Café Castillo Orizaba Reviews
I tried your frappes, they're delicious. Could you sell your coffee in my city? Coatzacoalcos
Very good coffee. I recommend Caracolillo.
Recognition for the honesty of your staff!!
Excellent service... Delicious coffee
I loved the frappuccino! I even got three different kinds of coffee. 💜
It's a very classic place, the coffee is delicious, and they have a variety to suit your taste. The service has some flaws; we went every day of our vacation, and the service varied depending on the person. We bought coffee, frappes, and coffee to brew at home; we loved the gourmet coffee.
I hadn't heard of this cafeteria. The complimentary coffee they offer is a bit strong, but tasty. There's plenty of space to get a freshly brewed coffee, and a wide variety of beans or ground coffee to buy right there. They accept card payments.
The coffee is good quality, and they have a good variety ☕. However, I don't know if they're always like this or if it's because we're from out of town, but the staff were very unfriendly 👎🏽. They didn't offer anything, they just stared at us, and that was it. Terrible service 👎🏽👎🏽. They have the information for each coffee posted, but they don't encourage you to buy anything or ask what your coffee preferences are or offer suggestions.
Excellent coffee but terrible service! I didn't see any complimentary coffee, I had to buy it, and the service was very rude. But the coffee was delicious.
The coffee is very good, but I don't recommend this branch; the service is rude and unfriendly.
Terrible service from the lady there. I've taken tourists there on several occasions, and she has a terrible attitude. It's a shame they have people like that working there, with no sense of customer service at all. I WON'T RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
They really need to replace their very apathetic staff. The girl with the ugly face doesn't offer anything. They don't even make you want to buy. And they look at you as if they're pressuring you to decide what you're going to get.
Horrible attention, the girls who serve seem to ask them for free coffee, we went to buy 2 coffees and there were only Americanos, they were super loaded, they poured cold water on them to reduce it and it got cold, it was quite cold and we had been craving a hot coffee, I asked them if they had a micro to heat up and no, I totally paid and there I left the coffee all cold. Oh and I asked them for sugar and they reluctantly gave me, check the cameras, everything is there.
