We had a tub of gelato yesterday. Terrible service, the guy was very kind, nothing to complain about, but he was absolutely incapable of making a tub of gelato. I've worked in gelato shops for many years and I know it's not easy to make it well (even if it looks like it). I don't know if this guy was in training or what, but he made a complete mess of the tub... I asked for three flavors and he basically filled half the tub with just one of the three. The last flavor obviously didn't fit any more gelato, so he barely put any in. He should be taught how to make tubs before putting him to work. The gelato isn't good at all; I know a lot about it, and it's truly awful. I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it (at least for gelato, I don't know about the rest).

Some bartenders' service is out of place, to say the least. They don't listen to you when you ask for something, and they even comment on what you order. They're really out of place and too full of themselves, making you put off staying there. The young women and the young men are very nice and kind. Overall, the food is okay. Reheated croissants are best avoided.

We ordered two Spritzes for €12 and two food saver boxes containing food worth a minimum of €15 each. Initially, we received two boxes containing only one sandwich each, a bottle of water, and three mini jam pastries. We complained, and one of the two waitresses responded: "Today, my colleague isn't offering much food." We obviously told her we didn't care what her colleague said, because the minimum box purchase must be met, and after some hesitation, she added a couple of items to each box. Too bad that what we were given, aside from the toast, was truly awful this time (surely always made by the same stingy colleague), as there was oxidized cold cuts and salad (a slice of cold cuts and half a lettuce leaf covering half a sandwich) and hard, dry cheese. Nothing like other times we've ordered the boxes and this person wasn't there. Furthermore, the Spritzes always made by this incompetent person were water with ice. How is it possible they employ a person like this? 6 euros per Spritz for water and ice?? Terrible. We complained about it, but no one even paid attention to us. WE'RE NOT IN THERE. The person in question was the waitress with long, light brown hair tied in a ponytail, not the waitress with wavy hair and glasses. Unfortunately, I don't know their names. Don't worry, you'll recognize her immediately because she's the one who looks askance at customers and never smiles. Change jobs if you don't like it and have to rip off customers. Shame on you.
