At first I thought I was going to have explosive diarrhea all over the floor then I realized that it came out so smooth that it glazed my whole bottom. Is that good or bad I can’t tell?

The staff was very friendly, and cared about the quality of their service. The food was regular Taco Bell fare.

The lady that helped me was very nice. She even told us about the specials of the day that we didn't know they had so we got a free taco

Cant go wrong with some soft tacos, only meat, a side of nacho cheese, large mountain dew baja blast and cant forget the amazing cinnoman twist! Taco bell NEVER let's me down!

For being a late hour coming in from the Santa Barbra Airport the drive thru went quickly and the food was done ok.

People are super friendly. Food is taco bell, they make it well but it still feels like fast food. Atmosphere, fast food, get in and get out.

We use the drive thru. Someone is usually at the menu board and takes your order before hand and gets customers more quickly thru to the driveup window.

Always checks your order before you leave. But I can say you can always expect the bell to be the bell food is consistant.

It's Taco Bell. Sometimes you just have to have a Taco Bell inauthentic taco. Choose your sauce wisely. Used sparingly the hottest as the best flavor.

Ordered 3 double deckers and got 3 regular tacos instead. They're usually good about orders though.

Staff is always friendly. Drive thru is a 10 min wait when not busy, up to 20 on peak.

One of my favorites, but can't give it 5 stars as it compares to real restaurants.

We eat here about once or twice a month. Each time the menu has changed so I have to try again to figure out what I want to order. The food is OK and the service is OK and the prices are good.

Losing several stars because this Taco Bell location charges you 55 cents to substitute potato for meat. Potato certainly doesn't cost more than meat. Restaurant shouldn't try to arbitrarily make more money off of people's dietary restrictions.

It's fast food. The taste is better than it was years ago. It's been a long time since I've been in a Taco Bell. I was mildly impressed with the food. Service is fast food the atmosphere is fast food. It's reasonably priced fast food.

Half full, I have been eating taco my entire life but I have never received a taco not been full. It’s always lettuce and cheese is to the top but this store at Orcutt off of Clark street in central coast is serving half tacos. I’m never going back there again.

There was no jalapeno sauce, even when I asked for extra sauce and was charged.70 vent for it. This was for a sausage wrapel.

Ordered two number 6s. Got someone else’s order. The employees were messing around inside and laughing, not painting attention to the customers. This happened Saturday night of 8/ 28/ 20.

I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the typically long drive-thru line at this location. I got there when it said my order was ready and when I parked, I was thankful that I could skip the extremely slow, long drive-thru line. Went to the door...it was locked. It turns out that I had to get in the drive-thru line to pick up my online order anyway, so I literally spent 25 minutes in the line and did my online order for absolutely nothing.

This is the worst Taco Bell. I don’t know why I continue to give them chances when they mess up every time we go there. Honestly they forget at least 1 item EVERY TIME we go. Even before COVID, I only went inside once because it was grungy inside. Ignorance is bliss so I only used the drive through. I even used GrubHub today and still was missing an item. There is no quality control. How do you leave a drink off with a whole combo missing? Then we had two 5-layer burritos and each one was different than the other, I thought I had the wrong burrito.

Too many of there employees are rude and condescending, I once frequented this location but no more. Skinny, goth, emo pale white girl was rude during my order and enough is enough, partner her with a few other rude females taking your order and they are mean/negative all day everyday. Take head and don’t put up with this place until management starts to hire people with positive attitudes. Thumbs down!

Literally the worst fast food place in orcutt (since they hired this incompetent woman). I was trying to order my food and she got it wrong on every item I ordered. Nobody wants extra sour cream, especially when I asked for no sour cream. I went there twice this week and had the misfortune of her taking my order I will not be returning.

Went through the drive thru this evening. Our order was sealed and when we got home, we noticed our order was incomplete. We made multiple attempts to call the restaurant, but no one answered. This will be our last time going to this location.

I’m done going to this taco bell they ALWAYS mess up my order all the time and when i bring it to their attention they say there’s nothing they can do bc their cashiers can’t give a receipt out so there’s no “proof” they messed up my order, they always say there’s no managers there to reseller any issues such a joke.

Seems they can never get an order right for some reason. Order something without lettuce, you get lettuce.... Every time. Wanted to order a plain old Ground Beef Burrito. Remember those? Nice soft tortilla, with lots of meat and cheese, onions if you wanted. Dude had no clue, so he took some other burrito, and 86'd everything except the beef. What I ended up with was a tortilla with a swipe of meat. This thing looked like it came from a gas station. I literally lol'd when I picked up the burrito out of the bag, it felt like I picked up an empty tortilla. To top things off, for two burritos and 4 tacos was over $15!

I don't like the food at all. when you order the food the way you would want it to be or say something that u don't want to be put in your food, they forget what you say and it still ends up in your food. They also make your food like it's been in the trash for a few minutes. I don't recommend this place as a full five star fast food place I actually give this fast food place a one star cuz it's not very good at all.

Severe food poisoning from Monday the 20th at 10:30pm. Burrito not worth violently throwing up for two days 👍 If it’s late things need to be thrown away and refreshed. Working in food service your number one goal is to prevent food borne illness. This is the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that has failed so badly.
