming out and says it's drive-thru only. Not a big deal, even though on the app we ordered pick up in store. At the speaker we're told they don't have any orders with our names in the system, so we need to cancel the orders. There is NO WAY to cancel the order after it says it's ready. We say the orders say they are ready and the employee doesn't respond. We are on our phones trying to figure it out and say we don't know how to cancel the order, and the employee just says "can you leave the speaker?" We wouldn't have been so annoyed if they actually had any information to help us or an explanation as to why the orders apparently aren't in the system but were made. Or even just an apology! As for now we submitted feedback on the Taco Bell website and HOPEFULLY get our money back but this was beyond a ridiculous experience.

Hands down the worst run food chain I have ever been to. And it’s in orchard park. Ownership and management need to get their heads out of their butts and run it better. 3 people working the store. No soft shells. And the worst part, is that it takes an unreasonably long amount of time.. I ordered. Waited over 20 mins for my order. Finally approached someone and they said they already gave that order to someone, yet my name was not even called. Just close up shop at this point

This location is in complete shambles from what it once was. I used to love getting food from here and have given this location many chances due to that loyalty but not anymore. Nearly everytime I get food from here, multiple items are missing, incorrect or both. The food takes such a long time to make with the average being 15-20 minutes. Workers can often be seen just standing around and doing nothing and management takes no action to fixes any issues. Often times any mobile orders will mysteriously be lost with no way to cancel the order through the app. Employees are extremely rude and dismissive. I really hate complaining like this but wow....just wow... at this point just shut down.

This is probably the 5th time I’ve ordered from this location for pickup and another 5 times for DoorDash. Every single time, the food takes FOREVER to be made. For awhile, I thought it was just DoorDash being the issue, but now, after picking it up myself the last few times, I’ve realized it’s just this store. They have been severely understaffed the entire time, and from what I can tell, they don’t even have a “now hiring” sign out. Today, I placed an order for myself and my boys at 6:10pm, it’s now 6:43pm and I just received my order. So much for fast food!

Tasted like good old prefrozen microwaved cardboard as usual. Allowed family to talk me into going there. Will pick Mighty Taco next time instead. Revisited with my kids because they wanted to. Ordered our food. Was told to pull around and wait for 2 chalupas and a Mexican pizza. Waited 30 minutes. Saw another waitong vehicle get their order. Saw two other parties walk out with their food. Went back through the drive thru. They gave us the chalupas and said have a good day. Waited another 5 min trying to get their attn bcuz no Mexican pizza. When they finally came back to the window and told them, they said we never ordered it and would need to go around and reorder it. Asked for receipt to prove they didn't include it in the price. Waited again as they struggled to produce original receipt. Finally drove away disgusted. Will never go there again, for any reason, ever. Worst service ever.

I arrived around 4:30 to get something to eat before I had to go to work. It turns out it was a waste of my time and money. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I had to be at work by 5:00. I needed change for a fifty, they didn’t have it. I went to get different change, came back the cashier was in the back do something else and not paying attention up to the front. Customer after me got his food first. I also asked for the receipt but the receipt dispenser was broken. Customer service was also terrible. They didn’t apologize for the long wait. By the time I got out, I had ten minutes to get to work. I will eat there still because the food is good, but the employees are slow and not helpful.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I went there, the place was empty. There was only a family waiting for their order, nobody taking orders. Waited for 15 min. an employee walked in and went to the back. They were only taking drive thru orders nobody was even polite to ask me to wait, just ignored me like if I wasn't there. They gave this people their order I waited for another 5 min. and nothing. Employees need to learn some customer service skills and acknowledge customers at least. Never going back. Went to the one on Abbott which is KFC too and was in and out in less than 10 min.

Less than a teaspoon of meat on these crunchy tacos, just unacceptable. Barely any cheese. The shells stick to the wrapper so all of them all broken when you go to eat them.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell location in western NY! Every time I order from this location, the food has always been terrible! And to make things worse, since they grossly under fill their tacos and you get little to no meat on them, I order extra meat, paid extra for it, yet there was little to no meat… Moral of the story, the food is always terrible at this location and they rip you off on top of it… I almost forgot to mention it. But to make it ever worse, I bought seven tacos, a burrito, and a quesadilla, and they didn’t even give me one pack of sauce. All that food, and no sauce either. Worst location around.

Ordered the Cantina Chicken bowl on door dash for pickup. Had to pick it up at some side window in the cold after waiting for several minutes when the app said food was ready. Got it back home and it was this pathetic salad with just shredded lettuce and very minimal protein even though I ordered and paid for extra chicken. I dealt with door dasher to report my concerns but this was the location I picked it up at. If you want a salad bowl there are so many other options for you to explore before coming to Taco Bell. I promise just about anything would be better than their cantina chicken bowl.

Customer Service or Response from people at this location doesn't exist... Myself and multiple other customers say and waiting at the counter while the "staff" put us on ignore.. I eventually decided to use the self service kiosk b/c apparently it was put there replace the "staff" from doing their job... Obvious the cleanliness of the dine in area was also not on the check list of "staff" since there were multiple dirty tables and food matter all over the floor...It is very apparent that this location needs quite a bit of work and maybe supervision.

Would give no stars if I could. Completely horrible and disgusting experience. Went on 5/24/25 to the Taco Bell on Orchard Park Rd in Orchard Park NY. And there was a tied bag in my daughter's double stacked taco. Luckily she asked for taco sauce on it, and that's when my husband noticed the bag. This should not be in anyone's food, let alone a child's. Went back to the restaurant to show them, and they thought it was one of their cheese or lettuce bags. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. Called the Taco Bell customer service number on 5/24/25, but they are only open M-F. So I wrote an email on 5/24/25 with NO response. Called the number back on 5/26/25 and all the number could pretty much say is they escalated the incident to upper management and they would contact me within 1-3 days. Never heard from them. Called the customer service number again on 5/29/25. And was told again that it was sent to an escalation team, and they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Never heard from them. Called again on 6/2/25 spoke to someone else and they told me the same thing, that it was sent to management and that I would get a call. I also sent the picture to them. Also wrote another email on 6/2/25, with no response. Called again on 6/4/25, and was told again that someone would call. It took almost 2 weeks from the incident for someone to call to say a sorry.This is a completely horrible experience. Customer service is also horrible. Can't believe this is how this was handled by a corporation. Not only is this a health hazard, but non edible things should not be in peoples food. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

My friend Andrew is addicted to fast food. He always wants to go to Taco Bell. I finally go and order food with him, I pay for a meal I get the ding from the card reader it doesn’t actually go through. This place sucks I won’t be returning. I sat there waiting for food that was never coming. Andrew also got charged twice. My disappointment is immeasurable my day is fine I wouldn’t expect anything less from this piece of garbage franchise.

Drive thru girl has an attitude before you even pull in. Give simple directions *no cut | no cheese. Still messed it up. Proceeds to give me old stale chicken, complete dried up. Worst location I’ve been to personally. Didn’t bother to go back save your self the trouble.

After walking In as a dine in customer I was not greeted at all for the 10 min I sat at counter, so I went to the kiosk and placed my order wanting to pay cash I finished my order and went back to the counter as the kiosk directed me to do I then again sat there for another 10 min still not spoken a word to and waited to be cashed out this is not the first time this has happened and now I’m voicing my opinion about it . The place is very inconsistent. Management needs to step it up. oh and the wait for the food over 20 min I actually was able to write and post this whole review while still not getting my FOOD.

WORST EXPIRENCE EVER! I come in for dinner. It was cold! Greasy, made wrong, and missing items! They gave me attitude when I ask I could PLEASE have it remade since it upsett me and my kids so much. The lobby was filthy covered in trash. One person working on food and a bunch of people in like this back room ignoring me. I definitely would not go. I'm never going back and I wouldn't recommend trying it.

Speaking from experience this is one of the worst taco bell orders I've gotten. Something occasionally wrong or missing? Sure. Just refried beans and lettuce in a loaded crunch wrap supreme with no warning when I picked up the order? What. Also, check out this "taco."

In the past month I have had 2 bad experiences with this location of Taco Bell. My first one was, I placed an order on the Taco Bell app, drove to the restaurant. They were closed. Today, I placed another order on the app after calling to make sure they were open. We arrived to the drive up and employee had trouble opening the window. They filled our drinks half full. My order was not correct of course. My nachos are pathetic. Had to wait 20 mins for the food to be made only then to be told that they were out of so many things… one being nacho cheese. I don’t understand how this location is open still… with how poor things are.
